Nice place, nice people. Alex Govea is a wonderful young man, courteous and efficient. I would give a 5 star to the personnel I faced with.

I will give a 3 star to the corporate treatment of customers. Too bad that the corporation dropped the complementary patron treats and monthly events that were before Crest overtook Volvo; it was under Pedro's management... That was a huge plus!

I loved that Crest salesmen were very low pressure and super accommodating when you found something you like. I drove and compared 3 cars, and they left me alone to decide for myself. They were very knowledgeable, and the finance portion of my buying experience was smooth and speedy.

When I made the appointment to have the Zaktek reapplied to my vehicle, I scheduled it for 1:00 pm. The driver finally showed up close to 3:00 pm (2 hours late). I made a comment about how the inside of the loaner car was pretty dirty. He stated that they were waiting on a loaner car to come back and he only had time to run it through the exterior wash. The car also smelled like cigarette smoke.
When the lady called to schedule the drop off of my vehicle today, we scheduled it for 2:30. She confirmed the drop off location to be my work address, as I would still be there until 3:00. I got a call at 3:15 from the driver (45 minutes late) that he had arrived to exchange vehicles. The Ring doorbell camera at my home showed he was at my door. I explained to the driver that I had confirmed the drop off to be my place of work and I had been waiting around at work for him. He apologized. I told him to stay there and I would come home to do the exchange. I showed him how dirty the floor boards were and the back seats looked like someone had walked all over them with their shoes on. I was very shocked that Crest would allow a car that filthy to be taken to a customer to use. It seems the customer service has been sub-par the last two times I've had my car serviced. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect for my time. I told Clay, a Crest representative, during my last appointment that I would be taking my service elsewhere. He asked me to give Crest a second chance, which I did. I had hoped Crest's service would improve this time around, however, this was not the case.

Mr. Maxwell Wilkerson made this such a great experience. He was very attentive to my wants and needs. He took the initiative to find the perfect vehicle for me before I even arrived to the dealership. Upon arriving, I was greeted with warmth and I felt special. Every part of the process was explained in great detail. The process took two hours. The finance manager Ramin was great and very knowledgeable. He found the best deal for me and went the extra mile. This has been the BEST car buying experience I've ever had!

We invested in Cadillac as it published as a luxury brand. the product itself meets our expectations. At first the Crest Service did not but Eric/Service Manager and his the team stepped up. We greatly appreciated they listened and took the corrective actions meet our expectations. We have no doubts future experiences with Crest will be on par with the Cadillac values of a premium brand.

First Class. That's what comes to mind when I think about Crest Cadillac Frisco. The client service representative I had Shawn went above and beyond to collaborate with my extended warranty company and got everything I needed done with no deductible. I was provided a courtsey loaner car that was amazing, the work they did on my car turned out perfect, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly reccomend buying a new Cadillac at Crest in Frisco or having your existing vehicle serviced there.

I love my new GMC Sierra purchased from Crest Cadillac. Our salesman Maxwell was awesome and helped us with the purchase. Nate in service has been outstanding too. Nate informed us of a recall notice that had been issued. He helped us with taking care of the concern immediately and given us a rental car to drive in the mean time. Since our purchase, Nate has helped us with a few other things like ordering matching touch up paint and routing oil changes. Nate is always upbeat, very informative, and provides an excellent customer experience. I have been very pleased with my experience as a whole from Crest!

Terrible customer service. My wife struggles to move car seats for both our kids into a loaner when her car is in for service. She worked on it while 9 months pregnant for 30-45 minutes and nobody would help her because it's against company policy. What a dumb policy.

I'm a repeat customer and love this beautiful deal...

I'm a repeat customer and love this beautiful dealership and the people who work there. Hungry while waiting? They even have a Cafe for fresh made to order coffee, burgers, meals, etc. Free coffee and water with fresh baked cookies in the service waiting area. They had the best discounts than other Infiniti dealerships in the entire area. The finance dept is all women and they were all so nice, especially Mariam who helped me and easy to finalize the transaction. I am a Crest customer for life. They also have a Cadillac and Pre Owned lots next door for Crest. 5 stars!!

My original post with Crest is below. What s amazing is that a year later their service continues to meet new heights. Latest experience...the Crest team stays late allowing us to pick up our car the same day after an afternoon drop off- thank you Logan, Callie and all of the Crest service staff. Rare to find service and people that care this much!

First experience with Crest Cadillac Service Team...won t be the last. From the Assistant Service Manager, Logan McPherson, to the porters, loan car staff, etc - all fantastic representatives of the brand. Treated me like a King. Top of the luxury car chart of service. Way to go and thank you!

Everyone was very helpful with the process in buying what we needed from their inventory. Felix in particular made sure we taken care of. The facility is great and a lot cleaner than others which have been to in the last year (at least 5 different dealerships). We will definitely use Crest in the future!

What a pleasant experience. We worked with Sam Hilou and he really hustled showing us every option possible. He worked with us to find exactly what we wanted even though we weren't exactly sure at the time. We found the right Cadillac for us and are now happy owners of an Escalade ESV. No pressure just a pleasure

I was hesitant about taking my car to Crest Cadill...

I was hesitant about taking my car to Crest Cadillac because dealerships can be extremely expensive at times including diagnostic testing. I entered to drive and Brett assisted me with total understanding,caring and explained step by step process on diagnosing my car. He educated me about my Cadillac warranties I didn't even ask about. He actually raised my hood to point out my previous repairs and confirmed was repaired correctly. I have had not so good experience with the other Cadillac dealer.Thanks Crest all of your staff was superior. My car IS ..running great Thanks again Brett ..Happy Crest Customer

Kodie was extremely helpful and made the buying experience stress free. He conversed during the test drive and has a very likeable personality.
Miriam in finance informed us of the financial details and finished our documents in record time.
If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle Crest is the way to go.

Worst customer experience ever! Very disappointing...

Worst customer experience ever! Very disappointing to have such poor judgmental representation at such a credible entity like Cadillac. Plan to engage corporate...so disappointed.

UPDATE
Disappointed once again. Emailed POC as directed by Crest and NO RESPONSE...

There are PLENTY of options in the car industry and Crest Frisco is not on the list anymore. Encourages me to go back and post the WONDERFUL experience I had at Mercedes Plano.

I am so impressed with the A+ team at Crest Infiniti.

This was my first time leasing a car, and Richie Naciri the sales consultant turned it into such a seamless experience. He was a complete gentleman and patiently worked with me every step of the way. If you are looking to lease or buy an Infiniti, he is your go-to guy.

The exceptional customer service continued with Mike Brosin, Jacob Clark from the service department, Nathan Rosales the delivery specialist and Tammy in finance.

Awesome expierence! I dealt with Maxwell and he was of great help. I would reccomend anybody this location, far or near if a speciffic car your interested in is on there lot. I personally flew in from flordia, with a 1100 mile drive ahead Maxwell made sure i drove home confidently All around great environment, very professional, Great cars,great staff, reflects great management,I definitely recommend others and will be bk myself.

Update 01/02/2020. Changing to one star. Been wait...

Update 01/02/2020. Changing to one star. Been waiting over an hour for a loaner that was requested when service appointment was made . Was told they have no cats I suggest you avoid Crest Cadillac in Frisco. Go to Garland. Much better service period.

Update 01-2018-Took another car to Crest service that had been our of service for 5 weeks due to an intermittent issue. It sat at multiple shops and dealers and no one at any could find the problem but all could reproduce it. When picking up my CTS after an oil change I asked Randy (service manager) if they could look at my Buick. Well, they fixed it in one day. Was only a loose bolt holding the fuse panel. Crest has a customer for life!

Bought a used 2014 Cadillac. Took in for first service visit and the experience was horrible. Very sad indeed. Update 05/29/2017: Received call from service manager and he apologized. Crest picked car, took care of everything and returned car. Updated stars to 5! Great reaction from Crest to the first review!

The new facility is very nice I was quite impressed. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I walked the lot which is huge to see the vehicles that were being offered and there were many to choose from. Really enjoyed that the Cadillac service side had a comfortable lounge along with a cafe inside.

This is a great place to buy a car. This is my second car within 6 months and the experience only got better. My first salesperson was Victor. He was knowledgeable about all the specifications of the car and he was not pushy. He got me the best deal possible. My second experience was even better. Victor was not available so his coworker Sam helped me with the purchase. Sam was polite and very attentive. I would totally recommend this dealer to my family and friends. I am highly satisfied.

We recently purchased our 6th Cadillac from Crest. The wonderful hospitality and awesome customer service experience shown to our family during our car buying experience made it fun, exciting, and memorable. The salesman made sure our needs were met, and even kept the little ones comfortable during the process. The lady in finance talked to us like she'd known us for years, and the technology guy greeted us with a warm smile, took our picture with the new car, and walked us through through everything so professionally. We're looking forward to doing even more business with Mr. Brosin and Crest Cadillac.

Another great experience at Crest Cadillac; this is my 3rd Cadillac from Crest. My sales associate Hussain Jafri is the BEST! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable are only a few of the adjectives to describe the staff of Crest. There are multiple Cadillac dealerships in the Dallas area but I keep going back to Crest. My 2018 Cadillac XT5 is very nice.

My family has had an awful experience with this de...

My family has had an awful experience with this dealership. My elderly grandmother made a mistake in visiting this dealership by herself back in August. The salesperson took advantage of her and used predatory sales tactics to convince her to buy a car she couldn t afford, then tacked $7K of overlapping and unnecessary maintenance coverage on to her purchase...after CHARGING her almost $5K to trade in her vehicle. She is now spending 1/3 of her fixed income on a car she drives less than once a week. There is absolutely no way her purchase should have ever been approved. It lacks ethics, responsibility, and basic human decency.

When she broke down with the stress of her completely outrageous payments this week and confessed to my parents how much she is spending monthly, they tried to step in to help. They started by calling the lender, and the lender (GMAC) told them this kind of thing happens often and that the dealership can help. So my parents, feeling hopeful, called the Finance Manager at the dealership to discuss options, but he did not return their phone call. They decided instead to drive down to the dealership today to try to speak with the Finance Manager in person. When they arrived, they waited about 15 minutes for the Finance Manager to come out and speak with them; when he finally did, he didn t even have the courtesy to invite them back to his office, instead speaking with them in the lobby of the dealership so rude! His tone was dismissive, condescending, and totally lacking empathy. He was also completely unhelpful. His solution? Buy a new car! He wants her to trade-in her vehicle, which she still owes $48K on, for $32K, thus still owing $16K on a car she will no longer own, in addition to owing whatever the purchase price is for her replacement vehicle. Give me a break. Her ideal solution would be to convert the purchase to a lease and receive a credit back for the duplicated and unnecessary charges, but the dealership has been completely unwilling to work with her up to this point.

The fact is:
A) The dealership had absolutely no business selling this car to my grandmother in the first place.
B) The dealership used predatory sales tactics to up sell unnecessary coverages and fees.
C) The dealership has been rude, lacked empathy, and offered no help in rectifying the situation.

We will also be filing a complaint with the BBB for predatory and unethical sales tactics.

My advice: Take your business elsewhere.

Crest has an amazing team with an extensive knowledge of how the buying experience should be. They took care of me from the very beginning and gave me enough honest information to make a smart choice. I definitely recommend going to them if you need a new or used car.

Well I can confidently say its no Sewell dealershi...

Well I can confidently say its no Sewell dealership. Once you have a Sewell Experience your perspective of car buying (new AND USED) changes. Crest has some pretty good prices on vehicles but customer service they can improve on. for some reason they don't supply second keys for vehicles and you have to go back to the dealership at inconvenient hours to get one, a simple 10 minute ordeal you would assume... no 45 min wait... also once the vehicle is sold it seems priorities switch to the next customer.

For example: we bought a used vehicle at Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth, they normally deal with infiniti's and we bought a cadillac and they didnt have a second key. So our sales person, Charlie (if you can get this guy he is amazing) personally picked our vehicle up from our home, in Irving, to get a second key made as well as hand deliver our licence plates to then put them on himself, as well as drop of a loaner vehicle for the two days it was being taken care of.. Also got it washed for us!. Its customer service like this that people never forget. and Im sharing this due help other dealerships to see whats out there and better their customer service.

I think that there were a couple things that other dealerships would have taken care of, like detailing the inside one last time to present a close-to-mint condition vehicle that you just purchased, or fees associated with trading in a leased vehicle would have been taken care of once out of my hands... but, over all if your looking for a good price on a vehicle its a good place to get one. My experience was neither great nor terrible but I've definitely had better at luxury dealerships.

They are very nice and efficient. There is hardly no waiting time. They called every few days with an update on where they are, as to how much longer before my car was ready. The only thing is that as I turned on my car, the screen started rotating again the way it did before they fixed it! Luckily, the guy was standing there and saw it also. He told me to take it home and see if it will work itself out. Since I did not like the car that I was renting (weird shift control that makes you look down to see what your doing), I agreed. Hope he was right, since I do not have time to be running back and forth to service it. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Don't do business with Crest Cadillac! Service , management, body shop and sales are terrible. Nobody at Crest cares about the customer! Body shop did a despicable job, service department doe not communicate, salesperson is dishonest, along with management. After 14 days still waiting on my car to be returned to me or any communication from the service advisor!
