Business meeting. Very good location, to meet centrally.

Extensive breakfast buffet, friendly staff.
Room small but the bed is nice, you do not need much more since you actually sleep there alone. Bathroom should be cleaned better, especially the dubious places on bathroom door and around toilet.

The ANNA bar has terrible acoustics and unfortunately no air-conditioning.

A well-known hotel located on the Antwerp Ring. Nice entrance hall and bar. The restaurant is definitely recommended for a business lunch. The rooms are standard but with a nice view.

Great hotel, great room, we had received a free upgrade. Some noise from the busy road nearby. And the breakfast we found too expensive. Fortunately, there was also a display case at the reception with juices, sandwiches and wraps.

The food was really bad and expensive. I didn't sleep there but invited two people for lunch. What a big mistake. I paid 89 euro for three main dishes and six soft drinks and the food was not good at all. I was ashamed for the people I invited. On top of that we had to pay 10 euro per car for two hours on their parking while we had lunch. Incredible. I never go there again.

3 Stars for the Restaurant, the Breakfast and the Gym. Overall the Hotel would be good for 4 stars but even with closed window noice level was as if the highway ran through my bed!

I've spent a total of six weeks here on business travel and I'll return next time I get a chance. Very clean and spacious rooms with plenty of nice amenities (coffee, lotions, front desk minibar, etc.). The staff are incredibly professional and willing to help with anything. The spa and pool are very impressive. Downstairs restaurant is nice but very limited on Vegan options. Free breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality.

An ideal place for a family holiday away from the city noise.

I only saw the seminar rooms and the parking lot (not the rooms), and everything was fine.

Correct hotel in its price category. Some rooms no longer seem so recent, but are absolutely ok and maintained, just like the bathroom. You enjoy a wide selection at breakfast. Absolutely ok.

Good hotel, the breakfast is very good. There are many choices, despite the juices that are not homemade. These are industrial juices this is the negative point. The rooms are very good, the bed is comfortable but it lacks plugs to charge phones or plug his hair straightener in the bathroom is not possible for example .... Ask a room that does not overlook the avenue because there is a lot of noise with the passage of cars.

What a pity, I'm sure it was a grand hotel,it would help really if stains are removed from the rug. It would make rooms look cleaner

Good quality business hotel. Nice breakfast. Great pool and sauna.

Hotel that is beginning to show its age, but very respectable in terms of cleanliness, quality of the environment and personnel. Excellent quality of breakfast. Beautiful indoor pool completely surrounded by windows that give on to a park. There is also a sauna, turkish bath, gym, all in good condition and clean, open to all guests at no extra charge from 6 to 23.

Remarks the hotel is a motorway hotel and that means a constant rush, no matter which floor. Otherwise very competent and friendly staff. Room small but clean. Water in the shower nothing special strong. Breakfast good, hotel restaurant prices OK, in comparison with the city center. Bus stop right outside the front door, 3 oneway to the city center.
Swimming pool and gym well equipped, clean and modern.
Say hello to the small elephants. Will be used again, parking for the front door, 17 per day.

easy for taking the bus and tram to central. The Brussel airport bus is in front of the hotel with every hour/ time. Very suitable.
No place to eat, should take the bus 22 from Antwerpen exports station to Cathedral of our lady in the central for eating and go sign seeing.
There are full shower, soaps, liquid... in the bathroom.
Nice hotel

The lobby, restaurant and pool on the first floor are stylish and modern. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated, despite the attempt to upgrade in the form of a picture on the wall and a huge TV .. The air conditioning is very noisy and did not help much when the panoramic windows were heated by the heat of the street. It is worth noting, it is very clean. The breakfasts are awesome!

The people were insanely helpful. The room is modern, comfortable beds and much more. Eating might be a bit pricey but there are other places to eat nearby.

Complete hotel, soft and pleasant bed, varied breakfast (sweet, salty, ...), sauna, swimming pool and hammam available. Nearby bike rental points and easy parking. Nice weekend.

Only visited the restaurant: friendly people, good food

Very good facilities. Tbe rooms are very nice. Good bed, bathtab, iron and ironing desk, fridge in the room. Wellness center on the ground floor of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restorant is of a proper quality. For dinner there were only 3 waiters. That was not enough. I never got my wine:) but at the same time it was not included in the bill (as it happens sometimes). Defenetly will stay again. The hotel is not close to the city center. But the parking is free. Free wi-fi in the hotel. In the rooms the quality of internet is very good (i even managed to watch netflix)

The only reason I can think of going there is because of the ease of access. You're basically next to the highway and a few main road arteries. Tho there are few really nice parks 500 meters further. Other than that, the style of the hotel is vanilla and nothing that really makes them stand out. To sum it up, it's ok.

Enjoyed the restaurant after a long trip from the US - Nico was an attentive and very personable server. Front desk staff was pleasant and prompt with requests, and the ease with which everyone switches to English is amazing. Breakfast buffet is much better than average. Room was clean and well kept every day for a full week. Shuttle to Brussels airport is right out front and departs every hour. City center is ten minutes away. No reason for me to stay anywhere else when visiting our office in Boom.

The hotel is okay, not amazing. Avoid the restaurant though. Having to wait for 1 hour until your food is served seems to be the norm (two nights in a row).

Hotel near the motorway so convenient for business trip or quick passage on Antwerp, clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom a little old but everything works fine, swimming pool and gym open until 23h what is Nice enough, bar and hotel restaurant very simple but sufficient when you do not want to pick up the car at night.
