Good place to stay...great breakfast and very pleasant stff

It is a good hotel with everything on it and just a pity that you cannot go to the swimming pool in your bathrobe, but ok and in the restaurant you eat among the people who meet and you do not have much choice in terms of food but for the rest it is a good hotel

Hotel looks tired and needs upgrading. Well located right at the bus stop from Brussels airport with a fast and regular bus service to/from the airport.

The rooms are very basic for a Crowne Plaza - I had a deluxe room but it was more like a standard Holiday Inn room. Great view of the highway. On the plus side, convenient location, lots of parking and good free high-speed internet.

Hotel was good, comfortable beds.
And breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice.
Only staff are allowed to communicate better with the guests and very little to almost nothing is explained. About room, breakfast and what else to do in the hotel.

to be honest I'm always spread a very good words for crown plaza hotel since i love this chain but unfortunatley not this one honestly the staff are very friendly and helpful but the room itself is not, we face many problems there in the room the guys offer to fix but even after that remain same, this hotel need to renovation specially the beds and the matreses

I like this hotel for it's quality rooms and excellent service. Location wise, there is not much to do in the direct environment. But the breakfast is excellent, the staff is friendly and the interior looks modern.

Great hotel great spa and great bus connection to the city

Nice and modern furnished room. Very neat with a bottle of water and coffee (nespresso) and chocolate milk. The only downside I personally think is that the beds are a bit too small for 2 people.

Great hotel in a perfect location. At check in it was very busy. Still, I was quick. The receptionist was extremely friendly and courteous.
We requested a room with a shower instead of a bath. As I understand the rooms on the third floor were just renovated. Beautifully beautiful walk-in shower, tasteful room with subdued colors and modest wall art. There are also coffee and tea options. Fridge, ironing board what more do you want as a guest.
The breakfast was very busy. I greeted the lady who refilled everything, but NO response
Probably too busy. Breakfast in itself was good. On the menu there are mushrooms, salmon and orange juice but I have not seen that. If you want to spend the night in Antwerp, this hotel is definitely recommended.

Pretty decent hotel for a business trip....nothing too special about it but comfortable and decent facilities.

The spacious bar is a suitable place to meet. Easily accessible by car.

Nice hotel with good bus connection to the city center. Free parking is available on the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only criticisms: a missing toilet brush and the only outlet in the bathroom did not work with my hair straightener. The breakfast is great, rich selection. There are even gluten-free products.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and inviting. The pool, gym and sauna are awesome. The restaurant is bad, too expensive for bad food. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel is very close to central Antwerp and easy access to the autobahn. Hotel staff is friendly and help if there is any need. The rooms are coomfortable and very well taken care of.

Booked for 1 night. The welcome is great, friendly staff who give a good explanation of all facilities. Got a room on the 11th floor with a reasonable view of the city. The room is clean and fairly spacious. The furniture I found to be dated and would fit well in the 90s, but from a four star hotel in 2020 you expect something more romantic in the styling. The room is on the highway side and this is noticeable in terms of noise. Keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper. I found the parking fee of the Hotel slightly on the pricey side normally at 17 euros through the 12.50 booking site deal, felt a bit fooled. Parking appears to be free of charge opposite the Hotel!

If you skip the room cleaning, you can get 5 euro discount voucher.

Everything is perfect, we always enjoy spending a very pleasant and peaceful time in this hotel where the welcome is very jovial and the quality services. Access is simple and close to the city center. Thank you to the whole team for your welcome. See you soon.

Not worth 4 stars this hotel. Carpet in the room and the edges of the beds are stained. Really gross. Smoking rooms are offered on their site but do not exist.
The connecting door to the room next door has a rickety lock and through the doors you can hear the guests next door very clearly.

Serives is fine .. minus point is noise due to fast road .. shame

Hotel not expensive but very cozy. Free parking which is a very big plus. The location is very good near the center.

The building may have a renovation from the outside. Very luxurious on the inside and worth all 5 stars.

We stayed two nights for a weekend trip to Antwerp. The staff was nice, after our first trip had the kettle in the room by a Nespresso machine replaced. The room was spacious and clean, there was nothing to complain about.

Service at the hotel was great. Only the wifi did not work so well. That was a shame.

I really liked the hotel, even though the rooms seem a bit "oldish". Everything was clean and the room was fully equipped - I appreciated a lot the fact that there was an iron in the room, which for business trips is a must! The only thing why I am not giving a 5 stars is the fact that the service in the hotel's restaurant is very slow. We have been waiting for more than 1.5h to bring a dish, and more than 40 minutes for a desert. For everything else, I was more than satisfied. Recommending.
