Cozy hotel, friendly staff, breakfast I find a bit overpriced like the food in the bar in the evening but the service there very nice and correct for that alone my stars and free parking for a big plus and thank you

Hotel in a quiet surrounding, with clear and comfort rooms. Easy to get to the town by public transport

Old hotel, only have 2 small lift. Can''t cook anything even it's water. Restaurant was very crowded, finally I decided breakfast in my room, took hot water to make noodles and take drinking water but when I took the water it was banned by the very unfriendly waiter. it is not recommended to stay here.

A bit dated hotel, which in my opinion no longer deserves its 4 stars. First we got a very old smelling room, which we got exchanged after a long discussion with the front desk. As an excuse for this, we have a voucher for 2 drinks at the hotel bar. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. But you can already see at one corner or another that it has its best times behind it. A big plus is the quiet location and the direct parking in front of the door. At our next stay in Vienna we will however book another hotel.

Very good organised conference zone. I was not guest of the hotel but guest of the conference part.

We had a corporate event in this hotel. The hotel, as well as the staff are really very nice and endeavored. The seminar rooms are professionally equipped and very bright. Also, no problems with the parking, but I was the quality of the food a bit puzzled. By far the worst point of the hotel, a shame, everything else top!

The restaurant is beautiful and the famosissims Sacher Torte is really good. Here you can enjoy a good slice of sacher in a beautiful and elegant setting.

The Indian was waiting for us, the very friendly was a great hotel and you can get into the city very quickly, first on foot, then by train and subway that we had a great view in the evening a dream on the 5th floor, pleasantly quiet and very good slept. Nice one. Very calm around the hotel with only a golf area :) Staff were polite. Breakfast was diverse.

This was quite hard to get to. On the website it says it's close to transportation. It kind of is. Like about a 15 min walk to the tram, and then that takes you to the central station. Initially I looked at how to get here, and it took us over an hour and half walking because we walked from the s bahn station. Total nightmare. It's not easy to see, even from the side of the road. However, it was a very nice hotel. They speak English, and it was typical to a US hotel. Very clean and nice.

Upscale price, well-appointed rooms, 24/7 front desk, overall upscale but old. Wellness next door in the Golf Club to use.

The room was a decent size and clean. I slept pretty well on the hard mattress. The WLAN in the room works perfectly, but there are no sockets. There was only one in my room to charge phones.
The staff was nice and helpful. The interior is showing its age and the carpet has lost some of its color. Overall, the price-performance ratio is okay.
The connection to the city center is very good. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station, from there it is about 15-20 minutes drive.

Mostly business travellers. Clean, comfy, nice decor. Simple and nice. Next to golf course.

Great breakfast and easy parking in front of the door, that's it but then. Room not vacuumed, shower curtain makeshift with staple repaired, TV dusty, shower head jet by impractical mounted bracket horizontally, cosmetic bucket inside dirty and broken foot lever, in the closet or a sweater of our predecessors! Bosei does not see me again!

Nice personel. However in the rooms the by Trentours were booked floor not well cleaned. Otherwise the breakfast was good. Quiet location and still good downtown connection. I would visit again

As a plus, I appreciate enough parking space. The hotel is clean, the rooms are larger than usual, the building older but maintained. Breakfast is good.

Regular stopover for me on route from the U.K. to Romania and back, plenty of parking, secure and good value, recommended if you re staying in Vienna. 5 stars !

Not a big hotel. Spacious room. Great breakfast for all tastes. The hotel has its own free parking. To the subway on foot to go 20 minutes. By metro to the city center with a transfer go about 25-30 minutes.

Very good location but not so nice atmosphere. Too many Asian groups. The breakfast area with golf course views is very nice.

Usually I do not write reviews but here I had to do it. Super nice, helpful and polite staff. Extensive breakfast overlooking the golf course. Also always small attentions in the room like chocolate, biscuits or similar .. Today, when I entered the room, freshly baked Weinachstkekse waited with a self-written message ... that is service and customer orientation! Hats off .. I like to come here again and again ..

Lack of staffs. Especially in the restaurant staffs aren't friendly, clean up and arrange the table rudely. Maybe the management need to add some staffs while the hotel is fully booked, and please make sure the staffs are professional, thanks.
