Near the end of my search for a first car I stumbled upon a used civic at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I fell in love. I had Auxiliary battery malfunction issue. When I went to the dealer shop. Todd Johnson was great in Helping me. He made me feel like his family member while the technician working on it. The problem was solved quickly, it was a great experience.

I m not sure why they have such high ratings. I went in just to look around at cars while my husband came to get our C300 s ac looked at. My husband came back and we were just innocently looking at the GT 53 AMG on the left side when you walk in the front door. Whoever the rude lady is who sits right to the left of the entrance is the rudest woman I ve ever encountered. We understand the virus going around right now, but if you don t feel comfortable working then stay at home. You don t need to literally YELL at us you need to stay 6 feet away from me . We weren t close to this woman nor talking to her. We were just looking at the car innocently minding our own business. Even if she did want to tell us that, there are nicer ways to go about. We were considering buying a car from here, but definitely not anymore. Crown, check your staff s attitudes please.

No one seems to answer the phones in service. Poor.

Just bought a new E 300 at Crown. Overall a great experience, especially with CJ Sexton, who was our sales consultant. CJ was very helpful and patient with us. At no time did we ever feel pressured. CJ went out of the way to make sure my wife received the car on her birthday. We will be very happy to recommend CJ and Crown to our friends.

I recently had my used Kia Optima I purchased from another dealer serviced at Crown Kia of Dublin. I worked directly with Thomas Dick who was hands down the most helpful and friendly employee I have ever worked with in any service department. I had multiple issues with my Kia and Mr. Dick did everything in his power to make my experience with Crown Kia exceptional and affordable. He understood my financial situation and made the best of my experience by making the entire visit affordable, efficient, and timely. He was very knowledgable of the Kia make and models and provided relevant information regarding my specific vehicle. The work done to my Kia was beyond exceptional and my three to four visits were very comfortable with absolutely no issues. Mr. Dick was not only professional and efficient as a workplace professional, his demeanor and communication as a "person" was beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend any customer to Crown Kia of Dublin, and even more so, directly to Mr. Dick.

I shopped three other Mercedes Dealers both locally and regionally before I found Crown. While others were slow to respond or would only text or email and drag out the process Melissa was quick, to the point and we were done in literally minutes vs days at other dealers. Time is money and I saved both at Crown!

Brian Tassinari did a great job of scheduling our Mercedes service and getting everything done on time for the lowest cost possible.

I recently leased by second car from Crown. This was another smooth and pleasant experience. Doug worked his magic again entirely to my satisfaction. I love the fact that I can get the car I want, for the price I want, and especially, where I want. Doug and the entire staff make you feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish (including the service dept). My advise to anyone reading this review: This is the only Mercedes Benz dealer in Ohio! First class cars and first class service. Thanks, guys!

Crown Mercedes outranks all of them. The car buying process was made pleasurable, fun- filled and easy by Mr. Revard's unique experience in this field. He is always ready to help and answer any questions.Mr Revard made a house call to program our garage door. He is a master salesman, an expert birder and world traveler.

I am not from the area and as of recent needed a car as soon as possible. I called Dublin to find out current models and pricing; Konstantin picked up the phone and meticulously sought the pricing and the needs and wants for a new Mercedes that I was hoping to purchase. If you do not know this, dealer representatives do not like to speak or quote over the phone; they want you face to face in order to make the sale. Konstantin was helpful and educated me over the phone to understand my future purchase. I ended up not going with Crown Eurocars due to location; but I did end up with a new Mercedes. We had the pleasure to work with Sales Associate Melisa Greenberg, Sales Manager Richard Renner, Finance Manager CJ Sexton and President Marc Wigler on the purchase of our new Mercedes. I wanted to make sure I mentioned everyone involved in our purchase because they went above and beyond for us. It was an excellent experience, fast, accurate, no surprises and best of all welcoming. You can see in the picture I walked into a Mercedes dealership with a baseball cap and vans on and they treated me as if I'd purchased 10 G-Classes from them over the years. There's no doubt we'll be back for future purchases. I really can't say thank you enough to this team, and for making our buying experience a smooth transaction and not a game of chess between buyer and seller.

We recently purchased a 2016 C-300 at Crown. We were very pleased with Melisa Greenberg, the associate with whom we worked, She provided a variety of options for us and earned our business as a new Crown customer. She was able to meet our price-point. Her competition was unable to do so. Melisa even scheduled a home visit to provide a tutorial on our new car. And she offered to do so on her day off!

Beyond that, however, Melisa put flesh-and-bone on the positive customer satisfaction reviews for Crown we read before visiting the location. Those positive reviews brought us to Crown, despite the fact that another dealer was closer. Melisa will bring us back.

I experienced a warning light on a vehicle that was less than two months old to me. Not being familiar with the warning, and two hours from home and the dealer where I purchased my SUV, I contacted Crown Mercedes-Benz for advice on whether to keep driving or bring it in for service. I was treated with outstanding service on the phone and in person. Kevin Riemenschneider was SO VERY HELPFUL in getting me to my meeting without further delay. When he realized the warning light was going to require a software update that would make me late for my meeting, he arranged a loaner vehicle, ensured it had navigation, and even offered to wait for me the following day if I planned on getting back after the service department was planning to close. I had a great experience turning in my CLA250 to replace it with the 2017 C300. Ken understood my needs and worked diligently to get me in my ideal car! I drive from Michigan to work with Ken Stuart because he is customer focused and well versed in the Mercedes brand. I will continue to work with him with future car purchases:-)

My batteries needed replaced and reminded the dealership that they had been replaced recently . One wads a total replacement and the other was pro rated. Feel that should have been researched without me mentioning it . Other than that everything was fine as per usual.

I found a GLC 300 that I liked online and Tim Tassell contacted me after my inquiry. Tim was friendly throughout. He answered all my questions and after the sale has followed up make sure I didn't have any issues. I had a great experience, and even though I am two hours away, I will look first at Crown Eurocars for my next purchase!

My salesman was Peyton Seay. I hate the process of buying a car, but Peyton really made it a lot better process. He listen to my wants and worked with every part of the process. He even made sure to question me when I was cleaning out my car. I thought I had everything and he asked about garage door openers and sun glasses. I would have forgotten my garage door opener and worst of all I would have forgotten my Bon Jovi CD. This young man is not like the typical salesman. I even enjoyed the finance officer that had me sign all the papers. I really would recommend Peyton Seay and Crown KIA. I am hoping to return with my mom to see if they can help her.

service adviser Shengqian Saguisi did a great job. Quick, Professionally suggestive and polite.

I brought my Mercedes E350 in for service at Crown Mercedes. The service advisor, Shengqian Saguisi, was courteous, knowledgeable and set up a loaner car, followed with a diagnosis, explaining critical and non-critical repairs needed. When the car was ready, I got an email, a phone call and an e-bill so I could see the cost breakdown.

It was a great experience buying our MB from Crown MB Dublin. We were warmly welcomed by Tom and John both manager and general manager of sales while dealing directly with Konstantin Chumak who was exceptional taking his time showing us different models discussing in details the many options each car had. After deciding on what we liked and signed all the paper works, Konstantin decided to spend an hour or so sitting with us in our new car showing us how to work the different options instead of walking away with a hand shake after the purchase was finalized. Thank you Crown MB management and thank you Konstantin for a GREAT service experience !

We recently bought a car from this Mercedes Benz location and the service was great here. People there were very friendly and especially our salesman, Kenneth Stuart. He was great and even stayed past his normal work hours for us.

Steven Revard was incredibly helpful in our shopping experience for a new car. I generally hate buying cars and had not done so for 13 years. Steven took the anxiety and aggravation usually associated with car buying and made it a pleasurable experience. I will do business with him in the future.

We enjoyed our experience with our salesman, Maurice Aouad. He spent over an hour trying to help me understand the complexities of our vehicle when he delivered it to us. We are over an hour away from the dealership and he took the time to come to us.

Dishonest criminals.

I changed the oil on my car myself with a genuine original Mercedes oil filter. The next time, it was winter so I took it to Crown for an oil change. Then it was time for me to change it again, and I saw that they didn't use a genuine original Mercedes oil filter, even though they charged for it. Instead, they used a generic filter.

Another time, my airbag light came on. They told me I needed to replace the airbag in the steering wheel for $1300. I replaced the steering wheel contact ring myself ($120 part), and that was the problem.

CJ and Youssoupha did an amazing job of taking care of my Husband and I as we purchased a new vehicle. They were instrumental in helping us obtain the vehicle we wanted. They were very friendly, hardworking, caring, and abided by the Covid-19 protocols and procedures. We are extremely pleased with their customer service. We will back in the future to purchase more vehicles from them! Thank you so much CJ and Youssoupha!!

Mike Lyons did a great job in making sure every item on my estimate was explained clearly before my vehicle was serviced. I received a loaner vehicle in great condition and Mike stayed in contact with me while my E350 was serviced. When I received my vehicle everything was completed as promised. One small problem I noticed when I got home were some scratches on one of my aluminum rims. I contacted Mike and Crown agreed to discount the repair on this rim, since I'll be getting my rims polished in the near future. This reduced a very stressful situation, since I'm crazy about my vehicle.

I ve been leasing Mercedes vehicles for about the last 10 years. My most recent lease still had 10 months left on it, but I was close to my mileage limit. I stopped in Crowne and met with Jeremy Ellis. He already had a payment sheet printed out for me for a 2019 E300 that was in the showroom that he thought I d like. After seeing the car and all it s features, I was hooked! It s a beautiful car. Jeremy and CJ Sexton were able to get me in the car in the payment range I was looking. I ve had nothing but great experiences here, both leasing and service. I was expecting to come back the next day to get the car, but they were able to get everything completed while I was there.

Tim is by far one of the best sales members we have worked with. Informative, not pushy, honest, personable and transparent. I thought it couldn t get better but I was wrong. We ended up working with CJ in finance and what a true individual that made you feel at ease. He is so knowledgeable and such a friendly individual.

We just recently purchased our 3rd car from Crown. Our 1st was at Crown Kia and last 2 of been through Crown Eurocar. The service is excellent and welcoming. The work etiquette and prestige that Shen Saguisi has is amazing, he kept me updated accurately and attentively towards the repairs and changes to my car. Beforehand I took my car to mercedes-benz of easton three times for my transmission issue, to which each time i was told it was a "system upgrade issue". Mercedes-benz of dublin diagnosed the issue, and fixed remaining issues that were present with in four days. They have my business easily now. Thank you once again.

Went here to buy a pre owned vehicle. I test drove a vehicle and decided to buy it after thinking about it for a day. When I came back after 48 hours ( with a check) the sales person said, " the white car is sold. It's good since you didn't want the white anyway. I have 2 sets of customers waiting for me, you can see our inventory online" and walked away . I understand that some one picked up the deal before me. But I'm not sure why the sales person did not try to make me a different sale. Moreover, what got on my nerves was the sales person's attitude. I had an other car in mind, but decided to walk away and never come back again.

The sales person's attitude was borderline offensive and I felt personally hurt. Was It because I'm a brown person in my mid twenties as opposed to his typically white customer base? Maybe. Maybe not. I don't know and I don't intent to find out.

Great overall buying experience. Had the privilege of working with both Tom Sands and Andrew Ruck during the buying process, both of whom were extremely professional and straightforward. I was in and out of the dealership in just over 1 hr, couldn t have asked for a better buying experience. I purchased a 2010 Acura TSX and I am very satisfied by the quality of vehicle, will definitely be back the next time around.

Youssoupha Mbao is a top notch salesperson. I don't buy cars often and he was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Youssoupha answered all questions, pointed out defects as well as features of this used car prior to me asking. He made this experience relaxing and enjoyable. Stephen Revard was excellent to work with! I went to another dealership first where I was told I would be lucky to get the car I wanted without a markup on the MSRP. Then after negotiating wasn't offered a good deal and walked away. Days later they called back to offer the deal I wanted. It was too late, I had already talked to Stephen. I told him what car I wanted and made it clear that I wanted a good deal. He immediately replied with a fair deal, the best he could do and still make enough profit on the car to be worth it. There was no nonsense of going back and forth with the sales manager for hours, or waiting days for a reasonable offer. This is how car buying should be.

A year and a half ago, along with my purchase of a new car, I was sold a protection plan for the exterior of the car. I was told by the salesman, that it covered normal dings and scratches. It won t cover being keyed, he went on, but all the little dings and scratches are covered. Sounded good to me and I forked over the $600. I have a couple of these dings and scratches and when I took the car in for scheduled maintenance, I pointed these out to the service personnel. Those are not covered, I was told. They broke the paint and thus are not covered by the plan. So what is covered for the $600? asked. Dents that don t break the paint. I can t help but wonder if that is even possible. No, I didn t read the fine print, I just trusted what I was told. The non-covered dings are so small that I will use a magic marker to hide them, but----
I feel that I have been sold a bill of goods. I am a professor who teaches future business people. We emphasize that integrity not only feels good, but leads to future profits. I will not be buying another car from Crown.

After shopping around at several kia dealerships, this was by far the best. My sales associate kaiwan had a lot of knowledge about kia and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. The finace deparment did not give me quotes for bad interest rates like some of the other dealerships I went to. I felt like this was a credible place to buy a car with honest people and knowledgable staff.

I live in Cincinnati, OH and I was looking for a used SUV that I could use for both work and pleasure. I worked with Mark Radabaugh at Crown. I simply gave him a description and price range of what I was looking for, and the next day he was emailing me pohtos of "potentials". None of those appealed to me, but he kept at it, and after about a week, he emailed me the information of a vehicle that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Mark had patience, and I felt like he was truly looking out for me, not just trying to "sell another unit". We had another wonderful experience with Crown Mercedes in Dublin. We traded in our GLK for a GL450 on July 21st. Konstantin Chumak was our salesman again on this purchase. Crown Mercedes came through for us just when we needed them. My husband had to undergo an emergency hospital procedure, and just when we were in the midst or arranging this, I was driving home from an errand, hit a pothole, and exploded two tires. Brian Tassinari took over as soon as I got to the dealership, calling me daily for the ten days it took for our insurance company to work out the details, letting me know where we stood, what work needed to be done, and what the time frame was. As the story evolved Brian made sure I understood what was happening, and he expressed care and sympathy for our home situation. By the time the whole ordeal was finished, I felt as if I'd made a new friend. He was kind, professional, and extremely helpful.

WOW! Our family has never had such a wonderful experience buying a new car! The Crown staff was so easy to work with...CJ Sexton is so professional and caring. He wanted to make sure we made a decision that we would never regret. We hardly knew there was any paper work to do because he just took care of everything.

Melisa Greenberg in sales was just awesome to deal with. She was a pleasure to work with and very prompt response to anything that couldn't be answered or handled immediately. She even picked me right up at the airport the day I flew in to take delivery of my purchase.
I am very impressed with the ease of this purchase buying a vehicle out-of-state 500 miles away.
Craig Brooks (Finance Manager) was also great and had paperwork organized and ready to be FedEx'd in a very timely manner, even though my bank was a bit slower with some information.
I am considering an extended warranty through Cown and Craig has been very helpful with that.

Overall I am very pleased so far, hoping my portion of the documentation and home state title work will be as easy. But, when I am in the market for another car, I will definitely look at what Crown Eurocars has available. Thank you so much Melisa, and I do hope I can work with you again!
