Very good food and a nice atmosphere. The quiz nights are partly in front but always entertaining.

Super delicious food and friendly service. Unfortunately there is no longer a kangaroo burger, but the crocodile in lemon sauce is stunning.

The place it's nice, it's well decorated with Australian objects. Although when we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes even if the place was empty, we tried to sit at a table and a waiter told us we couldn't but eventually gave us that same table 2 minutes later. The burger was really good but the meat was pretty small and I'd say at the end it was overpriced, 15 for a burger of medium/small its too much. There isn't the option to choose the cooking of the burger, only medium, and for 15 you should really have that option.

Beers and food are expensive by Vienna standards but the staff are great and it's a good place to watch sports, especially Aussie sports.

Best local in the city and live every day sports music or anything else since the number 1

Nice restaurant and very nice staff. Delicious beer. The food we found unfortunately not so great (why price / performance lala) ... But for a cozy evening gladly again :)

My first time where I was there. Was only because of the crunchy locusts. After that, it has always pulled me there more often. Unfortunately, there is always a lot going on, which destroys the ambience a little bit, but otherwise it is a bit of a pub

Very expensive, small portions, nice waiters, very hot / humid / stuffy

I paid 14.20 for a veggie "burger" (1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of mozarella, 1 slice of pineapple and a bit of pesto .. That's it). The "burger" was mini.
In comparison, a burger with 150g beef costs the same. But it will not be bigger ...

The waiters are very nice ... only plus

Since the restaurant is located in the basement and the ventilation does not seem to be enough for many people, it gets very warm and stuffy and damp ..

There are better pubs, as well as australian pubs in Vienna which are a lot better!

Unusual, interesting, well worth a visit, especially for people who like to try new things, such as kangaroo steak or grilled insects.

I tried for the first time crickets and meat worms. Amazing, crocodile and kangaroo meat aswell. The place seems to be full of customers until late at night. I loved it

Cool pub with a large beer and burger selection! Had a delicious starter, it was my first grasshopper and would recommend it to anyone. It looks worse than it tastes. It is very neutral in taste and the consistency is a bit like peanut flips !!

We were greeted nicely and quickly got a table. The service was good, the food as well (a lot of menu items).
What made our experience a 5 star experience was the waiter Benjamin. He was very energetic and it seemed like he was having a lot of fun doing his job. He made good jokes and we all had a laugh. We never had so much fun dining. Thanks Benjamin!

Not sure how genuine it is (local Ottakringer Rotes Zwickl is marketed as "Aussie" Kakadu Ale) but the food is great and the service professional.

Nice Australian pub right jn the heart of Vienna, filled with tourists and locals. Recommend making a reservation if you are a big group on the weekends.

Quaint, cozy, good selection of food and drinks. Just the right thing to hang out in the evening for a few hours.

Great atmosphere, but from the P / L ratio the food is bad, especially the burger, which is below average at best. One waiter downstairs was too pushy and the waiters I communicated with were generally unappealing.

Went here to watch Brazil s match between Brazil and Costa Rica and had a great time. They have a few different beers, serve them in ice cold glasses if you wish, and the vibe is quite cool. The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I went alone and sat by the bar and had a great time (everyone speaks english ). Didn t have any food though, but the main course is hamburger.

Around 2012, the dishes were best at Crossfields, although I always go back and can only say that the quality of the dishes has gone down the drain since then. For example, the giant crispy Queenslander is a joke, the bun crumbles when you attack and the meat is dry, the portion is only half of what it used to be. You get locusts instead of stuck in the mashed potatoes and served warm only in packaging (lol) cold in the bowl. The waiters, who are almost part of the inventory anyway, are friendly and can not help the bad decisions of the boss. The pub is enough to drink, that's why 3 stars.

I am sorry guys ! I always liked to come here and recommend so many people this place since it looks cool , but today was so disappointing. I ordered a Cheeseburger , i got literally red and bloody meat inside ,I told them and they took it back ( I apologized even because I didn't ask for well done )and brought me later again the same bloody meat. I ended up eating French fries, Ketschup and bread ( pointless to ask them again for getting normal cheeseburger).

Nice chill place where you can vibe with the bois or just grab some beer on your own. Service doesn't treat you like a customer but like a friend. Respectable

Nice atmosphere. This pub is decorated with banknotes on the ceiling. Good selection of beer and cocktails. A good variety of Australian dishes, including grasshoppers and worms. This is a must if you are visiting Wien for some days.

Loved this place, it has its own charm. Nothing out of the world but it's nicely themed

Customer service wasn't there, menu wasn't particularly Australian, lack of Aussie beers, very grungy place. I was unimpressed and personally a little offended that this carries the 'Australia' in its name. Very removed from what an Australian pub is.

Cool atmosphere, high prices with top quality sometimes quite unusual food, such as grasshoppers and other insects, kangaroo, crocodile, spicy crispy wedges and delicious (including) Australian beer. At least once a year a must for me and friends.

I really like this place. Burgers are amazing and there are lots of otger exotic Australian food that you can get here.

The place is cozy and specially in summer time I love the in-street spots.

Waiters are amaIngly friwndly and the drinks specially beer is great.

Price is a littlw higher that other Australian pub but is really good considering the food.

Sorry but have been three times to the Australian pub and no Aussie Beer only Fosters. They advertise in their menu VB and Crown but three times no show will be hard for me to go back unless they become an Real Aussie Pub with Aussie Beer

Good selection of Aussie beers in here and served with a smile. Service can be a little slow as times so be patient.

Huge and diverse food menu will have you wondering if this is what they eat in Australia. The answer is no. No Australian pub looks like this either so this is more like a fun park or tourist attraction complete with bank notes pinned to the ceiling from all over the globe.

Food such as grasshoppers and mealworms are particularly interesting - if something special is required. The "normal" food is also highly recommended. Cozy ambience, cool and unusual wall decoration.

The aussie bar guy is awesome and tried crickets for the first time which have a very unusual texture not for me. The atmosphere is great! We also had the mixed meat platter which is divine!!!

Nice and comfortable place with a pleasant staff. Beers are awesome and place offers an unusual Australian meals, and also some classic Austrian stuff. Wooden decorated, makes you feel welcome no matter what time of the day is.

Very nice place. You can find alligator and kangaroo meat. They have their own beers.

Amazing Burgers and real quick service. If you want to eat a big and tasty burger, that's definitely the right place to go!
Price is fine in comparison to the size of the burgers.

Menu has changed. Instead of grilled kangaroo, this is now available only in the form of a curry or in combination on a combi grill plate. Then I went 500m further into Vapiano.

Delicious food, also unusual stuff (grasshoppers, alligator). Most of the Pub is below ground - but who cares, it's a pub! The place is usually well visited, so I'd recommend booking a table. They show football on screens.

This restaurant and a pub was really great and authentic. They had the road signs and other stuff specific to Australia on the walls. They had the baristas speaking English with an Aussie accent, which was a nice touch. They offered kangaroo meat and alligator meat which was very peculiar, and I had to try it. I was very surprised to say the least and quite liked it. My colleagues also had something else, also not ordinary and they looked it as well. Overall, I've had a good time there.
