At the moment only 2 stars have been given and it would have one been if it wasn't for the two young ladies that helped us get our home in the end.
Other wise its been very lapsy-daisy and careless mistakes have been made during the sale of our home to us signing the contract twice, direct debits failed do to CKH messing that up too, and then to get a phone call say we have failed to pay and are in arrears, Strange how our mortgage company managed to organise and set up their Direct Debit ok!.
We called CHK because nothing had come out of our account and they told us "not to worry", so we didn't as we had put the money to one side.
Disappointing service.
