Today was my first time going to this dealership. It was by far the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Thank you to Terry Coggins he was absolutely amazing and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Not only did he have the car ready that we called about. He also came from his lunch to help us. Needless to say today I left the Hyundai dealership one very happy lady driving my new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Again thank you Terry.

I was looking for a 2020 Santa Fe Limited 2.0T AWD...

I was looking for a 2020 Santa Fe Limited 2.0T AWD with a beige interior and Crestmont was the only dealer in a 100 mile radius that had one available on the lot. I called Jared Dresp and we set up an appointment that same day. With the support of Jared and his team, I was driving that Santa Fe home four hours after I arrived at the dealership. The Crestmont team was both thorough and efficient in executing this transaction. They were also very courteous and pleasant to work with. I am very happy with the end result. Well done!

I come in after I am texting the dealership to confirm a price and availability on a car I found on THEIR website. Their response That vehicle is still currently available. When would you like to stop by the dealership to take it out for a spin? It is currently priced at $16,345. . 830am. I get another text from
The dealer at 216pm Hi Frank! Scott at Crestmont Hyundai. I have your appointment scheduled for 7/2/2018 6:30 PM. When you arrive be sure to ask for Adam. If you have any questions please call me at ***

I drive 30+ minutes to the dealership. Adam is not around so I get another salesman. He says he has to locate the car on the lot. But let s test drive another exactly identical (their word, not mine) car(different color) not an issue. After the drive, I find out that the car that I came in for and assured is available, is a dealer loaner car and won t be available for over a month, and told I can buy the car i tested, but it s a higher price. About $1500 higher. Oh and I was also told that I can put a deposit down and wait for the car I liked(over a month) and I will have first choice on it. Hahahaha. Sure. I m gonna tie up money for a loaner car that been in the road and wait to see if I like it? Come on...

And you all know that the sales MANAGER approved this before they let me leave. So, it was not really the salesperson, it s the dealership.

Classic car dealer BAIT and SWITCH and of course, solicit more money for an exactly identical car.
So figured with Cresmont Hyundai. Will stay away from that dealership and those sales tactics and possibly Hyundai s because of the bitter taste they left with me.

I was wrong. They just re-charged me for the same tire i purchased 2days ago when i picked up the spare tire package i ordered then, despite me telling them it was the same tire I brought 2days ago. Dummy me for not having the receipt on me when I went. Just like every other time I tried to get a part from this place, every thing gets all screwed up then I have to waste all kinds of time to get it straightened out. Thought they had changed when I actually got good service 2days ago. They must have had 1 good day. As usual, can't count on another! No longer feel like I felt 2days ago when I wrote the following. Helped me out in a pinch. Trashed a tire on 77 and had to leave the car behind. They fixed me up with a tire and mounted it in about half hour. Thanks Crestmont

He gave us all the time we needed to make up our mind about the car, helped evaluate and gave us a fair price for our trade, and then took the time to explain all of the things we needed to know about owning a new Hyundai. I will take the time to evaluate their service department once we have experienced it, but the sales process was great and I give them five stars!

We very happy with Crestmont Hyundai on the purchase of our 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Our sales associate, Joe Pelto worked with us on defining our needs, and making suggestions on other vehicles that we could see and test drive. Prior to our test drive of the car we would purchase, Joe went over the basics of setting up the Santa Fe to insure we had the perfect test drive environment. On the post sale review of the car, he then insured that we had a good understanding of the cars controls, set up our first service appointment, and followed up the next day to insure we were happy with our purchase. Over all this is our 4th Hyundai we have purchased from Crestmont, and the 2nd with Joe as our sales associate.

Recently bought my 2010 Elantra from Ryan Ruiz. He made the experience a great one and adapted it to meet my needs. There was never any pressure or any classic salesman 'tricks'. He was very straightforward and really put himself out there to make sure I was able to get the best deal possible! He was very patient and helpful throughout this whole process in making the decision to buy from Crestmont, and it is certainly one I would recommend highly to anyone!

We just bought our second car from Victor at Crest...

We just bought our second car from Victor at Crestmont and left completely satisfied. This second time around, we went to a couple other dealers first because the Tucsons Crestmont had listed were a little out of our price range. After being let down by sleazy salesmen time and again, we decided to swing by Crestmont to see if we could work something out. Both times we went in and told Victor what we needed to be able to buy the car and he made it happen. No high pressure, no sneaky tactics, just talking about what it would take to get us where we needed to be and how we could get there. As we pulled in we even said "I hope Victor's still here," and he was. And it was awesome. The only warning I could give about the dealership in general is that once you get into the financing office, the finance manager REALLY puts the pressure on to sell you the extended warranty. You really have to give a hard "No" to get it off the table, but that's not much different than any other dealer we've been to.

So if you're having a hard time finding the right deal, head to Crestmont and ask to talk to Victor. He's a good dude.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Bought my brand new Sonata in 2009 and with all my repairs, not one was covered under warranty. After $2,000 within the first 3 years I complained to a manager. He interrupted me and just offered one solution, to sell me another car. I complained a little further, and was told they would call back after talking to the GM. I'm still waiting for that callback and pretty much gave up dealing with this dealership. They love to sell cars, they just don't provide any customer service afterward.

My husband, 7 year old daughter, and myself went to Crestmont Hyandai on Friday June 1st to look at some pre-owned cars. We decided at spur of the moment to check out Crestmont based on the really good reviews we saw online. In the lot, we met Kate Reshni who showed us around and helped us find a car that we all loved. We took a test-drive and never felt rushed. Kate was such a great sales-person.; she was very nice, knowledgeable, and gave my daughter candy from her desk (that definitely helps to pass the time when it can take a while to purchase a car). Then we met with Fred from finance (who also had candy to share) who was great as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend to family and friends. Also, it's a great perk to be able to get free car washes since we live pretty close. Thanks!

I recently leased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Crestmont, this is our third Hyundai, but our first from Crestmont. Our salesperson, Jay, knew the product well and answered all of our questions. He didn't rush us or pressure us in our decision and we felt very comfortable in completing the sale. He introduced the service managers and gave us a tour of the dealership. Crestmont made a great impression on us and we plan on coming back at the end of our lease.

The left side button on my steering wheel no longe...

The left side button on my steering wheel no longer worked. I brought it in and they said I needed a new switch. When the part came in I brought the new car in and waited. I was told it was fixed and I could leave. I barely got out of the garage when I tried the buttons and noticed they still didn't work. I can't believe the mechanics didn't check their work! I went back to the office and they quickly brought it back for another check up. Later, I was told it was the wires in assembly spring in the steering wheel that went bad. It was fixed within a half hour. Everything then worked (including an issue I had with cruise control). They did apologize and fixed the issue without charging me for the work. In the end, I would hope the mechanics would check their work before declaring the issue "fixed".

The vehicle was priced very well, but I never felt any pressure to make a hasty decision. I called back a few days later to purchase the vehicle and Mark came in on his day off to make sure that I was taken of. It was, overall, an easy and wonderful experience.

I loved my experience here! James was one of the best sales people I've worked with! He was patient and warm, extremely knowledgeable, and definitely eased a lot of my worries. He worked hard to get the best deal for me on my new car. I didn't think I would be driving off the lot the day I came in, but I did and I was extremely satisfied. He answered all of our questions and accommodated my father with ease and kindness. Megan in the finance office was also a joy to work with. She was very fun and made the process of signing all the documents etc less scary and intimidating. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and helpful and I had the best experience. Thank you!

So we didn't by a Hyundai, but we were looking for a Camry, I had text contacted them and another delalership, today saying I am looking to buy a Camry in the next day or two, what's the out the door price, The Camry here had a darker floor, so I was leaning more toward it because I felt like It would hold up better ..It was less then $200 more out the door, was and had a few more upgrades being it was an Se rather then an Le which didn't really matter to me, but while texting him and asked what the hours were for today and tomorrow and he told me, and said to check with him before we made the drive up from the next county over, to make sure It hadn't sold, which that made the sale..Had issues last week with a used car lot, with a Camry they picked out, after we found issues with the one we wanted to buy..ASK FOR ROB! I feel like even there is 10 on the lot he would tell you before you made the drive, and let you know, yes they one you wanted sold but this is what I have in stock, seriously look here and ask for Rob!

Crestmont Hyundai is where I went to lease my first car. As a young 21 year old, this was a whole entire new experience for me and I was completely nervous. Luckily my Aunt has been coming to this dealership for years, and suggested that I come here. Rich Chandler was my salesman, and he was very helpful during this process. He was sure to answer all my questions thoroughly, or get the answers I needed if he did not know them. I was amazed that I was in and out of the dealership in the time that I was, and I am joyful to walk away with a 2018 Hyundai Sonata. Rich was even helpful in making sure I had gotten the color and interior I had wanted. Overall, I am glad I was able to get my Sonata there, and I was thankful for all the information given to me comparing the Elantra and Sonata. I'm truly satisfied with my choice.

Dave Choike sold me a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe R-SPEC Ultimate. Gotta say I'm in love with the car on top of the excellent service that was provided at the time of purchase. All my questions were answered with detail, and everything I could possibly want to know about the vehicle was laid out in front of me. The vehicle itself only has 20,000 miles on it, but the dealer took the time and the money to put it through their detailed inspection, and actually put a little over 3,000$ to make the vehicle as close to brand new as possible... I would never ever use this dealership. My fiance...

I would never ever use this dealership. My fiance and I purchased a 2017 Tuscon from them and it was a nightmare from the get go. We walked the lot and she found the car that we looked at online. Took it for a test drive and the salesman knew NOTHING about the car except that it had UBS (yes he called it UBS, not USB). So we get back after the test drive and we sit down with the salesman and I notice he had a big hole in his crotch. My fiance goes to the restroom and I mention it to him. He apologies but continued to sit with his legs spread. Totally inappropriate behavior especially in front of my fiance. I mention it to him again and again, sits with his legs wide open. So anyways, we like the car but it was missing two key things we were looking for, Apple Carplay and remote start. So we inquired about both and he had to go another salesman to find out. We were told we couldn't get Apple carplay but the sales manager Jerrod Giebel said that it was equipped with Blue Link and we just had to call and subscribe to it. So at this point, we just want to go. So we buy the car (the finance guy was really nice) and the salesman says we are going to get emailed a questionnaire on how things went. We get home only to find out the car isn't equipped with Blue Link and because it's a lease, we can't add remote start from the aftermarket. So we get the questionnaire and we we generous to say the least. He calls my fiance asking why we didn't give him a perfect score and then proceeds to tell her with a bad attitude that he cost her his $500 bonus for the month and $1,500 for three months. I can tell you, we will not be going back and find a different dealership to service our car. Worst dealership ever.

Best experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I was using the USAA car buying option to try to get a new vehicle and Crestmont was one of the verified dealers that I could use to get my discount. I am located approximately 2 hours from the dealership so most of my interaction was via phone or e-mail. My sales guy, Joe Pelto, was so flexible about how we communicated that is was really a relief. He did not pressure me or try to be overly friendly like most car dealers seem to be these days. I only had to interact in person at the dealership one time and that was to sign final paperwork and pick up my car - not that dealing with them in person was an issue but I did not necessarily want to drive that distance more than once. The entire team was very friendly and professional (while also not being too friendly or pushy). Joe was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and the benefits that came with it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Joe in particular to anyone interested in a new car! Thanks Joe and Thanks Crestmont!

This was the worst car buying experience ever. I ...

This was the worst car buying experience ever. I purchased a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson Limited on December 14, 2017. This was suppose to be a nice Christmas gift/10 anniversary present for my wife. It has turned into been a complete nightmare.

Upon driving home for the dealership the tailgate started to rattle any time we hit a bump small, middle, or large it did not matter. It sounded like the tailgate was not latched correctly. I called my salesman right away and asked to return the car the same day. I was advised that service would resolve any problem with the vehicle.

Over the first 30 days of ownership the vehicle was in the service 3 separate times and for 17 days total of days. The service manager on our last pick up advised us he did all he could and all Tucson's make this noise. Not sure why you tried to fix the vehicle for 17 days if that is the case or why a service tech and your salesman said the vehicle should not tailgate be rattling.

The problem was not fixed and the dealer provide no solution. I'm sorry the dealers big solution was to drive the vehicle back a 4th time and they will have someone from Hyundai ride in the car. Then we could make a claim with Hyundai.

I'm now stuck trying to resolve the issue with Hyundai, who surprise won't take the vehicle back. Even thou the tailgate does not latch correctly or latch the same every time it closes.

This dealer nor does Hyundai stand behind their vehicles.

When leasing a new car, Crestmont agreed to pay off my last leased car payment. I was leasing a new car a month early. They did not do this! They are refusing to call me back. I ve left several messages with the finance manager and sales manager. I have never even been able to talk to them. They re always busy. They NEVER called back to discuss this. They have terrible customer service, after you get a car. Very disappointed!

I had a great experience with Cresmont Huyndai. I found the truck i wanted on line after weeks of searching for the right truck at the right price. Salesman Joe Pelto returned my email by text almost immediately and great communication throughout the whole process . I was a little nervous about going to my credit union and buying a car over 2 hours away that i never test drove . He recorded a video of the truck so i could get a good look . I was very impressed with the truck and the customer service.

Hot & cold review: First off I feel I got a good deal on a certified car, My salesman, Mike Bell was good in answering my questions, and helping me reach a fair deal. After I agreed on the price, things went horribly wrong. When going over the paperwork in the finance office, they tried to give me a standard 30 day warranty, If I would not have had proof from their add, the deal would have gone south right there. Secondly, I was pulled over by the local police the day after I took possession of the car and he stated my temp tags were not properly registered and finally they failed to properly title my vehicle, causing me a $17.00 fee to have the error corrected & a new one issued.
*** Follow-up*** Received a check today via FedEx for $17.00 to cover the cost of the corrected title from the dealership. Thank You!

I drove 3+ hours to buy my certified Elantra from Crestmont as they had the best deal in a 200 mile area. Had to go back because our SUV started making a funny noise and shaking while driving and when I checked the front to see why it was shaking I noticed it was missing 2 bolts and the remaing 3 where all loose and ready to fall off as well.....the worker who did the tire rotation did not tighten all the bolts on the passenger front wheel.......my wife could of been in a serious car accident that could of been fatal due to the fact that she drives to work 30 minutes each way on the highway. I took the SUV back right away and they put 2 new ones back on......I will be filing a complaint tomorrow when the Service manager returns to work.

I'm extremely pleased with the cleanliness of my car. Crestmont did a great job making sure my used car looked like a brand new car. I think the price I paid for my car was fair.
