The rooms are nice. The restaurant is extremely slow and the service is poor. So if you just need to sleep it is okay, although loud due to the traffic in the highway next to it 24/7. The only restaurant nearby ia the one in the hotel, and you easily wait up to an hour to get served and your order. But the food is very good.
Lack of listening to staff at the reception that does not seek to satisfy its French customers! Disappointing !!!
Room was small but overall correct, shampoo as soap for your hands.. Wellness center was not working properly.
Breakfast was fine but no-one to prepare eggs or pancakes like you would expect in this kind of hotels.
For a 4 stars hotel, it's definitely not the best service I've seen but not the worst.

It is therefore usually only quiet between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., when everything is stuck in a traffic jam at this motorway junction. (The traffic in Antwerp is a disaster)
Sleeping with the window open is therefore completely impossible for me.
Defects or defects that are reported to the reception are only very slowly or not at all corrected.
Clogged drain, windows not closing properly, air conditioning not working properly, ect.
Half a year ago, Netflix also worked on Smart TVs, but after it stopped working after a while, the app can no longer be found.
After all, the staff is mostly friendly and the rooms are mostly cleaned properly. Here, too, emphasis is placed on mostly.

A very good hotel and should be more than 3* .Fabulous dining . Rooms have good facilities buy a little tired, however very clean. Can recommend it for overnight stay (my experience is based on an overnight stay)

Best of all are recreation area and Internet Wifi access.
Recreation area: Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room are perfect, clean and very relaxing. Lock cabinets and towels in changing room.
Internet is very fast (over 80mbps). Though I wished they could keep it stable. We had couple of disconnection in whole hotel for long time. TV rely on Internet which means both are down.
Parking cost is not logic when public parking exist just across the street.

Being refurbished at the moment. The room we stayed in was small, overcrowded with furniture and slifhtly grubby. Lovely views though.
Hotel class. The breakfast is varied, hearty and very good. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Only worries for those who like firm bedding: the mattress is soft. The rooms on the street are noisy.

Nothing special. All amenities - swimming pool, gym, sauna, massage - not available. Clean rooms, with a large TV - ordinary. Poor breakfast.
Really nice hotel in a strategic point of the city. The service is great; I found the room clean and equipped with everything necessary for the stay. Breakfast abundant in times (6: 30-10: 00 AM) also perfect for those who are in Antwerp for work and need to get up early.
Included in the living room were entrance to the pool and gym.
What about the best hotel that hosted me in Antwerp.
the rooms where great, the beds are huge and very comfortable, free WiFi and tv. the breakfast was oke.. not great, not too bad.. just oke.. fruits, bread, eggs, sausages and bacon, cereals and breadspreads and more.. bread wasn't best I've eaten though and the fruit wasn't fresh (according to my colleague) had a pleasant stay though..
Somewhat old-fashioned but clean with good value for money. The hotel is located in a traffic hub so you can hear the noise during the day and at night. The breakfast is not spectacular but super ok. We did not try the restaurant because it is too expensive. Is already far from the center.

Very welcoming staff. My room on the 4th floor was just what I expected. Comfortable, quiet, practical and modern. There's a Nespresso in the room with free coffee. Breakfast is nothing special but it has the minimum you would expect. They have soy, coconut and almond milk in case you don't want lactose and prefer a vegetarian milk.
Wonderful hotel. Nice swimming pool. Located slightly outside the center, but the bus stops in front of the door every 20 minutes.

This hotel is the worst hotel in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Small rooms. Comfortable beds. Room service is very bad. There are no services to download or transport bags, not even Trolley, where bags are agreed with you on the price and when you arrive you are asked for an additional amount of insurance and I regret that I booked it

It's a good place to spend the night, but their customer service isn't extraordinary. They have some staff that is genuinely lovely, but across the board they are rather cold and not exactly focused on the customer - which you'd rather expect seeing as it's technically a premium hotel.
A bit to expensive for my taste, but good and clean rooms, good beds, and big bathroom. But the food and drinks are expensive for what you getting.
Friendly desk staff. Stayed in a renovated room. Solid, but keep in mind that there is considerable noise pollution from the Ring (that is a motorway). Breakfast is not bad but the arrangement of the breakfast room is thoughtless and makes it much busier than it needs to be.
Just OK. Receptionist couldn t find a room for us to check in at 1:30pm in this huge hotel which I find unusual and deliberate. Were told to wait in the meeting lounge and the staff at the lounge wasn t sure if we were supposed to.
