Hi Brittany,

Thanks for providing me a pleasant leasing experience. You were warm and friendly and I felt you were very knowledgeable in your job. The finance experience was also pleasant. I can't say these things for my first experience there at Crestmont with my previous lease with the Limited. It was horrible and continued to be horrible every time I had to come in for anything. I seriously considered going to a different Hyundai dealership. But the convenience of the Brunswick location allowed me to try Crestmont again. I'm glad I did because this experience was the complete opposite from my first.
