Had the best experience I've ever had buying a car! The salesman, Chris Luckinbill, is an awesome person! He was not pushy and helped me decide on the perfect car! I will not buy from anyone else ever again! Thanks Crest Auto, you guys are awesome!

Gene is very knowledgeable and handled the maintenance and warranty work very quick and efficiently. I have worked with him over the years and he has always done a superb job

The loan car process was not explained very well I was under the impression that I did not have to furnish gas as long as the tank was at least half full. In other words I would not be responsible for gas used for half a tank. Then when the bill was presented I was charged $11 something for gas. I only drove to and from my house in Plano sobthe charge seems high or the car doesn t get good gas mileage.

Sewell doesn t charge for gas on their loan cars or for tolls..... so you are not competitive.

Have to say!!! when you become part of Cadillac not only does Cadillac stand behind their vehicles, Crest Cadillac of Frisco take care of their customers with top notch service. I have purchased a used CTS from them and have treated me like i purchased a new vehicle. Everything has been a great and smooth experience so far with Crest Cadillac... keep up the awesome service!!!

I'm a dealer and my friend purchased a hard-to-find pre-owned vehicle from here. She purchased online, sight unseen and in that instance the dealer needs to be extremely thorough in describing and prepping the vehicle. They are the eyes of the consumer. Getting one key is definitely not acceptable and there was also damage on an interior part that is common but not detected in the photos. This was a high end vehicle and an unexpected $1000 expense upon receiving it is infuriating and unfair. While the transaction was seemless, it is fair to say the vehicle wasn't represented fully. I know making it right hurts the sale, however, that is the price a dealer pays when a vehicle isn't completely reconditioned and prepped prior to delivery.

Crest has been my go to dealer since 1999. Always great service, a great sales staff, and good value. Gene Reeves has been our service advisor the whole time and our sales consultant, Ed Elizondo, has been there 14 years. That kind of longevity in the car business speaks volumes about the quality of the dealership. To steal another's slogan ... we're Crest "Customers for Life."

I've been a loyal Cadillac owner for nearly 20 years. I've only had my vehicles serviced at authorized Cadillac dealerships. I recently experienced a major issue with my Cadillac CTS and for the first time ever, I was on the brink of being dissatisfied with GM/Cadillac. I contacted Crest and was assigned to service advisor Brent Upton. He was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive to my concerns & regularly provided status updates during the 2 weeks (manufacturer delay in parts) that my vehicle was at the dealership. He truly went above & beyond to ensure that I was pleased with the process and proposed resolution. I was extremely appreciative of his assistance. Because of Brent, I am a happy Crest customer!

I brought my vehicle in for the Zaktek treatment. After 3 days of your team having my vehicle it still was not clean. Dirty interior windshield, bugs still on the hood and grill, dirt on the rear hatch, etc. I did bring this to Bryan s attention.

Mary M. was my service rep and she went above and beyond to assist me w/ my OnStar issue. She checked various sources to try and see if my extended warranty would cover the costs and got back to me when she said she would. Mary provides excellent customer service and because of her I'll be returning to get the rest of my car maintenance done with Crest. She was awesome!

I contacted other Cadillac Dealerships in the DFW area, but Jordan with Crest was the only sales person who took time to listen to what I wanted, provided detailed information on current inventory (even walking the parking lot while in the phone with me on a hot, 100* day), and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. The entire Crest team was wonderful, including the finance department, they made the process of buying a new car painless. They were fair, honest, and responsive. Jordan even delivered my car to me. I couldn't ask for better service!

So I have never had a reason to use roadside assistance until recently. Within 40 minutes a very nice technician came to my rescue, took care of my car and I was back on the road. My service advisor, Eric has always gone beyond my expectations. I appreciate the service .

In the process of trading my wife's Cadillac ATS purchased from Crest Cadillac in Frisco, Texas. In the past 3 years we have had nothing but trouble from this vehicle. Took it back to the dealership 3 hours away, 3 times in the first month. Engine had to be replaced in the first 6 months. Now we are being told the vehicle was previously wrecked before we purchased it. The sales staff wasn't very friendly and we waited forever when we bought it. Now we are finally getting rid of this headache. Do your research, don't let them pressure you into a vehicle and make sure you know the history beforehand!

I am so excited to have a beautiful new Q50 from my go to dealership, Crest Infinity in Frisco Texas. This is our fourth vehicle from Crest and every purchase has been pain free and actually an enjoyable experience. The Infinity vehicles are beyond comparison and the staff at Crest are exceptional. This purchase I had the pleasure of working with Caleb Brosin, our salesman, Cedric White (who was one of the nicest persons and actually made our selection process so fun), Nathan the gentleman that patiently explained all of the incredibly many, many features on our phenomenal new Infinity and of course Dean Robbins, the business manager. Dean was great. He had our documents drawn up and answered every question I had in lay person's language, to which I really appreciated.

One thing I really appreciated was the salesman I dealt with when I bought my 2014 Q60 (he's moved into a management position,) Brett Eaves, was notified we were at the dealership and he came to the showroom to say hello and visit with my husband and me. That is the treatment you get when dealing with Crest. They truly make you feel like family. I encourage anyone interested in driving a quality vehicle, visit Crest; you won't be disappointed!

My husband Jeff and I stopped at Crest Infiniti to just test drive different models never intending to drive out that day with a new car, but with a great customer service and personal attention and tenacity that DJ gave to our experience there was no doubt in anyone's mind that I was driving home in a new vehicle!

Thank you DJ for not only putting up with my some kind of crazy and getting me almost everything I wanted, you connected with my husband and made him feel a brotherhood bond he misses since leaving the military. Truly a great experience!

After visiting several dealerships for a used car ended up at Crest Cadillac. At first was not interested in buying car but sales man was intuitive and somehow managed to broker a deal. Staff are pleasant and patient. Explained everthing in detail. Finance person was great too and whole process was quick. Highly recommend checking out Crest Cadillac used car lot as they have good cars and work with you to get the deal.

My first Cadillac and Crest experiences exceeded my expectations. Ed E. was our sales associate and I greatly appreciate his expertise, patience and kindness. Ask for Ed E. He worked with us to find just the right vehicle. Tanya did our F&I and she was proficient and extremely welcoming. Hussein, sales manager remembered my name and stepped in to make us feel comfortable as we moved about the dealership. We met Bryan in the service department who efficiently overviewed how service operates. My orientation to all the buttons and controls, by Brock was really useful to get on the road! We were shown all the luxeries at the dealership that we Cadillac owners can experience. I am a customer for life.

I made my second purchase with Crest Cadillac by leasing a new 2020 Cadillac CT6 Premium Luxury after my old lease of my CT6 Premium Luxury was set to expire in a few months. Sales Director, Hussain Jafri, gave me a quick and hassle free offer in getting me out of my lease with no money down by taking advantage rebates and incentives that Cadillac was offering, which allowed me to keep my monthly payments comparable to the lease payment I was paying for my old lease, all while getting me into the same model that had more features (Super Cruise,
Night Vision Camera, 34 speaker system, and TV screens in the headrests) than my old CT6.

Salesman, Charles Woods, helped me quickly complete my credit appreciation with ease and made sure the entire process was to my satisfaction.

Tanya Bulawka was very pleasant while assisting me with the finanace paperwork. She had a calming and comforting personality, which made the somewhat stressful process of signing all the paperwork very easy and quick.

Barry Rose, Vogue Accessories Manager, has always been a pleasure to work with and was accommodating as he had my aftermarket wheels transferred over to my new car without delay.

Brock Atkins was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions while going through all the features of my car when I took delivery.

Each time I stop by the dealership, even just to say hi, I feel that I'm part a valued part of the Crest Cadillac family. I'm a customer for life.

if there is any less than one star i will do it because i saw the most careless and bad service in all of my life at this dealership...
they made me fill application and lost point in my credit and in the end the car we make the deal about it s not for sale anymore and when i asked what happened they said ohh sorry mistake coming from houston to dallas for a mistake
don t ever deal with Joush Crest (sales man) , Jouch (sales manager) they keep through me from one to other amd i end up with nothing lost my cridet point for nothing they got new cridetcheck for them
bad service, careless, don t trust anyone of them .

Shannan Dotson Ever: It was scary buying a 22,000.00 car without driving it or even seeing it in person, I trusted in the Crest Cadillac promise & I am very pleased with my purchase & happy they were able to deliver it 3 hours away. They made it an easy sell. My only disappointment was the tread on the tires was very low when the delivered it & that was one of my very first questions that I had asked about the vehicle, but before I signed the papers, I called my salesman up & he promised to take care of this matter for me asap. Would I suggest you to buy from Crest Cadillac? Yes I would! The car looks runs & smells brand new, but its 6 years old!

Engine light went on this morning so I figured I would try driving in to Crest without an appointment. Was greeted within 30 seconds and met with Brent Upton in service to go over the problem. Was told that there would be a charge for the fix if it was what we thought was wrong but happy to find out that the problem was covered by factory warranty. Great experience not just because the work was covered but Brent was thorough in explaining what the potential costs could be. Will definitely continue having my ATS serviced at this location.

Greg was excellent and was kind enough to stop but the road when my wife and kids were stranded with a flat tire. He called Cadillac service and waited with her until the tire was changed. He also did a great job servicing my Escalade. I would highly recommend him!

Excellent service. My car was fixed in one hour, washed and vacuumed and I was driving away. Thanks, Crest.

Another great experience! Our XT5 had a problem and Gene Reeves had our car into service and diagnosed quickly. A part was air freighted to the dealership and the car was ready the next day. Gene also went the extra mile and had all maintenance and software updates made while the car was in for repairs.

Excellent service and he kept us updated on the progress.

Five stars all the way!
