Made appointment at 1:30 and was meet promptly by Thomas Dick , this was my regular service for my 2016 Kia Sorento, went over a few details before going to waiting area, about haft hour or so later Tom came and got me to sign papers before leaving, all in all this was a pleasant visit and Tom was very helpful,

It has been a great experience to buy our E 350 from Crown Mercedes. We found C J Sexton to be friendly, knowledgeable and ready to work at our pace. We did not feel any pressure to choose a particular model or add any particular options from him.He explained the features options very nicely and patiently. We feel we got a fair deal on our car.

C J and Dustin from finance section were very accommodating to us for our late appointments worked with us even after hours. Dustin made the long and uneasy task of paper work relatively comfortable to us. We did not get to say hello to the manager but we used to have late appointments.

After we had the car, C J did spend time and effort to explain the working of the features to us even after hours and on his off days.

Bill Stevenson did an excellent job throughout the buying experience including follow up to make sure all was well with our purchase.

Crown Mercedes never fails to provide the BEST service of any Mercedes Dealership I have done business with. Dave, my Service Manager, is an excellent communicator, providing relevant information that helps me understand what they are doing to my vehicle and why they do/don't recommend certain products or services. It is quite evident that Dave and the Service Team at Crown Mercedes put Client SERVICE as their top priorty. Thank you again!

These people were awesome I had a van it in some water and had some issues couldn't get it started was needing to get back to Kentucky and Dave Koller service man was the best yeah Drake communication was very helpful explain everything that was going on wasn't going to be able to get a starter till tomorrow but he found out another dealership had one he sent for it they put it on and I'm back on the road I'm almost home now thank you so much will definitely return if we have any more problems and we'll definitely recommend Crown Eurocars to others!!!! I dropped my 2011 E550 off to have rims looked at after driving around Columbus this winter. Service advisor Brian Tassinari listened to my concerns got me a loaner and overall was excellent to work with. He kept me updated on the status of my car and after I picked it up drove like a Mercedes again.

The experience we had here buying a vehicle was amazing. Melisa Greenburg was our saleswoman and she did everything possible to make sure she wasn't wasting our time and getting us an amazing deal. From her pulling up the different cars to her understanding if the car wasn't for us, that was amazing customer service. In the past few months we haven't had luck with other Mercedes Dealerships or really any other dealers but When we walked into crown and were greeted by Melisa, that was the moment we knew shed be able to get the job done. The whole car buying process usually feels like it takes forever but somehow Melisa got it to feel like it only took half the time of what you'd expect. I stopped in to look at a used E350 with my son. I was met by Melisa Greenberg and everything went great from there. Melisa went through painstaking effort to give me a shared vision on how Crown does business and what they go through to confirm their used cars are superior to others. I had looked at another dealership in town and there was no comparison. The car was clean, new tires, new brakes etc... Purchased it that day along with an extended warranty that I truly value. I can't say enough of how nice of an overall experience I had working with Andrew Ruck at Crown Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. Andrew allowed us to make decisions at our own pace and was extremely patient in helping us with the whole car buying process. His knowledge of all of the models helped us make our selection of the vehicle that proved to be best for me. He did this through comparisons during test drives and discussing features and performance of the various models we were interested in. His professionalism did not waiver during the purchase and delivery of the vehicle as well. I still cannot believe how much time that Andrew spent with me when I returned to pick up the vehicle and take delivery. I arrived at the dealership in the evening around closing time and Andrew not only waited for me, but then went on to spend an hour and a half with me in the vehicle, explaining everything to me before I drove it off of the lot. This has been to worst experience attempting to buy a car ever. Could not get even an estimated trade in value for my car, could not get anyone to write up a simple sale so I could fly down and pick up the car. Promises from Larry the general manager Eric would call. He called once, said he is working on it. I got a text Friday saying he will call. No call how hard can it be to sell a car? You don't need a college degree, I do not get it. Dealing with a bunch of idiots. Eric blamed the beginning of my poor customer service on another employee that he said was in the hospital e,ailing me...just awful and a week later still no car. Good bye crown!

My husband and I recently found ourselves in a dilemma and needed a new car asap. CJ Sexton was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable sales person with whom I have ever worked. He and his manager Tom Sands had already begun the paperwork process prior to our arrival, saving us a lot of time. CJ found us a great vehicle and went above and beyond to help us out. Not a good service experience.

I am leasing a C300 with Crown Mercedes and recently had an issue with one of the tires. One of the rear tires was losing air pressure slowly but not completely. I tried filling air and it kept losing air pressure after a week. I called Crown and setup a service appt. to check this issue.

Brian, the service advisor said if the tire can't be repaired then they will be replacing it and gave me a quote.

An hour later, I got a text saying the tire pressure issue is due to a nail puncture next to the side wall, they had replaced it with a new tire.

I picked up the car, paid for the new tire and fast forward 1 week, the same tire, started losing air pressure again. The same problem as before, the tire pressure going down after a week.

I took my car directly without an appt. and I asked my service advisor Brian to check it. His initial response was, I may would have picked another nail.

They took the car inside for checking again and came back with a new story that there was another issue, with the valves or something and that was causing the tire to lose air pressure slowly. He said it has been fixed and no charges this time.

I am writing this review because, they did not diagnose the problem correctly during the first visit and charged me $323 for a new tire, and I had to go again to fix the actual issue.

Melisa Greenberg is an all-star salesperson. We were able to get two great cars from her. She is easy to get along with and skips the hassle of going back and forth between models, and pricing and helps you nail down what you need from the start. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and did so while making us feel safe during COVID. Came recommended to us, and I would recommend her to anyone in central columbus looking to get a Mercedes.

Awful customer service and shady salespeople who definitely just want to get paid their commission. I get it, sales is sales. But this place willingly puts you in a worse off position, trust me. Never will I step foot in, or recommend this place to anyone. Ever. They do not care about you once you drive off. And you will never get any kind of courtesy follow up. Tell me you re only going to make $150 off of a car that you over sold, while you re wearing a Rolex? Please. Go somewhere else for a Mercedes, and never ask Jermey for help. Would give zero stars if I could.

Just bought a new 2015 Mercedes CLA and Micheal Antauer made my experience flawless. He explained everything in detail and was easy to talk to and troubleshoot with-- unlike any car salesman I have ever interacted with. I am loving my new car and appreciated the customized service.

Every need was met! Before and after the sale. What can I say? I was sold on the Mercedes brand (former BMW girl), then I was brought a beautiful C300 with exactly everything I wanted. I couldn't have built it better myself. Not only that, there was NO high pressure, no whispering in the corners (lol!), just a respect for me as a buyer. We also laughed a lot!

I was an out-of-state buyer and had a fantastic experience with Stephen Revard at Crown Eurocars. After speaking with other dealerships, Stephen proved to be the most helpful and delivered the most favorable deal by a longshot. He found the exact car I had spend months looking for in a matter of minutes, and less than two weeks later the car was sitting in my garage. Even though everything had to be transacted remotely, Stephen ensured that my purchase was smooth and seamless, and his knowledge, flexibility, and helpfulness put me at ease throughout the entire process.

We recently purchased a 2013 GL 450 from Crown Mercedes and had a very positive experience with Ken Stuart who was the salesperson. The vehicle had just been traded in that morning and Ken assured us it would go through Mercedes Benz's CPO service before delivery to us. A few days later, Ken personally delivered the vehicle in mint condition to our house and explained the various features of the GL. Ken is friendly, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. Another Crown employee we interacted with was Ashli McConnell, the business manager, who was very nice and courteous. Overall, it was a fun experience to purchase a vehicle from Crown Mercedes.

This is the second car we've purchased from the dealership. We always have a wonderful experience with the entire dealership as a whole. CJ Sexton and Ralph Burgess will go above an beyond to make sure you're happy. They're very fair, thorough and take their time to make sure you walk out feeling comfortable with your purchase and with a huge smile on your face. Ashli McConnell did our financing and we were in and out of her office in no time. No one wants to be in the finance office; she was so sweet and very efficient all while explaining in full detail the paperwork we were signing. Thank you guys for being so wonderful to work with! We will never go anywhere else unless CJ leaves, then we will follow him. CJ is truly amazing and unlike any car salesman I've ever met. Please promote him!!

My Honey and I have been buying cars for years from Crown in Dublin, from a small number of salesmen. We prefer the certified used cars and have found great success with them and the folks at Crown.
Ken Stuart helped us with our purchased this time. He, with the Used Car manager Richard (I think the title is wrong) who I met some time ago contacted us about a vehicle that they though would work for us. Unfortunately, it did not but fortunately we gave them both, a range of models we would thought would work.
So, Ken pulled up another model, with very low miles and in the range that would work, both were patient with us which is common with the Crown folks and frankly a much better selection. Lucky Us.
Todd Johnson, Dan Hawks and The Master of Detail, Gilberto were watching and making me feel safe with the purchase and the car.
I have never been a mechanical person and I am pretty sure there are little fairies and other supernatural creatures that make the car work so, the attention all these great folks make the difference when we are ready for a new car as I am solely at their mercy.

Melissa was my sales woman. She was excellent. I had an unforeseen circumstance and she did everything in her power to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted. Usually people would not do this. The logistics of my situation was different as well. She even went out her way for that. I appreciate people such as her and I would recommend that all future clients have this great experience.

I was interested in a Mercedes E350, saw the on-line lease offers, and went to visit. The car and the dealership sold itself from the friendly staff, to their willingness to work with me on price, to the servces they offer, like free car washes. The salesman, Andrew, spent tons of time with us showing us all of the features of the car, and even made a house call to program the garage door opener (which is unusually difficult to do). We will be back for another car after this lease is up. Extremely satisfied!!!!!!

I am a second time buyer/lessee of Mercedes Benz and I deal only with Crown Mercedes Benz. Over the last three years, I have had stellar and uncompromising service and support from every employee. Just to give you a sample of my dramatic car life, a rim was damaged before I even signed. One day after buying the brand spanking new off the truck C300, a friend left my sun roof open and there was a ridiculous torrential down pour for 24 hours- drenching the entire inside of my car. A week later: a busted rear tire. Over the course of weeks and months: keys locked in trunk twice; another busted tire...and well- I could go on but I am starting to get depressed! The point of this background is that through it all, Crown Mercedes service and sales stepped in every time and in a way that immediately alleviated stress.

My recent buying experience this year was no different. I contacted Mercedes sales to begin discussing my next car and I connected with Konstantin Chumak- a new Sales expert for me. Konstantin found the car and worked the deal I wanted before ever meeting me. But I delayed and a month later when I called, he was just as responsive and excited to partner. We met. We wheeled and dealed and 24 hours later, I am writing this review. I did nothing more than set my price and landed on an exterior paint.

I have a lot going on in my life right now including a high profile, stressful job and moving homes. Peace of mind matters more to me than EVERYTHING. I thought maybe I wanted to downgrade...maybe I should look at other car brands. In the end, the peace of mind that comes with Crown and now Konstantin having my back...well for me, it's priceless.

I took my new Sprinter Class C Jayco motorhome in for an airbag warning light. Unfortunately, Jayco the motorhome upfitter did not activate my Mercedes warranty when I purchased 5 months prior.
Dave Kohler explained the situation to me and worked over the next 2 weeks with me and Mercedes to get the warranty properly activated and my vehicle fixed. Dave followed up with me several times with updates on the process and got me right away for service after the warranty was sorted.
Dave is an engaged employee and it shows in his enthusiasm for helping customers. I will be asking for him by name next time the motorhome needs service.

Mike Lyons was terrific. Prompt, organized, great communications, and offered me lots of options. Took great care of me and my 2003 S-430. 180,000 and counting thanks to Crown Mercedes and the people there like Mike.

My wife and I bought our first new Crown Mercedes in 1996, beginning a relationship that would span eight new cars over twenty years. During that time we ve consistently been impressed with each individual at Crown s commitment to our comfort and trust. Whether it s accommodating unusual scheduling for routine maintenance or handling a special request on a new order, we always feel as if we re being taken care of by professionals that understand our needs.

In October of 2010, my wife s beloved C55 was rear-ended and totaled. Ken was there for her and got her into a new E350, quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. He was amazingly sensitive to the fact that she had lost a car that she really loved and was extremely responsive to her needs. In fact, he did such a fantastic job matching her to her new car that she s still driving it today.

Most recently Ken has been tireless in accommodating my requirements on a new SLK55 order. We re a little ahead of the public facing marketing material on this one and Ken has gone so far as to call the factory, more than once, to verify my assumptions and answer my questions about the 2016 changes. I m delighted in the effort he s made to ensure that the car is exactly what I want and that there are no surprises in the build/delivery process.

I honestly can t imagine a better experience in buying or maintenance then we ve enjoyed with Crown over these years. I wholeheartedly recommend them and I m confident that your experience will be equally rich. 5 stars, would do again.

Shen is great to work with. He kept to his word on pricing and is always very good at explaining issues thoroughly and so that it's easy to understand.

We recently bought the GLA 250 and the overall experience with Crown was awesome! One of the major part of that awesomeness was our Sales Rep Andrew Ruck, he spent time and really helped us decide which car fits our need and what options work for us. The overall time to close was less than 2 hours and considering that most of the places were closed (I bought it on Jan 1st), it couldn't have been better !!

This is my second time leasing a car from Crown Kia, as well as my second time working with Jarrod Auten. Just like the first time, I left highly satisfied and confident that Jarrod did everything he could to get me the price and the car that I truly wanted. As everyone knows, the car buying process takes an extremely long time- atleast in my opinion it does- BUT, Jarrod makes the time pass by pretty quick because aside from him doing his job to make the sale, he really takes the time to get to know who you are and makes you feel like you have known him for awhile. All in all, I am really satisfied with the service and my whole experience at Crown of Dublin. If you get a chance to work with Jarrod, you will understand why he has a stack of 'Employee of the Month' plaques on his desk!!!

Dave Kohler always gives me an incredible experience when servicing my car. His willingness and extensive knowledge makes all the difference.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a GLK350 that had to have its airbags replaced due to a recall a few weeks back. When I arrived i was quickly greeted, and told to park in the holding garage next to the service lounge. I then sat and waited for my service advisor. I waited for 18 minutes before anyone tried to talk to me again from the service department. I watched my advisor goof off in the holding garage. Then he finally talked to me and walked away. When I looked through the glass out into the holding garage my GLK was gone. I felt so upset words cant describe it. I did not sign any work authorization, and wasn't told by anyone that they would be moving my GLK. The advisor then sat me down and we started going over the loaner car. He asked for my drivers license and I gave it to him. He the informed me that he could not issue a loaner car because I am 20 and that I, the customer was "to much of a liability." He told me on the phone that there wouldn't be any problem getting me a loaner. I then informed him that I could not wait at the dealership because I had a busy day of meetings and classes and asked for my car back. He then stated that he couldn't release MY GLK back to me, because the techs had already started working on it. Again to this point I still had not signed a work authorization. I felt like I was being held hostage. I then asked him about a rental car for the day and said that "no one will rent to you because of your age." This was false and after an hour at the dealership and a missed meeting he called a local rental place and put me in the lowest class possible that wasn't comparable to my GLK. I then had to pay a $50 fee that wasn't refunded for another three weeks. To recap Crown Mercedes Benz began work on my vehicle without my consent, lied to me and left me stuck at the dealership, insulted me and put me in a car that wasn't comparable to mine that I then had to pay a fee for, and I missed meetings and classes. I later called to file a complaint and wasn't talked to until I called back the next week. The person on the phone told me that the video footage would be used as an opportunity to train the employee that messed up my day and following weeks. I would highly recommend a different dealership to do warranty repairs, and repairs in general.

Konstantin Chumak assisted me with purchasing my Mercedes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me pick the Mercedes I wanted! My experience purchasing this car was awesome and I felt like Konstantin listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and gave me options to suit all my needs.
