We purchased a kitchen remodel project through the Largo, FL Lowes location. The Lowe s sales person had promised us we would have a functional kitchen by Thanksgiving, when the purchase was made in August. After multiple weeks of issues with Lowes, work was started in early October.

BC Peabody was the selected contractor for the project, Gary Collins was our project superintendent. Gary and his team worked incredibly hard to get us what was promised. Once on site and the work had started, from demolition through installation, Gary ensured the project moved smoothly for everything within his control. He kept us informed daily, if not multiple times per day, of what was happening with the project. We knew exactly who would be in our home, when, and what they would be doing. Everyone that worked on our project through BC Peabody was professional, courteous, and performed quality work. Ziggy, Joel, Wafik, Tony, Christian, and every other subcontractor were great to work with.

Most importantly, the few times things did not go as planned, Gary ensured someone was there within a reasonable time frame to fix the issue or re-do the work.

Thanks to Gary, not only did we have a functional kitchen by Thanksgiving, we had an almost completely finished kitchen.

At the time of writing, the project is still in progress, wrapping up final pieces, fixing minor issues, and continuing to deal with open issues with Lowes and Kraftmaid cabinetry. I would recommend BC Peabody as your construction company.

BC PEABODY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES. Your company was contracted by Lowes to remodel my 72 square foot bathroom. after 6 months on the job i have a bathroom that actually detracts from the value of my home. the next contractor wants more money than what you were paid to do the job in the first place. Your people urinated on the floor of my new bathroom before it was even done. Which my wife was forced to clean up. your plumber put holes through the wall into my living room for the holidays last year. and your people refused to fix it. there were a total of over 12 weeks where no one even bothered to show up for work. now Lowes informs me , After 9 months into this 72 foot renovation, that they are not going to refund all of my money. this renovation was a wedding gift to my wife. A bathroom of her dreams. it has become a nightmare. I am appalled that "veterans" would do such horrible craftsmanship and still wear the moniker "veteran". you all should be ashamed of yourselves. i was truly honored to have employed an american veteran and you changed that. Your company throws mud on the honor of every veteran. You only got 1 star because i had to

Gary Collins is currently heading up a team from BC Peabody to remodel my kitchen and laundry room as well as newly construct a bathroom in a garage space. We are about half way through the process and so far are pleased. We initially went through Lowe's who assigned us Gary from BC Peabody and since day 1 demo day we have been impressed with his competence, skill, and professionalism. Any remodel has its ups and downs but a skilled contractor can navigate his team to successful solutions and outcomes. He has a knack for implementing - 'there are no problems only solutions'.
In his corner, he has 'the A team" = Ringo, Joel, Wafik, Robbie and Ziggy.
For example, if there was something that needed a revamp before construction could continue - Joel was a genius in executing the solution Gary advised. Ringo can fix anything and is a perfectionist. Robbie is an extremely talented painter and doesn't settle for less than perfect for your house. Wafik works diligently to complete the job and make sure it is done right. Ziggy is the master at making whatever he had available work beautifully. An example of how they fixed a problem was when our kitchen island arrived without a crucial part, but Ringo, Wafik, and Ziggy crafted needed supports and built a replacement part. Ziggy made finished 'fill' pieces look like custom expensive panels. Ziggy's level of craftsmanship is nothing but spectacular. He is attentive to detail and stops nothing short of stunning. Gary makes sure the trades he hires are also "A" team quality. The electrical team works tirelessly to complete your job safely and effectively. They are great at adapting functionality with efficiency. They are genuinely interested in your opinions and requests, as well as the appearance, safety and code of your project. The
job is not completed yet but I sure hope I can keep the "A team' and hope they will continue to impress.

So .... just had to post addendum. Our project continues. Ray is now added as an "A lister" to the Gary Collins "A team". He is professional, skilled, pleasant and highly recommended addition to BC Peabody.

We had our master bath remodeled by BC Peabody this year. They were always on time and did a great job of keeping the noise and dust to a minimum. The bath came out great, on time and on budget. Everyone was professional and friendly. We are considering having our kitchen done next.

We love, love ,love our kitchen and we were very pleased with each phase taken by BCPeabody to turn our kitchen from a very inefficient kitchen to a beautiful, well designed and professionally done kitchen.
Employees of BC Peabody were considerate, and well experienced in their field. From removing and replacing 1.000 sq. ft. of tile, to cabinets, plumbing, electric and ceilings, they transformed our kitchen into a kitchen anyone would love.
BC Peabody's representative, Gary Collins, was very professional, knowledgeable and always responded quickly to any of our concerns
We highly recommend BC Peabody to anyone who is looking for a professional, stressless experience in remolding.
