Excellent service. Good communication throughout repair process. Very accommodating: provided a loaner car even with last minute scheduling and stayed late to accommodate drop off. Even came in under budget on an expensive repair.

We just got back after taking European Delivery of our Mercedes GLC and it was an awesome experience thanks to Stephen Revard at Crown Mercedes.

When we mentioned European Delivery to Stephen he was just as excited about it as we were. He is not only very professional and knowledgeable about Mercedes cars but he also took personal interest in making sure we had an awesome experience. He guided us through the entire process and made it very easy from the beginning configuring and ordering our car, setting up our European delivery, telling us how to have a great time, how to make the most of our trip to Stuttgart and finally delivering the car to us here in Dublin. When we were in Stuttgart picking up the car everything looked so familiar even though it was our first time because we had heard about it from Stephen in so much detail.

When planning our trip we ran into some timing constraints and Stephen made calls personally to Mercedes to get the production date of the car moved up which allowed us to take delivery earlier than planned (Thanks Stephen!!). His knowledge of the European delivery (and Europe), his willingness to make it a great experience for his customers is a great asset to him and Crown.

The process and the length of time can create some anxiety but Stephen always kept us apprised of the status of the car and communicated regularly throughout the 90 days or so it took from the time we ordered the car and the time we received it. Even though we had a good financing option he took it upon himself to get us a better financing option at the dealership.

When we are ready for our next car we will be going back to Stephen and thanks to him it will be another European delivery!

What a grand Mother's Day gift (a special order to myself) I received at Crown Motor Cars in Dublin, Ohio, with a new 400 E station wagon.

Technology has changed so much since my last station wagon and thanks to the tremendous help and expertise of Stephen Revard in receiving the car, explaining the details of the car, I was confident as I drove off the lot. He was an excellent teacher and explained details to my satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to request his assistance in the future.

Additional comments: following the initial car introduction, Stephen spend ~two hours to activate the garage door opener via the car and review answers to additional questions that I had.

All in all, it was a wonderful experience. My great thanks to Stephen.

Crown Eurocars makes it easy to schedule an appointment online and easy to pick your advisor, I chose David Kohler as I've scheduled with him in the past and he has always provided excellent service and keeps you updated along the way and knows that your time is valuable.

I recently purchased my first Mercedes from Crown Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. And I could not have had a better experience! When I first walked into the dealership I was impressed. The showroom was very well laid out and everything was very clean and organized.
After a minute or so, a gentleman named Ken Stuart approached me. He introduced himself and asked me on what I was looking to get. This was my first time around Mercedes so I was not sure myself on what model was right for me. I explained to Ken what I was looking in a car and what my price range was. During that whole time he listened to what I had to say and answered any questions that I had. I also explained to him that I was also looking at some other options and that I was not going to be ready to buy a car for about another month, surprisingly he was not put off by that at all.
After a month I came back in to talk to Ken. He was very accommodating and ready to help me find the right car. I told him what color, features and accessories that I wanted and he found me few cars that matched up. After few test drives, I ve found the exact car that I liked and after working out a deal, I ended up buying it. Ken actually went out of his was to get the car ready for me on a certain date and time that I wanted.
So far I am very pleased with my new Mercedes, and I ve have gotten many complements from friends and family on the car.
I was very impressed with this dealership and all of the people who work there. Everyone who I talked to or met was very friendly and courteous.
The best part of all was Ken, who is such a great guy! He listened to me, answered all my questions, and didn t push anything on me that I didn t want. He explained everything with great detail and I thought that he was very straightforward and honest. I would definitely come back here in the future just because of him. I have always owned Mercedes vehicles, and over the past years have been exposed to many different Benz dealerships, with some being exceptional and others much less so. This was my first luxury car purchase. I'm typically an American car girl. However, I don't believe I'll ever be going back! I originally purchased a car from Carmax, but my boyfriend researched Crown Dublin and brought me in. Stephen was excellent. I love to shop, but do not care for pushy salespeople. Stephen was kind, engaging and also worked within my budget. I was able to secure a better deal at Crown, which included the warranty. Unlike at Carmax I did not have to purchase an additional warranty. In the end I was able to get a newer model within my budget. I know I'll be back in the future.

I am so pleased with my experience at Crown Eurocars of Dublin...which was vastly different than the experience I had at "another" Mercedes dealership in town. The sales process was easy, we had deadlines to meet, and Bill could not have been more helpful with our purchase and explaining all the new features of my new GLA. I love the car, but more importantly, I loved the service and sales experience. Well worth the drive - even though the other dealership is closer, I will never buy a car anywhere else but Crown!

Brian Tassinari always takes great care of me. He greats me with a cold water and a snack, always makes sure my loaner vehicle has a full tank of gas and usually an upgrade to give me the opportunity to test drive the next level. As a repeat customer to Crown, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service provided with all of the people who I have dealt with at the dealership. Frank Salierno and Richard Renner are the dynamic duo of car sales! I am a long time Mercedes Benz customer and just purchased my sixth Mercedes from them today! To say that I am pleased with them, and Crown Eurocars, in general, would be an understatement. I purchased most of my cars from them at Easton Mercedes due to it being the closest dealer to Gahanna. However, after being extremely dissatisfied with Easton's service, I nearly went to BMW or Alfa Romeo. After finding that Frank and Rich had left and moved to Crown, I reached out to them and they worked a miracle for me. I stayed with Mercedes and got a brand new 18, GLC 300 for less than what I pay for a nearly three-year-old E 350! The combination I wanted is rare, and Frank was able to locate it and have it shipped to Crown! If you're in the market for a Mercedes, don't settle for less, go see Frank and Rich at Crown and receive the royal treatment!

Called me the N word, said I have no business being at that dealership, so I bought my new S class at Easton. Will be taking all future business to Easton. All people of color should be doing the same, this business does not care about you.

Service department is department is terrible. I came in early for an appointment and my services representative Mr. Shinn just walked by me and did not speak. He than continued to talk to other employees and get on phone. Please dont waste your time with the service department. I did not tell anyone that I was going to return I sat for total 35 minutes. I will never come back to this establishment poor services

Alex Greenland and Tom Dick in the service department are imperative assets at Crown. They treat you with respect and go above and beyond to explain things. These two make it hard to look anywhere else when thinking about buying a new vehicle. Client retention is secured by the service department, and Crown Kia of Dublin has that perfected. The class and quality of individuals in the service department (Alex and Tom) is second to none.

I worked with Michael Lyons in the service department to repair my 2007 Mercedes. This is the best experience I have ever had and Michael was the reason why. He took the time to talk to me and explain everything. When I thought I had another problem, he took the time to talk me though it so I didn't have to drive to the dealership. He even explained how the fog lights go on so I didn't have to go through the 3 books of the manual to find an answer. This is what great service should be.

From the beginning things have not been smooth. My mother purchased a 2018 Mercedes. Less than a week after she purchased the car the salesman left and no one has ever stepped up to make sure my mother's question were answered or explain things to her in a timely manner. It's been challenging to say the least to get answers or to get a return call. Over the past weekend my mother's brand new car would not start. This was Friday night and after Mercedes sent a roadside assistance and could not start her car. First thing Saturday morning, first call to service was at 9am and 3 calls followed with messages as no one was picking up in service, my mother was trying to get help as she was stranded and had no car and was trying to get her car fixed. I finally called and requested to talk to a manager as it was almost 4:30 and no one had yet to contact my mother. Service closes at 5. Bottom line, my mother still never got her car fixed, she was stranded over the weekend, no one would return her call and when someone did call, around 4:45, there was nothing they could do to help her. She didnt buy a Yugo but a Mercedes and expect Mercedes type service. Sadly her overall service since buying the car has been less than stellar and more along what you would expect from a pay here buy here dealership.

We worked with Melisa Greenburg and she did an excellent job. The purchase was a bit of a surprise for my wife and Melisa worked with me to make sure she was truly surprised. She treated my wife very well through the entire process. We will definitely recommend Crown and Melisa specifically.

I just had my first service done on my GLA. I highly recommend Shen Saguisi as your advisor, he's quick and efficient, made sure my time spent for drop off and pick up was minimal, no fuss, and even ensured my loaner was scheduled and warmed up before I got in it. When it comes to cars in Columbus I have only purchased from Crown Mercedes. This is my third car I have bought from the dealership. Andrew Ruck is the sales person I have worked with so far and I think he is the best.
