My wife and I traded in our 2015 Hyundai for a 2020 Santa Fe. Terry Coggins was our sales rep. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He didn t mess around when it came to giving us the best deal possible. There was no back and forth for a few hours. He just came right out with a great deal and made the process easy and transparent. No hidden costs or anything like that. Terry was also responding to my text messages at 10pm on Sunday night!
