This dealership is very well maintained and staff is friendly. Wish there was more flexibility on the prices and negotiating.

AWFUL SERVICE. I went there once and found a car I really liked but the dealer was extremely pushy and rude when I said I didn't want to buy the car that day. But I still wanted the car so I talked to someone else another time. We had all of my information set up, the dealer was in contact with my bank and my insurance was set up for the car, I go to pick it up, and someone sold my car the day before. The manager said there was nothing he could do and I should've put cash down. But my initial dealer was so pushy and wanted me to buy the car that day, he told me I could not put cash down to hold the car. That I should just buy it that day ( even when I told him I did not have all the money on me, but i could make a downpayment). I even made an appointment with finance to sign on the car and they made me sit and weight for an hour when I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AN HOUR EARLIER. (the only nice person was the finance lady). Other than that they are unorganized, unprofessional and rude, at first I thought it was because I was young, but my mother talked to them as well and got the same treatment. I STRONGLY suggest you go somewhere else if you liked to be treated with respect.

Jay valentine was very easy to deal with. No one was pushy or harassing. Easily reached a mutually beneficial deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Hyundai.

This was our first car buying experience at Crestmont Hyundai. Dave Choike was our sales associate. Right from the beginning, Dave was very polite and comfortable to work with, no games (what a nice change from other dealers). We wound up purchasing a new Tucson for a reasonable price where we did not feel like we were being taken advantage of. We have only met the folks in the service department, but they appear to be courteous and quite friendly. All in all, this was a stress free way to buy a vehicle. We appreciate that! when we bought the santa fe, Joe Pelto took us to fill the gas tank. While we were there, he noticed a crack in the windshield and made sure it was replaced as part of the sale.

The price on Autotrader is not the actual price of the vehicle. You have to go to their website to get the realized price, which is $500 more than what is advertised on Autotrader. At my initial visit, this wasn't expressed to me by the sales representative. Upon purchase of the vehicle, the manager did not budge on the price, despite the discrepancy online and from his staff. The manager has the final call on negotiations, and did not budge on the price. Sales tax on the vehicle is the same rate as your city of residence as well.

This is 11th new vehicle I bought In my life. Most of times I was happy with my new vehicle but almost every time I was not happy (except one Lexus dealer) with dealer, I felt like I paid more than I needed for either dum plans or unnecessary warranties etc ++.

This is very first time I felt not being pushed by the dealer.
Test drive, Deal, paper works and financing was done in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
3 different vehicle was ready to show me and sales person explained price and the difference of those so good, even colors of the vehicle.
I went there 12:00, I drove my new SUV out 1:20 pm.
They ( my sales person was Joe Yun) made me feel so comfortable there, everything was so easy even with financial officer was so nice.

Now I am SO HAPPY for my new Santa Fe for many reasons.
My new Santa Fe is unbelievably good Price and everything is far better than what I expected. Touch screen, connect with my iphone, voice commands, it's just WOW!!

I got a letter for a vehicle exchange program and just to get more info, went to the dealership to check it out. Kate Reshni came out and greeted my family and sat us down to go through some numbers. I left that night with a 2018 Tucson lease, not expecting it at all. There was a complete loan forgiveness for my other car which I had a few more years to pay on it. I could not be more happy with the vehicle itself and how easy Kate made all the paperwork for me. I have went there for 2 cars now and have had great service each time I've been there. I'm extremely pleased with my 1st buying experience from Hyundai Crestmont! I traveled almost an hour from home simply because they listed multiple vehicles I was interested in checking out. I was greeted immediately upon walking in the dealership by salesman Dave Choike, who made my buying experience exceptional! Dave was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a great listener! I never felt like I was being sold because Dave initiated our conversation by focusing on what I wanted. During the hours I spent at the dealership (they were quite busy), Dave had other customers to tend to, but made sure to let me know how the process was progressing. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation!

Justin Jankovic is a full 5 STARS....Dealer still gets a 3.5 or 4.
Hard to imagine making such a large purchase from out of state; but, with Justin scoping out the inventory for many weeks and staying in contact appropriately, it all came together. Justin is tireless, honest, and helpful.
TIPS:
Get a hold of Justin.
YOU must understand your state's rules and laws about taxes, plates, registration, etc. So talk to your dept of motor vehicles and/or car insurance agent BEFORE you start this process.
Be clear to Justin about what is important to you. I asked for higher res pictures on a car or two as needed. He came through.
If it's a used car (like mine), accept that it's all still in doubt until you test drive (for me anyway - some people may make the deal sight unseen), so accept there is SOME risk of going home without a car if there's an issue; but for me, it all worked out well (with some additional help from Justin).
Crestmont clearly has a thing going with used CPO Genesis cars. Justin's manager helped with an issue during the process, so that worked well too. I'd say that the sale closure with "finance" was typical car dealership fare and pulls the score down. Overall - Justin made this a positive experience.

I had a bad experience with Kate I drove a hour and 20 minutes for nothing I told her how much I made and she said she didn t think that was right cause she thought I would make more and that s upsetting you shouldn t judge me. And I wanted a bigger car for certain reasons because I have a big dog and because I wanna start a family and she said what you plan on having three kids right away. And I said I can t go past a limit and she kept wanting me to go past it which I couldn t afford. So what do some people do they say I m gonna have to wait and she said wait for what. Like what do you think I m gonna wait till I can afford something else I want. If I could give no stars I would.

Due to covid I did alot of my 'shopping' online, and upon arriving at the dealership to try out a Santa Fe was promptly approached by Justin Jankovic. He listened to my needs, made appropriate suggestions regarding body style and price point. What can I say about Crestmont Hyundai? Lots! I live in Atlanta, GA and my wife and I have traveled up to meet with Bob Robinson 4 times to buy 4 cars from him since 2012. Bob has sold us two Elantra's and two Genesis Coupe's. We get absolutely fantastic treatment with none of the typical sales pitch and hassle of car buying. Our experience is always top notch and we always save money over buying locally here in Atlanta. As long as we continue to buy Hyundai's we will buy them from Bob at Crestmont Hyundai!

After a terrible experience with the old leadership in December of 2017, I reluctantly went in to turn in my lease. I was happy to see there was new leadership and my original salesman, Max Galang was back. I was in a no win situation with my lease due to overage in miles, but Max and the sales team was able to come up with a solution that worked for both sides. I am very happy with our 2018 Elantra. Would recommend Max if you want a hassle free Hyundai purchase.

I had an excellent experience with Crestmont. I purchased my new G80 Sport online with the assistance of Joe Yuan. I flew to Cleveland to pick up the car. Joe got me to the dealership. All the paperwork had been completed in advance, and it was smooth sailing. Joe spent a lot of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the car, and then I was on my way home. He even contacted me to see if I arrived home safely with the new car. I would be glad to buy a car at Crestmont again (but it is 300 miles from my home. However, if, as was the case with this purchase, I couldn't find a local dealership with the car I wanted, I'd get on the plane again).

Great Service, do not try to upsell services on services. Service Department staff is helpful, informative and friendly. The free shuttle bus is a definite plus. So I go in, looking to buy a new car, yes, check in pocket from PNC's new program. I asked about the prices, and a very pompous gentleman came from behind a desk and stated he was the sales manager. He said that he wanted to get me to a sales man, I asked why he couldn't answer my question, and he got defensive and seemed to be insulted and said "I'm not here to argue". Tried buying a car from them numerous times last week and nobody at the dealership including the General Manager has the decency to call back and respond back. We were going to buy 2 cars from them but my father in law already bought at a different Hyundai dealership because they never responded. Not very professional at all.

I have no complaints for Terry and his attitude throughout the entire process of finding a match four our needs and budget. I wish I could give him a separate 5-star rating . The only things that marred our experience was a long wait time during the paperwork process, and the place wasn't busy at the time, and I discovered I needed a replacement O2 sensor after I got home. All-in-all it was a favorable experience, and my wife and I would be pleased to purchase with Crestmont again in the future.

I bought my 2013 hyundai santa fe from this dealership, which holds a best in country title for some specific thing I can't remember. My experience buying the vehicle was average.

A few years later, which is just a few days ago I was driving down the highway when my check engine light started flashing and I could no longer accelerate. I luckily was just off the exit for the dealership. I coast into the dealership call the service department and was greeted by a friendly voice and welcomed straight into the service bay. It was right at closing so they kept my car overnight and gave me a diagnostic in the morning. $1,200 to replace a valve and 2 gaskets.....right before Christmas, no military discount....maybe no thank you.

When I went to pick up my car to take to a mechanic who could provide a labor material quote, no one in the entire dealership acknowledged me being there. I literally walked around the entire place and no one said a thing to me. I interuppted a group of people who were all huddled around a computer....with no masks on...which I don't mind it's their choice...but still says something about the professionalism. Until finally a pleasant young lady was able to help me get my car back. $106 diagnosis...

I mean it's a dealership what do you expect.

I still cannot believe the deal I got on a new car here! My experience was five stars all around. From my salesman to the man who got my financing.
I'm one of those people who will not tolerate high pressure sales people, I will walk out the door immediately.
I told my salesman Habib what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, how much I wanted my monthly payment to be, and that I had to have a low APR on my loan. And they listened to me!
My expectations were very high, but they actually exceeded them and never tried to upsell me. Now I know why my parents love this place so much and buy all their cars here.

Recently bought a used 2003 Dodge Neon from Crestmont Hyundai. Real nice guys, even drove out to Akron to pick me up so I could come down and test drive the vehicle. I have a limited budget, so paying $3200 out the door sounded like a great deal to me.

However, within a week the check engine light came on, and Crestmont replaced the gas cap on the car. That seemed to solve the problem for a few days until the light came back on and the vehicle failed E-Check. Turns out that some kind of pump along with the on-board computer system were both screwy. I paid $400 to get the pump fixed to pass E-Check, but balked at the additional $350 bill for a new computer.

I called Crestmont, and they told me these types of repairs wouldn't be covered under the 30 warranty for used cars. I understand the car was sold 'as is', but I think that's kind of crummy. Two parts failing less than 3 weeks after I bought the vehicle with less than 150 miles on it? You'd think they would do a better job of inspecting/tuning a vehicle before they sell it.

Nice guys, but would I ever recommend someone to buy a trade-in vehicle from them? Absolutely not.
