I had an amazing experience at the Creat cars used car lot. Both Leron the salesman and Dean in the business office, I can t tell you how wonderful and professional they both were. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

I think a $900 bill for 2 FOB's and towing is excessive. $232 for a 19.4 mile tow is ridiculous. I should have used my own towing service but the lady said they had a good towing service. My mistake!

I love everyone at Crest My Salesman Tony Robinson...

I love everyone at Crest My Salesman Tony Robinson was great and such a pleasure to work with and Joshua Gabbai the Business Manager took care of me and explained everything to me. I am on my third Cadillac and won t go anyplace else. So I have been a customer at Crest for over 10 years now and totally love it and the people. Thank you Tony and Joshua, you re the best and Waldo the Manager jumped in too., appreciate you all.

Let me start by saying that if you want a great car buying experience w/o the back and forth this is the place to go. You don t spend your entire day negotiating. The process is easy, clear and concise and my salesperson Ernest is legit!!!!! He performed a miracle. Got me in the car I wanted at the payments I needed with a smile on his face and not pushy by any means. Every person who works at this dealership behind the scenes also made a good impression. From the tour of service dept to finance (most people dread this part) to the car delivery (nice big bow) to car feature demonstration; every step was painless and I felt that my business was appreciated and valued. I even got the opportunity to meet the owner, who personally thanked me for my business! If you want a great car buying experience, go to Crest you won t be disappointed. They have made a customer for life out of me.

Mary Monsano was my service advisor. She was awesome. Great communication and considerate of my needs. My car was held up waiting for parts for 2 months and she did a great job of making sure i was informed of the progress.

It took mr 2 hours to get a rent car. I made an appointment not expecting to wait 2 hrs. I was told that my service manager was supposed to call me before I even showed up because they knew that rental cars were backlogged but no one ever tried to call me. Not acceptable. Then I came in to pick up my car and it took them 20 minutes to find the part that I was told by my service manager was delivered and waiting for me but the service department somehow couldnt find it. This was the first time that I experienced the Crest Cadillac service since I bought the car and realized that compared to even my husband's lexus service experience is so much worse. It will be considered when I think about owning another car.

Crest went above and beyond for me this time! My car was ready in a timely manner, they did what they could to fix some of the scratches, did my oil change and detail. When I went to pick up my car, I was with my son who had the flu and didn t want to bring him in. Since it had rained the night before, Paul Z. made sure my car was cleaned again on the outside and had them pull my car directly up to me and brought out all the paperwork so I didn t have to leave my sick kiddo in the car. Now that s great customer service!! Love Crest!!

I went to Crest Cadillac simply to compare the XT ...

I went to Crest Cadillac simply to compare the XT five and the XT4 As my current lease will be coming due in November. I asked Chris and Caleb to figure what it would cost to turn in my current XT five and either Do a new lease on Both cars. I was advised of the loyalty Rewards I had and other pull up lease awards available for me. They made me a deal I couldn t turn down. It didn t take long I didn t have to argue they were forthcoming at the beginning on what it would take to trade. I am completely satisfied with the deal and with the new XT5 2021

The treatment I received from Chris Riccilleti was the best ever. I would come back again to Crest because of him. Rating for Chris is a 10 (from 0 to 10 as 10 being the highest score).
The treatment at Crest is surperior to James Woods in Denton. And it is due to Chris.

Loved every second of my experience with Crest Infinity!! I was not planning to buy a car the day I came in. But, once Ben answered a few questions and showed me what Infinity offered, I was SOLD!! So happy with everyone I had contact with, from Ben, to Richi, LaRon, Johnny, and Zayne! They operate with honesty, integrity, and made sure I was completely happy with my new Q50. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience of buying a new Cadillac at Crest Cadillac. Our salesman, Charles Woods was a joy to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics. A very up front, honest dialogue that afforded us the opportunity to reach a deal very quickly. Kudos also to Carla Thompson the Business Manager for her welcoming attitude and very efficient processing of our purchase. From start to vehicle delivery, a class act! Highly recommend them!

Eric the sales manager is very professional makes sure every thing gets done, Gene is his assistant and also always a pleasure to deal with these two people. Well worth the drive! I don t put money in any other caddlac.
Keep it up crest caddlac! You are the best out there!!!

Happy with my car for the most part The real issue is no service after the sale. The dealership made numerous promises and failed to follow through. We have been unable to even get someone to return a phone call to resolve issues. Very disappointing customer service. We were looking forward to a much better experience.

We have purchased several vehicles from multiple dealerships in the DFW area for over 25 years. We were assisted by Tiras and the entire team at Crest. Fantastic experience...and I have to say I work through deals (with myself) mostly but they were all exceptional and patient with me and the way I work through the process .

Tiras has been there for 4 years so right away I knew we were in good hands. The no pressure and steady participation from him and Garelle allowed us to make an educated and informed decision. Hey, math is math but the hand holding and attention to detail with my wife was top notch! She is so excited about her new Escalade and is quickly picking up on the tremendous amount of technology and features this SUV has to offer. What a great vehicle...it s safe, efficient and a dream to drive.

Listen, I know the car buying experience is overwhelming at times and quite simply can just where you out, for all of us, but this group, especially Tiras, made it an enjoyable experience.

Do yourself a favor...ask for Tiras. What a pleasure it was to be treated like a client and not a customer. There is a difference trust me. I want to thank the entire team at Crest for all that they did to ensure that our questions were answered, our needs were met and our time was used wisely and efficiently.

Hats off to a great experience and if you are in the market for a Cadillac...go to Crest...you will not regret it. May God bless you all.

It was time to get my wife a new Escalade and a friend recommended us to Crest Cadillac. Caleb and Chris took great care of us, including ordering us a new vehicle when my wife did not like the color for the one we had originally ordered. They gave us a great deal on our trade in and gave me multiple options on my financing. They made it a flawless process for a deal that lasted several months. I live in Southlake, but it was worth the drive to Frisco. Thanks Crest!!!!

STAY CLEAR !!! I had an sales apt with Maxwell Wilkerson and I had the worst experience ever. I show up for my apt to see the car and test drive and purchase if all goes well . I was greeted by another sales guy who mentions Maxwell has left for the day and the car went to auction because Maxwell failed to make note there was a customer wanting the car. They lost a sell and I will never go here and recommend this place to anyone !!! Good luck!!!!

Waiting for my car to get fixed and while I was waiting in their beautiful lounge a man walked up to me with a shoe shine box and asked if I would like a complementary shine on Crest Cadilac. He shined my shoes while I sat there watching TV. He did a great job so I tipped him well. I thought that was an excellent service for Crest customers. This dealership goes above and beyond to give an excellent customer service experience.

I took my car in because a light came on to have serviced ASAP. Not only did they take care of that, but they found other issues that was covered by my extended warranty. They done all the work and kept me posted om the progress at all times. My service advisor was Mr. Reeves he also saved me money. Crest Cadillac Frisco in awesome. I live in Desoto but I will make the drive for good service anytime.. Last but not least I was given a loaner car the entire time. They ROCK !!!!!!

Service department staff are friendly but the wait time is horrible! I was there waiting for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My appoint was at 9:30 and I finally got out of there at noon!!

I truly can't say enough about my recent service experience with Crest Cadillac and specifically Brent Upton. Brent went above and beyond expectations to help me and was so pleasant and enjoyable to deal with at the same time. Brent assisted with both my vehicles on the same day!

First off--i didn't buy new, not that it matters but in this business, it's easy to feel your business isn't as important as others. With that said, I was treated as well as if I was their favorite customer. Paul, in Service was amazing. He established a rapport, kept me in clear understanding and treated me like my business mattered.

I truly enjoyed the experience . The car was supposed to be 'showroom' clean, but I would call it clean.

Overall I'm satisfied. Too far for the services, but otherwise I was a happy customer

I was quoted $25,505 on my 2016 Cadillac CTS which I agreed to, feeling that it was a very fair price for the vehicle. I put down $1000.00, only to realize later that the price of the vehicle was actually increased just before signing by $1000.00. Now, obviously I bare partial responsibility by not thoroughly checking the figures before signing, but I would like to believe that there should be a certain amount of integrity in the sales process with Crest Cadillac.

I separately asked to purchase a Black Front Grille and Lip Splitter for that Vehicle , which I asked to purchase outright rather than add it to the balance to be financed. I was told that would not be a problem, however since the signing I have not heard back from Crest Cadillac.

I feel quite put off at this point. I feel that there was a bait and switch situation that took place.
