Hotel for business customers and weekend tourists. No service for tourists, such as info and day tickets for public transportation, etc.
Rooms reasonable.

Spacious, neat rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The room was never free on arrival at 3.15 p.m.

This was a good hotel. The beds were amasing. The rooms were clean and roomservice was nice. One thing i was unhappy with was the aircondision. It was always hot and i couldnt change temperature in my room. The breakfast also was good. Yo the rest is to get 200 symbols to get more score

Ok, not more. Noisy rooms close to big roads. The personal seemed stressed and not really interested in the customer. The breakfast was really good. Room was ok, shower not excellent. Loooong time for warm water.

Recommended when you visit Antwerp! The hotel has numerous facilities. The service is very friendly and attentive. And the breakfast is good. I took a Deluxe room, which I thought was an enormous added value. I will definitely come back here!

stay overnight for a wedding in Antwerp. Good room, soft bed, good bathroom, beautiful TV. Where did it go wrong? However the 21 euro breakfast was like a thriller! Slept well, breakfast until 11:30 they had said at the reception. 10 to 20 down, well in time. We come in, just like a bomb that had exploded. Opened egg on carpet, tables not cleared, almost no tables put back, buffet as sloppy as possible. A prefab pistolet taken, some crammed omelette and some cooked ham. I already smelled in the fridge that something was sour. The ham! Stink! Reported this, she was removed but not replaced. No excuses too. Bread downright bad, butter warm, fruit juice and milk empty! later replaced. No spoons in the coffee table next to us was all the time are dirty, with food to last, need I go on? I can still hear. As it should be :-) only drank one coffee, but it was good and tidy.

Service is slow, especially in the restaurant, although I must say there was an Asian lady who really looked after me. I tried to check out the night before I depart because of an early taxi but this was not possible? I've stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries where you can check out the night before. Do not stay here!!

The room is comfortable and very complete. The breakfast good, varied and plentiful. There is free public parking directly opposite. Although it is far from the center, there is a bus stop next to it, which is very convenient. The restaurant is cozy and the prices reasonable for the average Antwerp. The staff in general is friendly. There are meeting rooms, a well-equipped gym and a pool with a very original style. The general the hotel is highly recommended.

Nice hotel, swimming pool and sauna at the top. There were people during our stay at the pool and the sauna so great ... Home top, only downside for me, no reception in French, we speak only English or Dutch. Ditto for registrations in the establishment. After we know this unravel. Nice, renewed hotel with nice rooms (with bath!). Breakfast also catered for. Central location and fair prices. Actually ideal if you are going to spend a night in the city and do not want to drive home. But of course also great base for tourists. We will definitely come back.

Nice place, a little older equipment, fight with the TV but fitko, sauna, pool will make up for it. Otherwise, room amenities decent: tv, safe, coffee maker. For skipping the extra 5e coupon to the local restaurant, and every day is definitely not needed

Typical Crown Plaza. Well located in one of the best neighborhoods in Antwerp. Somewhat dated but correct. Good internet connection. Good restaurant.

Clean rooms and good food. Only the soundproofing could be better.

I only drank something here in the bistro on the ground floor and was quite ok. Parking is normal at the door.

Always a good business ambiance. The rooms are not modern on most levels but well maintained. The staff is smilling, helpful and stable in their positions. Internet is excellent.

Easily accessible, just next to the motorway and free parking for guests. Beds were nice and the room looked modern.
