We visited this coffee shop while on vacation. We brought some family along (which included 4 kids) and ordered 8 crepes between everyone! The staff were great! Friendly and didn't treat us like an inconvenience (for having kids and ordering so many items). The food is AMAZING! The coffee is perfect! Everything was exceptional and so was the service! This is a gem of a coffee shop!

A clean and modern coffee experience. Friendly staff who diligently make your coffee to order. The coffee is fresh and fragrant. Although I'm only passing through, I'll be glad to stop in anytime I'm nearby.

Good coffee. Friendly atmosphere. Convenient location. I usually get the cold brew. Their pastry options are good. If you are a little more hungry, get a crepe. You can t go wrong with that. Great spot for meeting with friends, catching up with family, and even meeting a client or getting some work done. You ll find me here once in a while working.

OK, the blueberry lemon scone was outstanding, and the iced latte was on point. The strawberry banana smoothie wasn't smooth enough to use a straw to drink it and it was quite sour, like the strawberries might have been green... or at least not quite ripe. My 3 year old daughter wouldn't drink it. But, when I asked for some additional sugar, the counter server added 4 pumps of syrup rather generously. Overall it was a good morning snack and some special daddy daughter time!

I took my 2 celiac kids here. The coffee was great, the vegan GF Cinnamon rolls and Crepes are out of this world! We also tried the salad and the biscuits. We will be driving the 22 miles back here!! It is worth it!

They have a nice ambiance and the coffee is scrumptious. The disappointment came when I took a bite of my biscuit sandwich. The biscuit just wasn't what I hoped it would be. Not fluffy. Not soft. Not tasty. But bland, and almost crunchy. I highly recommend the coffee, but skip the biscuits and grab yourself a crepe instead.

Not he best. Coffee is average on its best day. Maybe I ve just had too much good coffee to recognize mediocre drinks. Pastries are meh too. Too bad as simpsonville really needed a good coffee shop and we get an average one. I d make the trip to downtown Greenville for coffee before I go here again on the weekends. Sorry not sorry.

I go here about once a week and love the iced latte and crepes (when I have time) but I do wish they would offer more variety for to-go breakfast items...I don't want rice krispy treats and cookies at 8 a.m. on a weekday.

A couple years ago, I went by exchange to get a lavender latte. The drink was great, but the service was average.
I just went by today and the service was amazing! I had a Cuban espresso with three oz or milk- it was delicious.
I work at a local business that carries Exchange Companies pastries, which are AMAZING. Their strawberry handpies are delicious, but so are there myriad of gluten free/ vegan pastries. Highly recommend stopping by!

Cons:

Cons:
The restaurant was not very organized, there was only one bathroom, there are no waitresses so you have to wait in line to order and get your food just like a fast food place, cold food/food isn't warmed up enough it seems, price is average, parking space is limited.

Pros: good environment, nice music, clean bathrooms, friendly atmosphere, well-kept/well-decorated, price is average, good food (if it was heated better and warm when brought out), there is a great variety of drinks and food, friendly employees.

Excellent coffee. Both their espresso and Chemex were top notch. My mother loved her chai latte. Crepes were tasty as were their cookies. A hidden treasure in Simponsville. I'll be back to try the cafe cubano soon!

Good coffee. Good crepes. But don't expect a good Wi-Fi experience. I kept getting DNS errors, so either their ISP is garbage or their router isn't configured right. In any case, they've had issues with it for awhile and haven't fixed it. For students or people that work remote, don't expect a stable internet connection. Also, the connection IS NOT encrypted. So do not buy anything or do banking online, especially.

Tried a French press and a scone for my first visit. The scone was fresh, flaky, and delicious, and the coffee was wonderful, even if a bit finely ground for press. The staff were friendly, and the place is cozy. I think I've found my neighborhood coffee shop.

Exchange has great food and they are very "Ingredient Conscious" so they are very clear about what does and doesn't have dairy, gluten etc. So I can have confidence what I'm ordering with stay within DIETARY RESTRICTIONS which is super awesome.

Great atmosphere.
Great staff.
Great Wi-Fi.

I had lunch here last week with a friend. I had the Chicken Bake Crepe-it was AMAZINGLY delicious!! The young man taking my order made the recommendation to me and I am so glad he did-thank you for a mouth-watering experience since my taste buds don't always wake up to my food choices! Can't wait to go back.

I love this place. They change up their menu every year, and have a community party for it. I've never had a bad experience here, and the crepes are delish. Sgt Jack's Pepper jack crepes is my favourite. The employeesare always friendly, and it's a great place to study or hang out. I believe they host private parties, as well.

Nice coffee shop with some good vegan menu items. Crepes are definitely American and not French but there were several that could be made Vegan and they are much thicker and filling than a french crepe which is probably more appropriate for the SC market place! Coffee was good too. Based upon the location I didn't expect too much atmosphere but it was actually busy with lots of people coming and going. The decor is modern and overall its a good place for lunch or brunch.

Great little coffee & crepe place with a cozy atmosphere. The Bacon Orchard crepe is the perfect mix of savory and sweet, a great brunch choice. The Plain and Simpsonville crepe is bright and simple. Great mugs and a tasty Americano as well. Highly recommend this place and appreciate their intentional involvement in the community!

So, so impressed. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant, so at most restaurants I have very limited choices, and/or I have to go without dairy (cheese, sauce, dressing, etc.) The Exchange can make all (?) their crepes dairy free, and they're all already gluten free! The flavor of my crepe (something with chorizo sausage and an aioli) was fantastic, and so creamy! I also love that they have kombucha and other probiotic drinks available to purchase. My husband said the coffee was impressive, too - and he's picky about his coffee.

Anyway, to sum it up, we were very impressed, and we definitely plan to return soon and to recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.

Enough tasty options in coffee/espresso and crepes/pastries to return regularly. Relaxed atmosphere and conducive for creativity and work, or leisure and fun. A stand out location for this town and a postivie, community driven spirit.

Sweet little coffee house. Coffee, espresso, Cuban coffee and delicious crepes. What more could you ask for? The atmosphere is laid back with sofas as well as tables. The kind of place you'll want to kick back and stay awhile.

I ordered a vanilla latte. It was hot and delicious. The cinnamon roll was served cold so I asked for it to be heated. It seemed to still come out cold. It wasn't the best cinnamon roll but I would go back for the coffee and the atmosphere.

I was very excited to go to this new place to try the crepes... My husband and I ordered a savory and a sweet crepes. They both tasted delicious! I've tried crepes in different cities and in other countries too, and I can truly say they know how to make crepes here!! We were very happy with the flavors of the crepes and the coffees we ordered. This place quickly became my favorite! :D

Exchange Co. is one of the few coffee shops within range of Mauldin, and they make delicious crepes. I had a savory one with bacon and maple syrup, and even though they said they were backed up on making the crepes, mine came out quickly. I usually get a French press here, and it's always tasty. My favorite part is probably the spaces to just sit and relax. They have comfortable couches and chairs that make you feel like you can chill and visit with a friend instead of having to perch uncomfortably on a hard chair. I'd love to see them open a location in Mauldin!

I like this place. It's a bit expensive, but a portion of that is going to a good cause, and I like that. The coffee is good, the atmosphere is relaxing, the people are friendly. However, the last two times I was there I got an espresso and it was served to me in a little paper cup. The first time I thought it was due to it being close to closing time and not wanting to wash any more ceramic cups, but the second time it was much earlier in the day. I know I could ask for a proper cup, but I don't feel that I should have to in a place as nice as this. This isn't Starbucks. It should always be a ceramic cup.
