Sadly, I would not recommend Cross Keys Homes as an employer under the current structure. The culture is very negative and staff turnover is high.

I left the company almost 18 months ago yet I am unfortunately still having problems with them due to multiple mistakes being made in the payroll team, which I believe are probably as a result of the regular staffing changes.
