Called the store and was told 19.99 for a dozen roses but when I came in I was told it would be over $50. She said things change. I regret the trip here.

I love the flowers they have... I order a weakly arrangement for the entrance of my house or the living room, they never disappoint me! Really beautiful arrangements!

BEYOND upset. The arrangement was TERRIBLY done with all of one type flower (daisies) lumped in a cluster. It was clear that the flowers were just stuck in the vase oddly without any real care at all as to what was actually ordered versus what they were going to deliver. To top it off, they left the flowers outside on the ground in a huge apartment complex. Anyone could have stolen them if they'd wanted because the recipient was not home when they were left outside. I went through FTD for my purchase and ordered the "Best" level of a bouquet out of "Good", "Better", "Best", "Exquisite". The bouquet that was delivered didn't even look as "good" as the "Good" level. I have reported the issue to FTD, since they are the ones that contracted out my order through their site to these people. I'm hoping for satisfactory resolution to this very soon. Definitely not worth the money or frustration. I ve provided a side-by-side photo with this review.

This place is such a warm and welcoming local business with beautiful arrangements! Everyone in the shop was extremely kind and generous from the moment I walked in my first time. They made such delicate, yet gorgeous flower arrangements for centerpieces for my event. Should definitely check it out and support local!!! <3

Every single floral arrangement I have received from this florist has been absolutely BEAUTIFUL.

They always leave trash outside when they leave for the day.

My experience with this company is utterly pathetic. The lack of customer service is unexceptionable. I cannot imagine how this company even functions on a simple values of customer service. Speaking with the owner is a joke. My experience with her has been terrible. She comes across as a very rude and disrespectful human being whom lacks business sense. She had the pure audacity to call my partner a dishonest person all because THEY got the order incorrect. We have spent over $200 at this shop and will never spend another. Nor will we approve friends or family to use this company. How dare this company stand on any honor. I had to get out of my bed on my day off, put on clothes, waste my gas and drive to this poor example of a business all because they lack the skills to communicate properly. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE! There are several other companies in the Gainesville area that will gladly service you.
My partner simply asked for the same flowers that she ordered for me months prior. I love STARGAZERS, she paid extra for them. My flowers arrived and only had 3 stems(2 flowers per stem) of them. Mind you the original had at least six!! The owner went back and forth with her and even asked for a boatload of pictures. I got tired of the non-sense so I just took the flowers to her. Just as the other review stated her response is DRY. She stated "I don't know what it is that you want me to do for you. You received the flowers! Your partner is lying to you that is not what she ordered." THIS IS TERRIBLE for an owner of a business to say. This lady crossed the line. I work t a large organization and this is story will be told.

Such a great flower shop! My flowers came freshly packaged and healthy as ever! The people couldn t be nicer. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a beautiful WHITE Peace Lily for a friend whose father passed away recently. My friend is Hindu and white flowers are the appropriate flower culturally. However the plant that was actually sent had YELLOW flowers. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was asked what I wanted done about this. Without any resolution, she said she would call back. I have yet to receive a return call. So i guess I m out the $100 and have disrespected my precious friend. I will never use them again!

UPDATE: I received an email and follow up call regarding my dissatisfaction with the plant sent out to my friend and her family. The call came from Marcella who was so very nice and apologetic for the mistake and said she would get the plant I actually ordered and paid for sent out this morning. That speaks VOLUMES about the type of business they are running and the character they have. I not only will use them again I will recommend them to everyone in need of their service. I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement that was delivered today.The arrangementthat was delivered looked NOTHING like the one I ordered online. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Delivered on time. Flowers were perfect, exactly as ordered. Prices are relatively reasonable. This has been my local florist for years, and they've always come through as expected.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's day yesterday and they were delivered before 9 am and they are awesome...They look even better than what was on the website...Thank you very much!!

I paid for the best arrangement. It was suppose to be the largest arrangement. What was delivered was the basic. Very dissatisfied and they just replied by saying your flowers were delivered and charged me $84. Will not be using them again. I even sent a photo of what was delivered. Nothing.

Very pleasurable people and very good on the prices

My family and I had flowers ordered here for our veteran Grandfather who passed away last month. The arrangement should have been a red, white and blue arrangement that was picked out online. However, what we got was a white and lilac arrangement that smelled a very strong odor and came in a broken wicker basket. Two days before the funeral my mother and I went to this place of business (after first calling to no avail) and politely explained our dissatisfaction with the product. Not to mention, we had mistakenly stopped into Floral Expressions just down the road thinking it was the place the arrangement came from, and even though it wasn t their product nor their fault the staff at Floral Expressions were super kind and informed us on which flower had the strong odor and why the arrangement was unacceptable because after only being in our home 36 hours it was already dying. Once we got to Crevasses there was absolutely no empathy, no condolences and no concern for why we the customer was dissatisfied. One of the ladies even snapped at us saying, Well just because you don t know how to care for lilies means we aren t supposed to sell them to you!? Needless to say we were beyond appalled at the lack of customer service we received during one of the most difficult times of our lives. I wouldn t ever recommend this place to anyone I consider a friend and will and have since gone back to patronize the other business Floral Expressions. Take heed to reviews before spending your hard earned money where it isn t appreciated.

Received Mother's Day flowers while at work today and the roses were already open and brown. You can tell they aren't fresh. I've only had them 45-minutes and they look terrible! I've taken photos for my daughter, as she intends to call the shop. This is no way to run a business in a small city, folks! My daughter called them back to complain and was told lavender roses have a certain "tint like that." Do they also droop and look like they're about to die ... just because they're lavender? CRAZY! They indicated they would send the delivery person back to take the wilted flowers and replace them, which they did (within an hour). The roses were much fresher, but the overall bouquet was a lot smaller and wasn't as full as the first one. No return visit by me, or those who witnessed this with me (at work).

My husband sent me the most beautiful anniversary arrangement. The flowers were so fresh and the driver was very nice. A+ service !

I ordered flowers online from this shop on May 10th to be delivered to a friend. The bouquet I ordered was for bright yellow and white flowers, medium-heavy on yellow roses. My friend later sent me a picture of the bouquet that was actually received. It was heavy on green filler and had exactly one rose. It looked nothing like what was paid for.
The shop was closed already when I'd learned what had happened, so I had to leave a voicemail. I asked for a returned call that I never received. I also sent an email that has remained unanswered.
I am extremely disappointed at both the quality of the flower arrangement and the lack of follow up to a customer. I wish there was a way to post side by side pictures on this review as a reference.

I ask for a decent arrange for an 18th Birthday. However what was sent for what I was charged was cheap looking and minimal. They put just a few flowers and a whole lot of greens..not happy at all. I will not be ordering from this place again.

I live out of state and I've used Crevasse Florist over the last couple of years to send flowers to my mother. I phone in my orders and tell them what the occasion is and how much I'd like to spend and they take care of the rest. My mother has always been pleased with the flowers she receives and tells me that they do a wonderful job.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for valentine's day. I never received the flowers, so I called Crevasse's when they were open. Turns out, the driver took the flowers to the apartment office instead of my apartment. The apartment office had kept them without telling me. After finding this out, Barbara apologized, gave me a full refund, and sent my girlfriend the flowers the very next day. It's great to see customer service like this! Will be ordering from Crevasse's in the future.
