AMAZING..my sisters flower arrangement came from Tampa, FL to New York and it looks exactly like the photo on there website. So please and look forward to using them in the future.

I live in Lakeland. I ordered flowers for my daughter in TGH. Staff was very rude to my local florist when she called to check on the delivery, seeing she sent it over around 9:30 and my daughter didn't get them until 4. Arrangement was NOTHING like what I ordered. Low class shop. I won't t use them again.

The most beautiful arrangement! I requested a pink or purple bouquet and they turned out better than I could have imagined. The staff that I've talked over the phone was also very respectful and polite. That day was remarkable for me. Thank you very much for your kindness, guys! I can extremely recommend you to everyone. Good job! A big hand to all of you!

The party cat arrangement that I ordered was horrible did not even look anything like the picture no party no curly ribbon no spring flowers and the back of the arrangement was bare. I called the speak owner and Michael said heels the designer that did the arrangement and That he proceeded to blame driver! Wow!

My husband ordered me flowers online from Bay Bouquet (probably his first mistake, since the florist probably thought he would never see them). The total cost with delivery was a little over $100 (we live 5 minutes from the shop). The arrangement came last Friday and it was cute but not $100+ dollars worth of flowers. It was in a small 4"x5 1/2" vase, the flowers consisted of 2 gerbers, 3 lillys, 3 tulips, 2 hydrangeas and some tea roses and filler. Immediately the water clouded up and I changed it daily. Today, (5 days later) the arrangement is dead and is going in the trash. Save your money!

Great high quality flowers. Lots of options with professional input for whatever event/occasion you are planning for. Ownership changed roughly a year ago for the better.

I was on the fence about purchasing a bridal bouquet for my wedding as I was having a small, intimate ceremony. When I finally decided the week of (do not recommend ), the first few florists I called seemed stressed and inconvenienced by my last minute request. When I called Bay Bouqet I received the opposite response! They were kind, listened to my vision and reassured me that they could come up with something perfect for my special day. When I saw my bouquet I was floored they created something so BEAUTIFUL while staying within my budget! Bay Bouquet truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist!!!

I've worked with Tony on weddings and he's nothing short of amazing. The floral work I see come out of his studio for his clients is always incredible. He's intensely artistic, and a sharp businessman to boot. He's handled everything from my smallest client all the way to high dollar accounts. Everyone I send to him always comes back to me to say what an awesome experience they've had and how he's taking their events to the next level.

Just dropping by to say how happy we were of the flower we order for our mother. It was absolutely gorgeous and she loved it so much. So thank you and hoping for more of your success

Got there right after they closed but Michael opened back up for me and quickly put together an absolutely stunning bouquet.

Had the privilege to see the new Riverview store and was also able to participate in their ribbon cutting ceremony by serving and creating cake pops for their beautiful store. To focus on the flowers they are amazing and carry a unique variety that will appease any shopper for any occasion. The owners and staff are great, amazing, and friendly people. Prices are very reasonable and affordable for any budget as well. Please check them out as I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with their quality of work and professionalism as well.

Anthony is a true professional and I can't sing his praises enough! His design skills are exceptional and his customer service is impeccable.

I have never been disappointed by Bay Bouqet, their staff, quality of flowers and assortment choices. They have a flair to their arrangements while happy to keep it simple if asked. I'm a happy patron.

I was delivered the most stunning bouquet I think I ve ever received in my life. The delivery driver was hilarious and super friendly. I knew immediately that this was not an internet order and I was right. It pays to call and talk about what you d like. The arrangement reminded me of being at the Kentucky Derby- big, full, beautiful blooms with special fillers that are rare to see. Southern and whimsical- my favorite combination.

I will definitely call this studio in the future for sending my own well-wishes. Beautiful job.

Wanted to express my sincere gratitude for Bay Bouquet. I had a special request to replicate our wedding flowers for my wife on the day our son was born. With the pandemic underway I wasn't sure if they could deliver to the hospital we were going to be at, so Bay Bouquet called the hospital to check for me and took it from there. The overall experience was perfect! The flowers were amazing and my wife loved them! The arrangement was delivered at the perfect time. I am truly grateful for Bay Bouquet's kindness, attention to detail and impeccable service. They earned by business for life! Thank you!!

Received two dozen Roses for my birthday from my parents. They were absolutely beautiful....UNTIL they weren t!! The very next morning ( received after 5pm) 6 buds just dropped... by the next day I lost a dozen of the roses half of which bloomed the rest didn t get a chance they just died!! By the third day the entire very expensive arrangement is in the trash!! They all died by the third day!!!
Also my Dad added a box of chocolates which they never delivered!!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING ARRANGEMENTS!! Incredible customer service! I can t say enough about Bay Bouquet. I have ordered multiple arrangements and have never once been disappointed. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company.

I received a delivery yesterday from Bay Bouquet, and it was beautiful! The flowers were arranged perfectly and they smelled delightful! The young man who delivered them was very professional and courteous! From now on when I send flowers-Bay Bouquet it is!

Bought flowers for my anniversary and they were beautiful. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable as I didn't really know what I wanted. I had them delivered to my wife and she loved them and I will definitely be back.

A friend ordered through internet. Delivery to arrive on Friday July 10. Nothing received. After researching and calls. Florist said they delivered. No plant anywhere. Friend requested delivery again making sure signage required and NO DELIVERY on weekend through Monday. Out of town until Tuesday, July 14.
We come home late Monday, plant was delivered, no signage. Lucky we came home otherwise plant would have died sitting in afternoon sun.

I ordered flowers from online from fromyouflowers.com. apparently you flowers sends the order over to a local boutique. The name of that company is Bay bouquet Riverview. What I ordered online and what I received were two totally different orders. Yes the contents were described exactly. But the overall appearance and the way that the flowers were arranged were the worst I've ever seen. The photos Represent $190 worth of flowers. Honestly I wouldn't give you $15 in Publix. It's really pathetic. I'm only giving them a two-star because they were supposed to drop off flowers between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and they did show up at 5:58 p.m. so they made it. I'm not a complainer but I have to say this is the worst arrangement of flowers I've ever seen. For one of the highest prices I've ever paid. This is horrible.

I have used Bay Bouquet many, many times and was never disappointed. The price points are noticeably higher than your normal FTD on line order but always, always worth every penny. This last time however I was mortified at what arrived. First I had to call because I came home from work and there were no flowers. It was after 5 and got no answer and the store was closed. With no notice, the flowers did arrive around 6PM, left at the door. This was the worst floral arrangement I have ever seen. I am embarrassed to say how much I spent on this arrangement and am horrified that this is what was delivered to my partner for her 60th birthday. I don't know what happened but I am very disappointed and will likely never use Bay Bouquet again. To let you know just how poor the arrangement and quality of flowers that were delivered were consider that a Publix Bouquet that was brought over that same morning by her daughter was better looking from the start and is still alive and vibrant while the Bay Bouquet is wilting and losing color. Horrible Experience.

This is the text I received from my wife after getting her an arrangement for her birthday: "Baby! Seriously the most beautiful flowers I've ever received." Enough said.

Outstanding! Placed my order the night before online with some details of what I had in mind and they delivered a superb product and timely too!

Bay Bouquet lost our order for wedding flowers. We spent an hour discussing flowers and preparing an order 3 months in advance of the wedding. The owner will reply that he didn't lose a thing. You can be the judge of that.

We discovered this information by calling the shop and speaking with someone who finally told us the truth (many thanks to this woman who saved us from an even bigger nightmare on the day of our wedding). According to the owner, my order was not lost, it simply wasn't "big enough" to warrant a contract. Okay, so when do we have peace of mind as to the cost and detail of our flowers? Owner says it's still one month out; he can't provide us with a contract because he'll have to change the terms of his standard contract (heaven forbid you customize one of your contracts for customer satisfaction); and he's in China right now with no internet access (maybe have someone else who's not in China type up the order if you actually have it). Okay, so where do we go from here? Owner says he's not going to be back in the states for a couple of weeks (no actual date provided to ease our worry). The woman at the shop told us he is returning 2 days before our wedding. Our wedding is not on their calendar and the only person with our order is the owner in China - he thinks we ordered "a bouquet" for our wedding (wrong again). No one at the 2 locations of Bay Bouquet knew about our wedding or our order.

We ordered our flowers 3 months ago as any prepared couple following a checklist would. I called the shop 2 months ago and left a voicemail, and emailed the shop 1 month ago. I never heard back from anyone. I was being lenient because of the holidays (my mistake). I'm waiting for our typed order with flower detail and pricing as I was promised 3 months ago by the owner. These are important pieces of information expected from a professional well before one month out. We should have received a summary of our order the day of or, at the very least, a month after we ordered! No one deserves to be left hanging over wedding details. It was a terrible feeling.

Our wedding flowers may not be a big deal to you, Anthony, but our wedding flowers are a big deal to us. We did not receive an apology; instead, we were given a record of excuses. We were attacked for following up on the order as if we were crazy and premature. Because of Tony and his lack of empathy, we are scrambling to find a place that will do an order for a wedding taking place 2 days after Valentine's Day. This is why we ordered 3 MONTHS AGO! We were never offered an apology nor provided with immediate attention. We were faulted for following up one month before our wedding.

After many phone calls and tears, we found the perfect person to do our flowers. There are people out there who actually care about your wedding day. They know how special the day is to you no matter how big or small your flowers order may be. It's an honor and a privilege to be selected by a couple to prepare their wedding flowers. Be careful who you select. You would think any human being would respond by apologizing immediately and correcting the situation without delay. Whether the order is lost or not lost became irrelevant. Sorry Bay Bouquet and Anthony for inconveniencing YOU! Beware of this company. Get your orders in writing. This could happen to you.

Bay Bouquet always comes through with fresh, creative designs. Always beautiful and unique. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality arrangement!

Being out of state, it's hard to pick a florist. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and delivered the same day! Love this florist! I will use them every time!!

The experience I had when trying out for designer was so unprofessional. A man named Dennis was such a pompas arrogant as s. Its a wonder they constantly need a designers. The head designer was very good but needs help. Dennis didn't care. 2 days of try out on to the next w me and others. Here's your check he says in front of a new hirey in front of me. Your hi style design isn't hi style enough even though I wasn't given any. All in all Be Ware of this man.

Literally cannot say enough kind words about Anthony--he was amazing and such a pleasure to work with!! We had our wedding in December and had a low(er) budget for flowers. Another florist that we met with prior to Anthony quoted us $9,000, even after I told them our budget. Needless to say I was super nervous and worried we were going to have to spend way more on flowers than we wanted to. When I told Anthony how much we wanted to spend, he was totally cool with it! Not only did he give us GORGEOUS arrangements/bouquets/etc, but he went above and beyond and added so many details without us even asking (orchids cascading from my bouquet, an amazing welcome table set up, really cool Fitz boutonnieres .). I am normally a control freak and like to know every detail about everything, especially my wedding, but I totally trusted Anthony's taste. I briefly told him what I was thinking and he made it a thousand times better. We were blown away by all of his work (and we were right on budget!) THANK YOU ANTHONY!!! -J&A

I have had the BEST customer service ever from Micheal at Bay Bouquet! He was very thoughtful and concerned about the recipient as well as asking,after seeing my address in N.C., how my situation was. (Post hurricane) If the flowers are as beautiful as my experience was...it will be awesome.

I called here trying to place an order for delivery to my betterhalf. All the florists I called prior wouldn't take delivery orders to another buisness after 2pm. J was more than willing and able to do it, and was easy to talk to. I gave him my budget and let him take the wheel and they made it happen. Thanks to Jessica for the unique touch in the arrangement design couldn't of done it with you guys.

We used Bay Bouquet for our wedding at the Oxford Exchange. Simply wonderful is how I'd describe the service and flowers. Anthony was brilliantly creative in fulfilling my wife's requests. We shopped around and ultimately chose this florist based on reviews and recommendations. It's the only way to go these days. Five stars all the way!

Ordered from 800 flowers and was very disappointed with the arrangement received versus what I purchased online. Could have picked up better quality at the local Walmart.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife for our Anniversary, and they could not offer what I ordered but wow! Their substitution was off the charts! A huge thanks to this flower shop for the beautiful flower that was delivered to my wife on time. It was worth way more than what I paid.
