I've been a loyal Cadillac owner for nearly 20 years. I've only had my vehicles serviced at authorized Cadillac dealerships. I recently experienced a major issue with my Cadillac CTS and for the first time ever, I was on the brink of being dissatisfied with GM/Cadillac. I contacted Crest and was assigned to service advisor Brent Upton. He was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive to my concerns & regularly provided status updates during the 2 weeks (manufacturer delay in parts) that my vehicle was at the dealership. He truly went above & beyond to ensure that I was pleased with the process and proposed resolution. I was extremely appreciative of his assistance. Because of Brent, I am a happy Crest customer!
