Engine light went on this morning so I figured I would try driving in to Crest without an appointment. Was greeted within 30 seconds and met with Brent Upton in service to go over the problem. Was told that there would be a charge for the fix if it was what we thought was wrong but happy to find out that the problem was covered by factory warranty. Great experience not just because the work was covered but Brent was thorough in explaining what the potential costs could be. Will definitely continue having my ATS serviced at this location.
