I have bought 2 cars now from here , always amazing service! They always go above and beyond to do everything they can to get the best rates and service! Kate Reshni has helped us both times and I absolutely love her . I walked in and she instantly remember us and that she sold us the first car we got there. Knowing we only went there that one time years ago and she still remembers means alot. This was the second time we have purchased from Crestmont Hyundai. We purchased an 2019 Elantra last year and decided to purchase a 2020 for our other teen this year. We also purchased a 2020 Tucson at the same time. Our salesman Joseph Pontrelli was very helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating. Pricing was fair and up front and they worked to get us the best rebate/ financing on both cars. Would definitely recommend.

Bought recent vehicle here from Joe Pelto. I was pretty disappointed in the process. We went in looking, and felt rushed and hurried to buy. Went on a test drive, and found our sales person sitting with another couple. Of all the sales staff on hand sitting around, why would our guy take on another couple knowing we'd be back in mere minutes? It was really rude in my eyes. Its lucky for Joe that my wife liked the car we drove, because he didn't try showing us any other vehicle in the price range, or try to give us any other options.

I also felt slighted by our trade in. I feel they could've brought it in for more than what they gave me. I understand we wouldn't get what they would sell it for, but we came back the next day to get some CD's left in the old vehicle only to see it already for sale for double what we were offered.

I went into the dealership expecting a minimum presumption of trust and honesty and left feeling taken advantage of. I would not buy from here again, nor would I recommend anyone else too.

How surprisingly refreshing that was. And during the paper work signing the finance manager showed us how we could save an additional $300.00. Kate and the staff have made it a very satisfying process. And yes I'm very pleased with the car.

I had a a fantastic experience at Crestmont Hyundai. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly, NOT aggressive "Hi, can I help you". At first I was hesitant but Jarrod made me feel comfortable and thought he had the perfect car for me. I was leery, but he gave me to a sales rep, Mark Kadoutcheck to take over. (I was impressed to find out that Jarrod was a manager who greeted me at the door and that he didn't mention his position to me. ) Mark was amazing! Out of all the dealerships I test drove, Mark was absolutely the most knowledgable about the car as well as all the cars on the lot. He really knew his stuff. He was incredibly personable, kind and humble. He never pressured me at all. I was surprised to run into a couple of friends looking for cars there! I thought that was a good sign. So Jarrod was right, it was the perfect car for me. I came in the next day and leased it. Mark ran through all the amazing complimentary services that come with my Genesis G80 and the people in the service department were very personable and friendly, they didn't treat me like I was just another person coming through the door. Mark has followed up several times since to see if everything is ok. I know I could call on him at anytime I have questions. I was truly impressed with Crestmont and am excited for our future relationship.

All of these positive reviews are from consumers who were sold a vehicle that actually works - which is what SHOULD happen when you spend that much money on a product. But let me tell you how they treat customers when something doesn't go right.
Sales team seemed great (except for salesman not knowing how to work their own software). Pleasant experience buying my vehicle. However, it is now just 2 months after purchasing my car and I have already needed to take it to the shop (and even fully towed) 5 times. At this point, it is now just shutting off while driving and unable to restart. When attempting to address my unhappiness with manager, he went on the defensive claiming it wasn't his fault. I interact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis, and can tell when someone is trying to talk down to me.
A few days later the GM called to ask that I come in so they can "get me into a safer car". An appointment was setup with my original salesman for 5:30pm. When I came in that evening, he sat me in the waiting room for 45 minutes until he was able to see me. When I finally got some time with him, I let him know exactly what my needs were and he went along with them, showing me a vehicle I could lease that would replace the dysfunctional one he sold me just two months earlier. This was a different vehicle then what I originally wanted, and even though I never intended to drive this model I went along with it because I felt I had no other choice. After a few hours of discussion and test drives, along with picking out the color car I wanted we sat back down at his desk only for him to give me a price far above what he showed me earlier and above what I was originally paying for the first vehicle. "Final offer" was his exact phrase. After declining (with admittedly a lot of attitude on my part), the salesman brought a manager over who had a very pompous attitude and tried to "dumb down" the offer for us.
I have never had a worse experience buying anything in my entire life. They have wasted two months of my life that I cannot get back, and sold me a car that I cannot drive. Stay away from this dealership.

Completely satisfied with the assistance provided by Mark Crow at Crestmont Hyundai. All the communication from initial inquiry to appointment scheduling was done through text messages as I requested. Since I was buying a pre-owned and lived 200 miles from the dealer, I even had Mark test driving the vehicle and giving his personal advice to make sure it would be worth my trip. And it was.
Furthermore, Crestmont had the best prices in the State.

The Sales team was very good at their job. Got me in the door that day and were helpful when I arrived. I drove over 2 hours and 30 minutes to get there so arrived when they we re closing at 8:15 PM. Wasn t the best drive started raining when I got near and all they way back home. Purchased a 2016 Lexus IS 300 April 29 and it ended up being a bad car which I was surprised since only had 18,500 miles. I had noticed vibration in the steering wheel, front seats, front floor boards, and brakes instant on the way home. I honestly thought no big deal just needs balanced or alignment problem. Since I live far away was kind of hard to take the car back to the dealer. Took it to local tire places, and Lexus and they found the problem and gave an estimate. I worked with Crestmont Hyundai over the phone and they had me take it local places near me to fix it. Ended up being 4 bent rims, 2 bald inside corners on the front tires, and pitted rotors front and back. Was a process but they fixed it. They apologized for all the hassle and missing all the problems. They had sent me their maintenance inspection before I drove out of town to buy it so I was surprised. Thank you. Next time if I buy a car out of town I will test drive it first and spend a lot of time looking it over. Everyone is human so we all make mistakes and miss things.

We couldn't be more thrilled that we decided to go to Crestmont. Honestly I have purchased quite a few cars and none of my experiences has even come close to this one. Dave Choike our super sales guy was fantastic. No pressure to buy and he listened to what we needed and made it work. The test drive and time there wasn't high sales or filled with awkward silent moments it was actually dare I say Fun! He chatted with us about real stuff not just friendly conversation while still being thorough open and honest. We love our new 2019 Santa Fe. It's perfect for our family. Can't wait to come back in 3 years for our next vehicle or Maybe even sooner!! Great work guys!

these guys at Crestmont Hyundai are awesome, I really appreciate what they did to give me the best deal that fits my budget. I couldn't ask for more. a special thanks to Rich Chandler who worked with me for over 4 hours trying to get the right car for me. my new Sonata hybrid is great, 45 miles per gallon with all the bills and whistles for under $160 a month.
a great deal, a great car, great people at Crestmont Hyundai and great service department with in few minutes reach. if you are looking please do your home work first see other dealers but make you check with them last and see what monthly payment they will offer with the same price range. I did go to a Chevy dealer for a Malibu with the same price range my payment would have been at $250.

After finding a listing online for a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Elantra at Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick, I called and spoke with Mark Kadoutcheck and went to see the car. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful and had the car ready when I arrived. During the purchasing process there was never any pressure and everyone at the dealership was easy to deal with and professional. They assisted me with financing and it all went very smoothly. I had researched many different brands and models and determined the Hyundai Santa Fe was the car I wanted to purchase.
I contacted Crestmont Hyundai and spoke to Justin Jankovic.
Justin and I took a Santa Fe for a test drive and Justin described all of the features of the car and he did it with honesty and enthusiasm!!
After the test drive I knew this was the car for me and my wife.
I discussed certain terms and conditions with Justin and it wasn't too long after that the deal was done.
Thank you Justin for your efforts! Also thank you Tabatha for your efforts to meet my financial requirements.

My experience was pleasant all around. The lot is well organized by model and I wasn't pressured while looking. I did receive a quick response from my salesperson for a test drive and he answered all my questions and followed up on several things for me, even staying late to finalize the sale of a new Tucson. Kate and the rest of the staff were very helpful. It wasn't the nightmarish experience one anticipates when car shopping (sales representatives using jargon and pushing for the upsell). Instead, kate simply showed us the vehicles in which we were interested. She also made financing quick and painless, provided vehicle history and other necessary information and made sure to fill the tank with gas before we left the dealership. Great experience.

All I can say is I never had even driven a Hyundai or been inside of one, yet I stopped in on a Saturday just to check them out and walked out with a new Tucson 1 1/2 hours later. Terry "The Car Guy" could not have made the experience more simple and I will go to see him whenever I am looking for a car.

Took a test drive last July, and never received the promised $50 reward. They processed the whole thing incorrectly. Overall, I did not get the impression they would go the extra mile for the customer. You might be better off going to the other Hyundai dealerships in the area.

Sent drivers to pickup these vehicles and was refused pickup by Jeff. How does this happen when you buy, pay for, receive a bill of sale for, present bill of sale to Jeff but refused the property I paid for?

I highly recommend Crestmont Hyundai for your new car! I am a planner, my husband and I went north to look at vehicles. I wanted to sit in some & find something to fit our needs. I never buy a big ticket item without thinking about it overnight! We pulled into Crestmont Hyundai, (our 2nd stop) We looked around at some of our interests, a Tucson and an Elantra. When we entered the building to ask questions, we were greeted by Max Galang, who was happy to answer our questions. Although we loved the looks of the two vehicles we had chosen, they were not roomy enough for our grandchildren & car seats. Max asked me what i really wanted. I told him blue, good gas mileage, and roomy inside. Max then introduced us to the electric blue 2018 Hyundai Sonata! Absolutely the perfect fit for us! I had no intentions of actually getting a car that day, but I actually drove it home! I had a great experience with Crestmont Hyundai and Max Galang and you can too! 5 stars for this team!

I loathe buying vehicles, and avoid it for as long as possible. I went to another dealership and was treated like I did not matter. I spent hours there with my children, and it was an aggravating waste of time. We found a pre-owned Subaru Outback we wanted to view at Crestmont Hyundai, and was greeted with Suzanne Rupp's friendly smile. Suzanne is kind, funny, thoughtful and helpful. She showed me features of the car I would not have even thought about. She was mindful I had children with me, and got us taken care of quickly and easily. She even personally delivered the car to my home. I felt totally comfortable with her and heartily recommend her to everyone, but most especially to people who may hesitate to walk into a dealership. This was the most stress-free vehicle-shopping experience I have ever had. We love Suzanne!

I have never had such wonderful service provided for me from a car salesperson or dealership. Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick, Ohio is in a league of their own. I rate this dealership with 5 stars across the board because they have earned every one of them. Catherine Ulan was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was as sweet as can be. I never thought that I would see that in a car salesperson. She found me exactly what I wanted and made me feel like I was her only customer. Just a great place all around. Bought a new Ioniq over the internet with Joe Pelto. Found the car on CarGurus at Crestmont and the exact car at several other dealers. Asked each dealer for their best "out-the-door price." Joe and Crestmont submitted the best price. Took my information over the phone. Arrived at the dealer, test drove the car, completed paperwork, paid the previously determined price, and drove off with the car. Seamless transaction. Joe was friendly, thorough, attentive, and focused on my purchase. Would recommend this dealer and Joe to anyone purchasing a new car.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan murano in June. To what I thought was my luck that vehicle had been brought in through trade and fell into my needed financial state. I immediately fell in love with the car. My salesman had advised me that because the car was just purchased on trade that when I test drove it to let him know anything I thought may need to be serviced with the vehicle. The first thing I noticed was the tire light was on and the brakes weren't in horrible shape, but they were getting to their limit. After test driving this was the first issue I addressed. I was assured that the brakes would be taken care of and had to leave the car the day of purchase for service work to be performed and a safety inspection to be complete. One day turned into 2 days. However, being a single mother with 2 children I wanted a safe and reliable vehicle and was willing to wait. Two days later I go to pick the car up. It is plated for 45 days. I was advised that all of the brakes were changed and the blower to the heat and a/c had also been fixed as well as the car being detailed. I never seen where the car was actually detailed because there was still dirt on the seats and on the floors, but I work in customer service so wasn't going to stress on an easy clean up. The past week as I am getting ready to plate the vehicle I start to hear my brakes grinding. I am very confused at this point because to my knowledge all of my brakes were just replaced and there should be no possible way in 45 days they could get so bad they are metal on metal. I took the vehicle to a local mechanic who advised me that yes the "brake pads" were replaced, but the brakes themselves were not. My drivers side rear brake pad is completely gone in less that 45 days. Complete metal on metal. The reasoning for that is because my passenger side rear brake caliber isn't even working, so the drivers side is doing all the stopping for the back of the car. Now common sense to me when you ask a credited dealership to replace your brakes would include replacing YOUR BRAKES AND ALL THAT OPERATE THEM! However, when I called the dealership I was advised that their service department only fixes what they feel needs to be fixed at the time of the purchase, and that I could bring the vehicle in for them to inspect it, but I may accrue a charge for this issue to be fixed. I asked when I was able to bring the vehicle in and was advised that Monday-Friday from 9-5 were the only times for service to be performed. I work Monday-Friday from 7-5 everyday and being that I literally just made my first car payment today, and now have some expensive issues taking place taking off work is just not an option. Again I asked if a Saturday was at all possible and was told no that is reserved for oil changes. Any half decent mechanic that was replacing brake pads on a vehicle would have looked at the calibers and rotors on the vehicle and said those should probably be replaced as well FOR SAFETY!!! I now have to debate on whether I should miss a days worth of work to take my vehicle in for them to re-inspect it and more than likely charge me to fix it in the first place, or take it to a mechanic who isn't going to rig my vehicle up to get me out the door. I am incredibly unsatisfied with the customer service I received. I basically have no brakes on the back of my vehicle and because they were not fixed properly the first time around I have now drove the vehicle for 45 days without knowing, and have no idea what damage could be caused by a company that did a half ass safety check over my vehicle. I most definitely will be contacting the better business bureau as well as corporate Hyundai to inform them of how one of their dealerships is functioning. I was completely taken advantage of. The proper documentation was not provided, and when confronted about the issue I was basically told to figure it out. Well Crestmont I will figure it out.
