I was in need of an emergency repair service had to wait on the phone for 35min when suddenly a they said that this number is temporarily unavailable and hung up, tried again waited another 30min still nothing and there was a major leak in the property, unsatisfied and deeply disappointed...

I have had an awful experience with cross keys due to a flood. I had been reporting the problem with the toilets blocking for 2-3 yrs but the problem was never rectified. I have now lost 15, 000 pounds worth of property due to the flood

An absolutely disgusting service, I highly recommend no matter how desparate you are to own a house avoid this service like the plague. They will take as much money from you as possible without doing any of the work themselves. The initial sale of my house was delayed by three months due to a snagging list, yet upon moving into the property none of the points outlined were addressed and instead have been circled in pencil or left for me to sort. Now that I am looking to sell my house, I face numerous non-refundable fees that crop up out of nowhere. I have damages to my property that have been there since day one that they've been aware of and have never actioned, despite my repeated calls. If you try and complain they will pull a smug "Well, we are providing a charitable service to you..." as if I'm something they've stepped in. All in all I deeply regret ever having the misfortune of purchasing through them. They have no consideration for you, only your wallet.

Don't understand how you phoned my brother up for a property he bidded on was told on the phone to be there at 10am to turn up 10minutes early to say the viewing started at 9.30 and the house has already gone, How is that a fair system.

Not even 1 star. It is very sad to realize that Cross Keys, which was supposed to deliver a brilliant future for Peterborough, is merely a mafia plagued with aggressive malicious individuals seeking their own benefit instead of protecting their tenants and the homes they love. Communities for Cross Keys are "fields"/"mine" that need to be exploited for the best profit that will never be invested back in the communities. A monster has been created. Who will stop this monster.

Have just had a very informative and very friendly conversation with a receptionist at Cross Keys. As usual I forgot to ask her name but I hope she will recognise herself from this review. We started talking about my application to keep chickens and then went on to talk about my autistic son, who is to be caring for said chickens. She was a lovely lady with lot's of knowledge about both chickens and autism, from her own personal experience. I am usually nervous about speaking on the phone, but she made the whole experience brilliant. I am so sorry I didn't ask her name, but if all Cross Keys staff are trained to this standard, they can pat themselves on the back. Thankyou Cross Keys and special thanks to the 'Fen Girl' that helped me today.

Extremely unhappy with the quality of the house. Adverted as "High standard" but that's not true at all. I've purchase a new house with multiple defects and no one comes to fix them. I'm living here already for 6 months. Major infiltration in the bathroom and no one comes to see. No drain hole at the back garden (when it rains looks a swimming pool) Handover me the house with a massive cracked window and frame (took nearly 3 months to come and fix it). Boiler stopped working on the first week after the handover. Clearly rush and bad constrution... It's shameful how big organisations such this one treat their clients... I need to chase weekly for an update... looks that's me working for CKH. Our daughter born here and it's been simply a nightmare. Avoid at all cost.

Sadly, I would not recommend Cross Keys Homes as an employer under the current structure. The culture is very negative and staff turnover is high. I left the company almost 18 months ago yet I am unfortunately still having problems with them due to multiple mistakes being made in the payroll team, which I believe are probably as a result of the regular staffing changes.

Terrible housing association! Don't seem to investigate anti social complaints. Don't care about what's going on in my flat they ignore emails and they make things worser for people by not investigating complaints. Customer services are not helpful either. Would advise you to look elsewhere.

Would be 0 stars if I can give it. I've moved into a flat and suffering from anti social behaviour from my neighbours. I'm suffering from panic attacks and my mental health has got worse because of this. It would be nice if they investigate anti social complaints and respond to emails that isn't just a automatic response but they don't care... I've had to get the housing obbusman involved because of cross keys homes not doing much. Cross keys homes has been the worst housing association that I have come across. Would advise people to look elsewhere unless you like to suffer from stress and anxiety then cross keys homes is your company....

Extremely bad and unreliable service, they promise a lot but they don't deliver, I have moved to the new house 2 months ago and they still didn't complete the job to provide me with the garden, they quick to ask for money but when you ask them for anything they blame others for it. Whole buying process and post sales service is not great and unprofessional.

At the moment only 2 stars have been given and it would have one been if it wasn't for the two young ladies that helped us get our home in the end. Other wise its been very lapsy-daisy and careless mistakes have been made during the sale of our home to us signing the contract twice, direct debits failed do to CKH messing that up too, and then to get a phone call say we have failed to pay and are in arrears, Strange how our mortgage company managed to organise and set up their Direct Debit ok!. We called CHK because nothing had come out of our account and they told us "not to worry", so we didn't as we had put the money to one side. Disappointing service. Update, No one has been in touch,
