I actually used the services of Pacific Finance Group twice this year. They were excellent to work with! The process was easy, they were quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and both times I save a lot of money. I highly recommend them!

I refinanced my investment home through Pacific Finance Group and found that their rates were notably better than any other quotes, including Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA which tend to always be competitive. I was warned about about some other low budget finance companies like Lending Tree and Quicken Loans, so I stayed clear. PFG was professional, honest, and fast. So I got a great quote, it was locked in with my first phone call and I closed 3 weeks later. Remarkably smooth and fast. Yes, I would recommend them!
From our first contact with Carlton to our experience with Tiffany Piceno our experience was outstanding. We have gone through the mortgage process several times, original and refi, and none were as easy as this process. Tiffany made the entire process flow so smoothly it appeared to be effortless! We were treated as valued customers, our calls and questions were always answered, no matter how often we called. We would recommend them to anyone that wants to obtain a new mortgage or a refi. Completely satisfied to work with Terasa and Rich on our home refinance. Rich was able a find a great rate that we are looking for with credit to cover for the closing costs. Rich even stop by and pick up my loan documents at my workplace. Teresa kept us up to date and reminded us regarding the application documents along the process and make sure things are going smoothly. Teresa really took time and offered support along the way and things are going so smooth that we closed the loan in only 3 weeks (from the time I called and talked to Rich to the time signed the closing documents). Financed purchase of a home with Pacific Finance and had no problems. They were quick to answer any questions, and maintained a great level of transparency throughout the entire process. We ended up with a good rate and low closing costs, and easily closed on-time despite having a short purchase timeframe.
Not happy with their service which resulted in my loan denial and losing the house which I wanted to buy. Alot of mistakes in paperwork seriously like my name was spelled wrong throughout even after denial (which I pointed many times). Name and address of my employer was also wrong on application.
They wasted more than a month and didn't go with the preferred lender who was willing to accept my application, instead they went with another bank who rejected my loan on closing date which resulted me in losing appraisal money, the effort I made for purchasing, time and emotional stress.
Not recommended at all.
I was able to successfully refinance my home, but the lack of attention by the staff was staggering.
This company does nothing illegal or unethical, but my experience was anything but pleasant.
* Do not expect that anyone in the company will follow up at the time & date they say they will, you must be diligent and babysit them every step of the way.
* Very little attention to detail was paid, I continually had to go out of my way to review the documents they submitted to the lender and then ask that they be corrected.
Ultimately, the last straw was the refund they owed me. I was promised that it would be sent within 10 days of them receiving their commission, but two months after closing I was still emailing them weekly asking for a status of the refund. Yes, it was ultimately paid but only because I hounded them.
Honestly, if you have very straight forward and simple loan they can successfully complete it. If you have any complexity I would advise working with another lender that pays greater attention to detail. I have no confidence in their ability to complete complex loans without excessive effort from the borrower. Had I not paid the $500 for the appraisal, I would've cancelled and worked another lender. Very poor customer experience, Carlton and Teresa disappointed me every step of the way.
I am glad I called Pacific Mortgage in Kirkland, WA. I received professional and personalized service. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Carlton and Teresa were very knowledgeable and helpful. I received prompt communication from them every time I had a question. I also received a great deal from them. I am a very happy customer. I recommend them.
I had a mortgage with B of A in 2013 that I tried to refinance the balance at a lower rate. B of A offered me a loan @ 3.625% rate and gave me the run around for over six months. They kept telling me that they were still missing documents that I had sent them at least twice if not more. This was during the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2013, if you all recall the interest rate ballooned out at a very fast pace. Suddenly, I received a letter from B of A that I had cancelled my application. I called Pacific finance Group and they offered me an interest rate of 3.625% with virtually no cost. Shortly after received an email from Tiffany Piceno requesting the required documents. Since I had a bad experience with B of A, I called Tiffany and told her my story, she assured me that things would be completely different as long as I provide her with the documents that she needs for the under writer. I sent her the documents, she gave me update at min twice a week and I was able to close within 21-24 days. I was so impressed with Tiffany and promised her that if I ever needed another loan, she would hear from me. In September of this year, I needed to get a loan to purchase another investment property and therefore called Tiffany. She gave the name of a loan officer that she wanted me to work with. I followed her direction, everything was fine, except that the seller took over three weeks to let the appraiser get to the property. As a result my lock expired, Tiffany called me and told me that she was going to get another lock the same rate and at no cost, she was going to fight and make sure that I would not be charged for that. I got the loan at no additional cost and purchased the property. I strongly recommend Tiffany. Follow my advise, call her and ask her for a loan officer and believe in her, you will be pleasantly surprised. For the record, I have not met Tiffany in person, all I know, there is this reliable and incredible lady in Kirkland with Pacific group that has done magic for me. Thanks so much again Tiffany

Carlton Sellars and his team provided OUTSTANDING customer service and made getting a mortgage loan as easy as it can possibly get. I began researching companies a long time ago and doing my due diligence in finding the best interest rate, etc, and I found his quoted rate the best in town (and out of town!). Once quoted, there were no changes by the lending company or any added contingencies or surprises once we were ready to sign. In addition, I live overseas on a military base and his communication and planning were excellent. In fact, I think dealing with Pacific Finance Group and getting a loan was far more easier than dealing with my own bank to get out the closing costs! I RARELY write reviews, but I wanted to show my appreciation to excellent customer service and provide testimony to my experience. Thank you, Carton and Pacific Finance Group!
The team was great - quick, accurate and efficient. They helped me to repair my credit, and then were able to give me a better rate than they originally quoted. I needed to push a bit for that, but overall they were helpful, offered a great rate, and were able to process the entire loan in 35 days - vs. the four months that the other place I tried to use took.
In case you aren't familiar with home loans, these guys are mortgage brokers, meaning they shop for the best interest rates for you by comparing various rates from lenders. They act as your liaison to the lender and handle all communication that is required. I worked with Carlton to get my purchase loan and rate locked in and Chasity for all the loan processing. I was able to get an interest rate much lower than any other lender, so it was an obvious choice to go with Pacific Finance.
Chasity and Carlton were both very responsive by email, and fairly easy to reach by phone. Any question that was asked was always answered same-day. Chasity was my liaison to the lender (loan processor) and was very driven to get me any and all information I need. As with any lender, as long as you are proactive and get Pacific Finance Group what they ask for quickly, then you will be fine. I live in Olympia so I never physically met anyone at Pacific, but I can attest that they are legit and can handle all paperwork via email and electronic document signing.
I did receive a large delay in the processing of my loan due to poor management of the first appraisal. This is the fault of the appraisal management company and the appraiser who apparently botched the appraisal. We needed to order another appraisal with a rush status to get my loan finalized in time to close. We ended up closing 2 days later than our original closing date. My advice - schedule the appraisal as soon after the home inspection as possible. This part took 4 weeks - not to the fault of Pacific Finance Group. Pacific actually escalated the issue to some of the higher-ups at the lender and appraisal management company to get me the new rushed appraisal, so I'm appreciative of that.
To sum it up, if you are looking to use Pacific Finance for your purchase loan because their interest rates are insanely low, then go for it! I closed Friday 6/3/2016 and I'm happy I used Pacific.
