We stayed at Crowne Plaza King of Prussia over President's Day Weekend. The facility was understaffed and the experience was a total disappointment. The hotel was completely sold out with dance teams and hockey teams and not a single staff member was concerned with helping guests since they sold out and making money.

One of the member of our team was thrown out of his room two hours after check in, his luggage and belongings were thrown in lost and found and his laundered shirt were rolled up in a ball.

Another member of our team was told that his room was being "cleaned" and the only thing that happened were his towels were folded but the room was not serviced and the bed was not made. We had 19 families in this hotel for the entire weekend and homeless people get treated better at a shelter then the service we got.
