I purchased a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLC43 at Crown Mercedes of Dublin. The car was a special order and I ordered the car in May and received delivery in October. The delay was based on many variables that was completely out of the control of Crown Mercedes of Dublin and was solely based on the manufacturer. Although the process was very frustrating my sales person, Rachel VanMeter, and the sales manager, Craig Brooks, were incredible during this lengthy process. They both kept me up to date on the process and I felt they both shared the frustration during the process as well. The car was delivered and Rachel went above and beyond in order to insure a perfect delivery. Thank you Rachel, Craig and Crown Mercedes of Dublin. I love the car!!!! This is our second purchase from your dealership and we will be back in 1.5 years to upgrade my wife's Mercedes.

This was our first experience with Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin. I was looking for a used Mercedes SL 500 roadster and found one at Crown on Auto Trader. It was to be a birthday present for my wife Carol. I called and spoke with Mr. Konstantin Chumak. He was very helpful in all respects. Based on what I had read in the ad and what Konstantin told me my wife and I drove from Dayton to Dublin to check the car out. Mr. Ralph Burgess, the Pre-Owned Manager and I agreed on a price. The car exceeded our expectations. At my request, they even put it on lift so that I could check out the under carriage. Everything was more than what Konstantin and Ralph had told us it would be. We bought the car and drove it home that afternoon. Everyone with whom we interacted with at Crown was helpful, competent and professional in all respects. We could not be more pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Crown Mercedes Benz.

I purchased my new Mercedes E 300 from Crown a few weeks ago. Not being at all 'tech savvy', I repeatedly asked my sales manager, Frank Salierno, for help. He was extremely helpful, & PATIENT, and got me going on the right track. A great experience all around.

I took my Mercedes in for service this week. Dave Kohler handled the appointment as usual. I always see Dave when I go in, because he knows my car and knows how I like things done. When I picked it up I found that he had figured out a less-costly way to get done what I needed, and had my car washed and ready to go. I always go to Crown, and always see Dave. Bought a car from Dallah while back, brought my sister and bought her a 2013 sorento sx. Always looks out for us. Recommends best options. We bought a warranty and maintenance. He hooked it up!!! Go see Dallah he has years of Kia experience. I ve been buying from him since 2014. This is the second car that we have leased from Crown with the help of Frank Salierno. Frank is a great guy to work with, he makes the process easy and enjoyable. We checked out many Mercedes Benz dealerships in the area as well as outside of Ohio and ultimately decided to stay local because of the great customer service we received from Frank. He is genuinely an outstanding salesperson.

Melissa was the best sales associate I ve ever interacted with. She contacted me with the car I requested as soon as it came in and made the whole experience as smooth as possible. CJ also did a great job with the trade in process.

Excellent sales person, was given cold water from a really hot day and had all my questions asked about a car we were interested in. Was not pressured at all by the sales person and felt very comfortable to continue to ask questions. Will very likely come back if we decide on the SL.

However previously, I was ignored and did not receive any call backs from when I wanted work done on one of my older Mercedes. I got the impression that they prioritize their focus on customers with newer cars , and don't care for classics. Shame.

I had the most comfortable car buying experiences with Michael Antauer. He and his team have treated me well through out the buying process and it was different than my previous experiences with other dealers who keep pushing and putting much pressures. He was reasonable in negotiating by both hearing my opinion and providing appropriate feedbacks. I would definitely re-visit him once I am ready for next Mercedes.

I am very pleased with my recent purchase from Cj Sexton at Crown Mercedes-Benz. I never thought that purchasing a car 4 hours away from the delearship would be so easy. Cj worked with me for about 2 weeks getting everything together and made my trade in worth as much as he could. He did all the paper work and mailed it to me at my convienence. He even went the extra mile when it came to getting me my new vehicle by meeting me half way from where I live. Very pleased with his service and will always recommend it.

Dave Kohler did a great job and got part ordered and car washed while I waited. Only negative was there were no seats available in the wait area.

English is no my native language, so it's hard for my to understand all the details of the service, but Michael explained it very well and was patient and friendly. Sam Oltromonto, salesperson, did an excellent job of helping me select a car and secure a loan to meet my needs. He showed me how to set up and use Me Mercedes and all the gadgets on the dashboard. He returned my phone calls and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with Sam as he stayed calm and did not get upset with me during negotiations . I would recommend Sam and Crown Mercedes to anyone and especially a person of color who are looking to buy a Mercedes. I have owned a Mercedes since 1992 and have had a great experience with Crown.

I had down a tremendous amount of research and narrowed down my search to three suvs. The difference that made my decision easy for me was the buying experience with Crown Eurocars and more specifically working with Tim Tassell. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to ask me questions about how the car would be used day to day. Crown Mercedes-Benz Dublin was a pleasure to work with and will be our "go to" dealership in the future for sure. Our sales person Tim Tassel was informative, but low pressure and the store manager, CJ Sexton was approachable and so easy to work with. Finally the finance manager, Craig Brooks explained all of our options and was able to get us out in time to go to our daughter's soccer game. If you are looking for a low pressure, highly professional place to buy a beautiful car then Mercedes-Benz Dublin is where you need to go. We also looked at a Kia and were equally as impressed with the Crown Kia dealership and their manager Dominick Siclari. Bottom line, head to Dublin to buy your next vehicle!

Stephen Revard impresses both my husband and me as a kind, considerate and honest person. His professionalism is only surpassed by his love of, and knowledge about cars. After a purchase decision is made, he literally hand-held us through the entire process with the utmost attention and patience. I had warranty work done on my 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350. I bought my car from a private seller and was told it had a bumper to bumper warranty. Another local dealer said that was not true and wanted to do about $1000 worth of work which they claimed I would have to pay out of pocket to complete. I went to Crown Mercedes-Benz and David Kohler and Dan Hawks went to work for me immediately to validate my warranty with Mercedes-Benz. They were able to immediately find out the details for me and get the work done for me with the warranty covering 100% of the charges. It is amazing what a difference people like David Kohler and Dan Hawks can make when they come to work each day with a conscientious and caring attitude. This is my first Mercedes as well as my first experience working with Crown. I worked with Ralph Burgess and CJ Sexton and they both made and they made me feel at ease with this purchase. I originally wanted a Mercedes but settled for a Lexus and I regretted that purchase. I saw an ML350 on their website and was unable to get to the dealership fast enough as this vehicle was sold when I finally made it tot he dealership. Both Ralph and CJ felt bad that I was unable to see this car that they promised me they would find me the same vehicle. Within two days Ralph found a vehicle and it was on their lot ready for me to see. CJ sent me pictures as well as what options the car had. Within a 5 day period I was in my new Mercedes ML350 and am glad I finally got what I truly wanted. Through the whole process CJ kept me updated and when I took possession of the car CJ did an excellent job explaining how to utilize all of the features this car has to offer.

Youssoupha Mbao is a very knowledgable, dedicated and professional sales associate. He was very patient and worked extremely hard to find me the exact car that I wanted ( and that was not easy due to my demands). He is always very courteous and answers my questions. I honestly have had a great experience with him.

I was having issues with another Mercedes dealership and I figured I would try out a new one that was a little farther away. That was the best decision I have ever made. I wanted to thank my service adviser, Shengqian Saguisi and service tech hasan. Shen took his time answering all my questions when I brought in my 2011 Mercedes E550 for transmission and brake fluids change. Hasan also took the time in explaining the process of changing the transmission fluids step by step. This allowed me to better understand how important it is to maintain this 7 speed transmission as it's recommended by the manufacture.

Don't really care for some of the arrogant staff. Dave Koehler in service has gone above and beyond for me. My first experiences with the dealer weren't good so it will take awhile to gain my trust again.

Worked with Michael Lyons. Went beyond expectations. My vehicle had a few electrical issues that were fixed through warranty with no hassle at all. Scheduled appointment online, rolled into the service drive, signed a few papers, and left in a loaner vehicle. Michael was great in communicating via text, and took any issues I had with the vehicle seriously. I visited Mercedes-Benz of Easton few weeks prior with the same issues, but was told everything was normal with the vehicle so I was charged a $150 diagnostics fee. Mercedes-Benz of Easton does not take you seriously the way Crown does. Only reason I visited Mercedes-Benz of Easton instead of Crown when the initial problems came up was due to Crown having later appointments compared to Easton. Thought I'd be saving some time but instead wasted time by having to go to two dealerships and made a $150 mistake. Will always return to Crown from now on for any issue. I recently was helping my mom look for a smaller SUV. She is a loyal Lexus client, but their smaller SUV did not fit her needs. I researched and found the Mercedes GLC and Audi Q5 could be a solution. I visited Crown Eurocars first since I have done business with another Crown Dealership and had a great transaction in the past. I was promptly greeted by Ashli. She is in finance and let me know others were in a meeting but would have CJ follow up. After visiting Crown I visited another dealership for the Audi, where I was not or ever greeted for assistance. CJ Sexton followed up with me and we made an appointment to meet. I was very impressed he spent time to understand my mothers needs, ensure she was comfortable and was very honest. When we went to pick up her car, we were introduced John K and Ralph Burgess to made my mom feel very comfortable, and spend quite some time going over her new car, and Wayne took time to go over the paperwork as well. In addition to Mom getting a new car, I also left with in a different car than I showed up with due to the fantastic service we both received. CJ went above and beyond my expectations, which are not small, and everyone at the dealership we welcoming and truly care.

This is the best luxury dealership in the Midwest, and Andrew Ruck is the best salesman. He goes beyond what other sales people do. I live in Michigan, and when my lease is up, I drive to Dublin, for the top notch Mercedes dealer(crown). Well, this time around it was different. I'm a very busy dentist at this time of the year and had no time to head to Dublin; Andrew Ruck offered to drive 7 hour round trip to deliver my vehicle. He brought it my office and picked up my previous lease. To me, I don't believe you'll receive that level of service anywhere.
He explained all the features in the car and transferred my plate.
If you're ready for your next luxury vehicle, even if you leave far away from Ohio, I would still call Crown Mercedes in Dublin and ask for Andrew Ruck. It's truly worth driving or flying there!!

I dont know how sales is. But they have some real special people in their parts department if you know what i mean. Horrible attitudes and no knowledge of the products they are selling. Ill just keep doing my buisness with Germain Mercedes of Easton these guys here at crown are morons. Absolute disgrace to the Mercedes Brand.

Bought a 2008 E350 in Canton Ohio and after taking delivery i didn t have a clue how to operate a lot of buttons and I went to Crown Eurocrats and Steve a commission salesman spent a hour with me going over my car.Steve went over and above the call of duty and represented Crown in the highest manner.What a class organization and even classier person.I wish I could give more stars.

Taking a leap from one car brand to another can be challenging, especially when it is a Mercedes Benz. However, when the right team is in place on the dealer's side any confusion or doubt can immediately be dismissed. Doug was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recently had my car serviced at Crown Mercdedes and my service consultant was Brian Tassinari. He was a pleasure to work with. He has a very laid back, friendly demeanor, but is extremely efficient.

Service was fabulous. Shen Saguisi got me in ahead of time. i was looking for just regular service. He noticed the brakes had little wear left.They were able to do the brake job, A service and get me out of there to meet my schedule. Everyone from the check in , to service, to the car wash was fabulous. Their Great Attitudes make your day better
