My experience has been horried here. I purchased my a vehicle on 8/9/17. I traded in my 2015 Dodge Challenger with 37k miles for a 2013 Dodge Journey with 64k miles. Upon purchasing my vehicle I got a higher interest rate than what I did in my Challenger. Which I don t understand why because I ve never been late on any payments with any credit that I have had within the last 4 years. I didn t really like the interest rate so the finance manager said that he would throw in an extended warranty for me so that I would buy the vehicle. He even told me he was taking a loss on the vehicle for selling it to me for the price that he did. So while signing the contract for the vehicle, the finance manager Mike Selgado made small talk with me. Well we were there until around 9pm. After the paperwork was finished the salesman showed me around the inside of the car and walking me through all of its extras. The finance manager asked me for a cigarette. That s fine as well. Well I noticed the plastic part on the side of the seat was broken, so I point it out. They said they were gonna fix it when they came to get my vehicle for a detail within the next few days. Yeah that never happened. So the next day I m trying to get ahold of Mike to ask him where I needed to send my copies of check stubs to. He told me and then kept me on the phone for over an hour on his personal cell phone. He was asking me very derogatory questions about my sexual preference and my wife. Just to name a few: Are you a jealous person, is your wife jealous, have you ever been with a man, why haven t you ever wanted to try it, where I work, what do I do in between both jobs, am I ever alone at home alone and when do I go home, what do I like to do for fun, where is my favorite place to eat, do I like to vacation, why do I work so much, does it put a hardship on my marriage with my wife, etc. He also said that he wanted to call me honey because he really likes my smile and there s just something about me that he really likes. He gets another call so he tells me he will call me back. He does about 15 mins later and tells me he really likes talking to me and he was on his way home. A few days later I call and report him to a manager. I also complained about the sales tax I had to pay because he told me that I would not have to pay any sales tax because he sold me the vehicle cheaper than my other one so my taxes have already been paid. I thought cool beans. Well I went to tag my vehicle and I get charged over $300 because come to find out, he didn t throw in that warranty. I had to pay for it and then pay taxes on that as well. I called up to the dealership to tell them I wasn t happy about it and that I needed a refund because that s not what I was told. The manager told me he would take care of the finance manager and he would not be contacting me again. Which he hasn t! Well it took then nearly 2 weeks to get me my reimbursement check for the taxes. Then the next issue happens...My radio starts changing stations on its own as I hit bumps going down the road and my buttons on the steering wheel isn t working properly. I call and make an appointment to get it checked out. They can t get it to dupliciate The radio then won t do it for some reason, but he did witness the control on the steering wheel not working properly so he said they would order me a new switch. Well a couple weeks go by and haven t heard a word from them. I go to get my oil changed and they inform me that my struts are blown. So I call and complain because I ve only had this car for 2 months and I shouldn t be having all these issues. The General manager tells me that all I do is complain and that he s went above and beyond for me and that I can t keep using the phone call from finance manager incident for leverage to get what I want and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional!!! Now my vehicle is in the shop and they tell me my warranty only covers the struts and I still have to pay $250 deductible. Everything else out of pocket which is $800. I just paid $3700 for the extended warranty!

Everyone I dealt with here has been a tremendous help; sales, finance, and the shop. But especially Mike over in finance. After I purchased a car here; two weeks later I had to go out of state for nearly a month, for work. Two days after I left for my out of state work, the title arrived at my house but there was nothing I could do about registering my new car. Mike got my car refinanced for a lower interest rate and mailed a new temporary tag at my out of state work site, now I could drive home without using an expired temporary tag. Thanks Mike!

The worst experience with a service department ever! If I could give negative stars, that would still be too many. I've been trying to get something under warranty replaced since July 25. Finally get to take my car to the service department to get the part put on. My appointment was at 11 am, and they said it would be an hour. Four hours later I call to check on it, and they didn't even do anything because the part was damaged. No communication throughout the whole process. If I hadn't been the one calling, I wouldnt have had a clue as to what was going on, when the approval of the replacement happened, when the parts were in, or even when my car was ready. Worst customer service ever! Had I known the service department was so poorly ran and so bad a communicating with people, I wouldn't have purchased a car from this dealership in the first place.

Honestly one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Josh from sales and Timmy from finance worked hard to get me into an amazing vehical. They were kind, courtious, and diligent. No games, gave a fair trade value for my car and got me into a car that fit my budget and needs. Can't sing their praises enough. Thank you Josh and Timmy for staying late to get it done..

Incredibly disappointed with this business. We found a vehicle online we wanted to test drive (& probably purchase this evening) so I called & spoke with a sales rep who said they had the vehicle in stock at their location. Let me be clear. I told him which vehicle I was looking for & that we were making an hour & a half drive to come see it. He said oh I know exactly which vehicle! I ll pull it around. We drive to Fort Smith, he shows us the car he pulled around, & it isn t the car I called about. Turns out they don t have that vehicle at that location, even though he told me they did. Then he says he ll check with the manager to see about getting that vehicle. At that point he d already lost me. He lied to me just to get me there. Bait & switch. I don t play those sales games. The manager then proceeds to tell us that they could probably have that vehicle brought to that location within a couple of days but says the price advertised on their businesses website was incorrect & lower than the vehicle should have been. He said that it s some glitch when they add vehicles into their online system yada yada. I don t care. You mean to tell me you have a vehicle advertised for a price that no one corrected & you re not going to honor it? No deal. I d give no stars if I could. I ll never do business there.

One of the most awful buying experiences I have ever had. This is a large reason that I try to stay away from any type of dealerships.

I came to them in December of 2016 (just a few months ago) looking to get a new car for my wife as a surprise gift for Christmas. I am an hour away from them and one of my key selling points was if they would be willing to deliver the car to me or not. I realize this sounds unreasonable but I had spoke to the Fayetteville Crain Hyundai (which I have heard GREAT things about) and they were more than willing to drive nearly 2 hours to deliver a car and bring me the paperwork. I needed it delivered because I didn't want my wife figuring out because I would be gone for over 3 hours. So I asked the Fort Smith Crain Hyundai and one of their salesmen (I won't mention names) told me yes he could deliver that day by noon and bring me all of the paperwork. Needless to say I went with it and gave him all of the info over the phone for him to deliver and he said he would. Around noon I haven't heard from him so I called and he told me he was too busy with other customers. I should've realized right then and there that after I bought the car their customer service would go down because he had already got me down as a "sale" and didn't care anymore. He promised he would 100% deliver the next day, on a Sunday (which i thought was weird) but that I still had to drive up there and sign paperwork (which took 4 hours). While I was signing paperwork they (another guy) sold me an Extended Warranty and made it seem as if the Car Care maintenance plan which gives you oil changes for 5 years was included in the extended warranty. He then told me the printer wan't working so they would have to mail me the contract that breaks the pricing down completely. Well it was not included in the price needless to say, but I will finish that part later. Sunday comes around, didn't hear a thing from him so I texted him and he said they were closed and he can't deliver it, it would have to be Monday. Monday comes around, I can't get ahold of the guy for 3 hours and finally he texts me saying he is on the way. He shows up to my work and proceeds to tell me that he was late for work (bragging at this point) because he stayed up late the night before partying and admitted that he was STILL A LITTLE DRUNK. Like what the heck? He just drove my brand new car DRUNK? I figured you know what, I don't have to mess with these guys anymore so I will let it go. A week later I received my contract and they charged me $1000 for the car maintenance plan. So I'm like cool whatever cancel the oil changes and refund me that part of my money because I'm about to refinance and don't want that included. They told me it takes a month to refund so I had to refinance with that included and they said that they would mail me a check. I called back beginning of February and they said that what happens is the warranty company sends the check to the dealership who then sends it to Hyundai Motor Finance who then sends it to me after endorsing it. Well the dealership received the check, and sent it to HMF. It has been nearly a month after they sent it and HMF says that they still have not received the check. My guess is that it has been lost in the mail, idk what the chances of that happening are but whatever, the part that ticks me off is that I called 2 weeks ago and a guy was supposed to be tracking the check down. I give him a week and then email him and he says that he has been busy with OTHER customers and that he would get back to me First thing Monday, well it is now Thursday (4 days later) and I haven't heard anything back from him and it has been nearly 4 months after buying this car and still no refund. I'm worried that we will have to start this process all over again because it seems the check has been lost and I will have to wait another 2 months before I get my money.

These guys are probably going to hate me for posting this and hopefully my customer service from now on doesn't continue to go down because of this review.

I've bought three vehicles from Crain (previously Breeden) and for the past 8 years or so have come to them exclusively for service. Unfortunately it's gone so far down hill this last year especially I will not be coming back. You used to be able to trust their service department to be honest with you, to take care of your vehicle, and most importantly, just to communicate. They used to get five stars from me every time on their post-service surveys because they were that good. Unfortunately that's all gone now - as are the post-service surveys (a bad sign). Now every visit is a nickel-and-dime tactic of windshield wipers, filters, etc. They purposefully hide lower cost fixes or maintenance plans from you to maximize their profits. This last visit they left a comment on the work order that they notified me my brakes needed attention immediately and I declined. The truth of the matter is they never called me at all, not even to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had to call them and ask. This is actually the third time that's happened, and the second time they've stated on the work order that I've declined something needing immediate attention after not communicating with me at all. They strangely don't even bring it up at payment time - but they will surely let you know you're going to be due for a new rear windshield wiper next time you come in. I've brought this to their attention personally in the past and it gets shrugged off and excused by the service department with no change apparently.

This isn't even going into the slimy tactics they tried to use on me last time I wanted to purchase a vehicle from them.

It's a bummer to lose trust in a business that you were happy to endorse for years, but that's where I'm at now. I under no circumstance would recommend anyone buy or service a vehicle at Crain Hyundai.

Doug was a awesome sales man and Shane( I believe was his name)his manager, gave me a great trade in Value for my 1999 dodge neon and worked with me till I got the car I wanted,at the price I need it to be. Most importantly I was treated with respect. If you're in the market for a car ask for Doug, he'll do his best to help you.

Their selection was terrible as well as the service. If you want the same old game playing car sales go here. If you want to actually see a good selection, be helped like you are valued customer, and feel good about your experience go to James Hodge Hyundai of Muskogee. Talk to Marcellus and Austin.

I had some work done under warranty; one repair was completed promptly but the other was a ghost in the machine that they spent considerable time and endless patience investigating but were unable to resolve on this visit. The people were all very friendly and helpful

I've never had bad service here. From the salesman to the service department its been easy. I bought the car with 35,000 so the power train warranty was almost up, However I did have an issue with my headlight switch the car had 48,000 miles on it and I called the parts department to get a price on a new one and i was informed by parts that my car had a 50,000 mile warranty on switches which the service department confirmed. I took my vehicle in and they confirmed the problem and that the switch needed to be replaced, but my cars warranty was voided due to an issue with the mileage I looked at the records and someone at the dmv before I got the car input the wrong mileage and due to the discrepancy it voided my factory warranty. I talked to the service manager, and he talked to the general manager and the best they would do is split the cost of parts and labor with me. I kindly declined. I am fully certified to replace the part myself and the cost of the part was less than half of the full price they were asking me to split with them. I still take my car here for the services I got with the purchase and the Crain commitment warranty. My problem is they sold me a car with a voided warranty without saying anything about it. ive had the car for a year and a half at this point and it is great.

We drove our Santa Fe for an entire year before the issue rectified. We were initially told we needed new tires (which were new) and that the tire would quit rubbing after a while. The "rubbing" never went away. A year later we purchase the same size tire as before (which was the same factory recommended size), just a different brand, still the same rubbing sound. Brought back to the dealership for another diagnosis. The first diagnosis was that I had my parking brake on. I always use the parking brake. Apparently the valets there do not check for parking brakes before driving off in customers vehicles. After he told me that was the issue, I had to take him for a ride to hear the issue. It wasn't until then that he agreed there was an issue. Come to find out, it needed a CV joint replaced. I was also told that an alignment was not needed. It is clearly pulling to the right. I will go this weekend to a third party for an alignment check. If it needs one, I think Crane should reimburse the cost. The tech there at Crane said it would be covered under the warranty. At this point I have no confidence in the Fort Smith Crane automotive department.

Seriously, these guys are absolutely terrible. Customer service? Forget about it. Sure the warranties and car care plans are nice, but good luck trying to get them to do maintenance atleast once within 6 months. And don't plan on them fixing your car either, when I bought my car it had 2 dents in the back fender, rim rash, and swirl marks in the paint. That's fine, it's fixable, so I paid them the extra cash to fix it, and all they did is polish it.... like are you Serious? Thanks for making the swirl marks stand out even more now. And the dents and rim rash they never touched. Now every time I call to get the rest that I PAID FOR fixed, it's always "Oh we are busy today try calling next week." For real i absolutely HATE these guys and will never do bussiness with them again.

I took my car in for a warranty repair. At first they tried telling me it wasn't the warranty issue and was a $2,000 fix for something else (it was the free warranty issue after all. Imagine that). It felt extremely tense in there. The first time I went in there some workers were mad at each other and arguing in front of every one and it was extremely awkward. Then when I went to pick up my car they were yelling back and forth plain as day in front of customers. Then some manager got involved and started yelling too. Craziest thing I've ever seen. Got my car and realized they threw a bunch of stuff around in my car made a mess. Threw my fiancees sunglasses from the front seat area to the back floor board and scratched them, threw some other stuff around. All around wierd/bad experience. They fixed my car though, so I guess that's one plus. If you want that dysfunctional family, tense, yelling vibe.......crain hyundai.

We moved out of the area and we still come back here to buy our cars. We haven't found another dealership that treats us like family. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. This goes for the service department too. Joe Pulliam is the best! Timmie Minks(finance guy) was a pleasure to work with. Josh(sales guy) was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I will always buy from Crain Hyundai, because satisfaction after the sale is just as important and Joe Pulliam has never let us down.If you are new to the area or even if you live in NWA like us take the trip I promise you won't be disappointed.

Ollie,

Ollie,

Thank you for the incredible deal you gave me today. My daughter is beyond thrilled with her first car. I have never seen a salesperson do what you did today on that price. I recommend everyone to come see you for a great deal at Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith. Finally i found a salesperson I will go back to. Thank you so much.

I purchased my 2015 Cadillac SRX from Crain Hyunda...

I purchased my 2015 Cadillac SRX from Crain Hyundai here in Fort Smith on 03/29/2018. Everything was going great until I got in it on Thursday, April 19th. Got all loaded up and looked down and noticed it said service stabilitrak. Thinking great I ve only had this vehicle for 3 weeks, haven t even made the first payment and it is already messing up. Took off, dropped my child off at school, it drove fine, then I took off heading to work. It was driving ok, came around the curve heading to Fort Smith, merged into the lane heading toward Garrison Bridge and all of a sudden the vehicle started swerving a little. Then all of a sudden it started fishtailing and I could hear a popping noise from the rear. It was swerving so bad that I couldn t control the vehicle. It scared me so bad; all I could think to do was pull over on the side of the road. I sat there for a minute then I took off gradually and when I gave it a little gas it started to sway again, I slowed down and drove really slow to work. Thank God he was watching over me because I knew for sure the vehicle was about to run right into the bridge wall causing a huge pile up as it was a lot of traffic out that morning. Get to work, park it, called the service department at Crain Hyundai a little after 9 am and spoke to Casey. I explained to him what was going on and that I just purchased the vehicle on the 29th of March from them. He said he didn t think that they could fix the stabilizer. He said the 2 guys there said they couldn t work on it for sure and that the other guy, who is more knowledgeable, is on vacation and wouldn t be back until Monday. I explained to him, again what happened and that someone from over there needed to come and pick it up as I couldn t and wouldn t drive it. After me saying that again he got really quiet. So I told him again that it wasn t drivable. He said well it may have to go to the Cadillac place. I said well I do believe that it s still under the factory warranty. He said oh yea it will have to go over there for sure. Never did he say that he would have his guys come and pick it up for me and take care of it all and never asked once if I needed a loaner vehicle until they could find out what was wrong with mine. It shouldn t have been my responsibility to have to contact the Cadillac place & they should have offered a loaner vehicle. Orr picked it up, found the problem & fixed it. Guy said that that my back wheel was about to fall off as it was leaning inward and that Crain had sold me a faulty vehicle. Very irritated to say the least, I trusted Crain Hyundai as a dealership to sale me a vehicle that s in good working condition, one that works properly, one with no major problems but instead they sale me faulty vehicle were the wheels are about to fall off, only 3 weeks after purchase putting my life, my child s life and everyone around me life in danger. I did receive a call today from the customer relations lady she was very apologetic about the way the folks acted in the service dept. She assured me that I would receive special treatment and all but never once addressed the whole situation about them selling me a faulty vehicle.I trusted my life and my child s life with them, when I stepped foot on that lot and purchased my vehicle there. I trusted them to be an honest business and to make an honest sell of that vehicle to me and to ensure that it was safe and up to standards. The way that vehicle was out of control that day this could have all ended very tragically for me, my family & the other innocent folks that could have been affected. I'm glad they are all about customer relations but just to act like there wasn't any issues with the vehicle isn't acceptable!

I have done business with this dealership for many years. When we first moved to Fort Smith from a very small town and we're just out of high school and starting college we knew that we needed a reliable vehicle that was affordable. We started going to local dealership's and we were disappointed every time because non of them would give us the time of day because we looked like two young kids with no money. When we arrived at Breeden Hyundai (Bill white hyundai at the time) we knew that something was different. We were greeted promptly and treated with respect. They invited us in and told us to look as long as we wanted and let us test drive anything we wanted. We were not treated like we were below their stature or that we couldn't afford anything. They didn't pressure us the fill out paperwork before we could test drive or even hint that they didn't think we were out of our elrment. They even offered us refreshments and we ended up buying from them that day and they didn't seem surprised to learn that for a couple of kids from the farm that we actually had credit and money. It was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. And that's why we haven't bought a car from anyone else since then. Every time we go into the dealership for anything (service appointments or whatever) we are still treated exactly the same and with the same amount of respect and courtesy. We have become like family. I recommend this dealership to anyone who values the important things like dignity and respect. I promise that they have a vehicle for your family. Hyundai vehicles have a lot of selection and the pricey extras that other dealership charge for are standard on most vehicles. They will find a vehicle for you even if you have to wait for it. They are very accommodating and friendly. They stand by their products and their word. If ypu are in need of a new or used vehicle please take my advice and check out Breeden Hyundai soon.

Bought a 2015 challenger from them they said there making nothing on and in 6 months I'll be so positive in equity that I would make money if I traded it in well it's been 6 months I'm tired of a car took it in to trade I've made perfect payments in the 6 months and they tell me I'm $5000 upside down also told me they would pay sales tax and I payed 200 out of pocket when I text drove it I smelt what I thought was coolant so I asked them about it and they assured me that it was the tire shine I was smelling so I get a check engine light last month take it in they want to charge me for diagnosing it when it was a problem before I bought it also promised me another key fob for the car that I've never got it's sad that there is a place that guarantees you something about a car then goes against there word

I purchased a used 2017 Elantra and could not have...

I purchased a used 2017 Elantra and could not have had a worse experience. If you re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, DON T. They do not provide the phenomenal customer service they rave about on their website, and do not stand behind their vehicles when they have mechanical issues four days after a sale. When braking on the interstate four days later, the car violently shook. I tested this out a few more times and it was clearly a safety problem.

I contacted the salesman who would not give me a straight answer on getting the car into a service department until almost a week later. They refused to look at the vehicle without charging a $120 diagnostic fee and refused to fix the problem. Their reasoning? Because their mechanics didn t make any notes about the shaking during their inspection. But that s the point their mechanics missed it and they refused to fix the problem. I had to take it to the Bentonville Crain dealer, who helpfully let me know it was actually a warranty repair and the inspection should have caught it if they would have driven it on the interstate. They fixed the warped brake rotors and were very apologetic.

Not only did Crain Ft. Smith refuse to fix a mechanical problem with the vehicle only four days after the purchase, they didn t even inform me it would be a warranty repair. Never buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you want to be jerked around.

I wanted a no-contact experience buying a new car. I didn't think that was actually possible, but Crain made it happen. It actually turned out to be the best car buying experience I've ever had. Sales rep Justin Hall was incredible. Justin went above and beyond throughout the process. I got a very fair trade-in and a great price to go along with the incentives that Hyundai is now offering. If you want a good car buying experience, give Crain a call and ask for Justin. Thanks again, Justin!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I was very disappointed with this dealership. I had selected a new Hyundai Santa Fe via internet and secured my financing with one of my banking institutions. I had spoken with the sales rep and believed very thing was a go. I made the two hour drive, test drove my selected vehicle and was ready to finalize the purchase. Well that is where everything went downhill. My first concern was I was financed with Hyundai versus my bank, they stated that was the only way I would qualify for the offered rebates. So at that point I was still okay with the purchase. Then we proceeded to finish the process, signing the odometer reading, the GAP papers, the insurance and the whole nine yards. Then here comes the BOMB, the payment is now $175 more than I expected. Now I am asking to see the total breakdown only to discover the price of the vehicle is almost $7000 higher then the internet price. When I ask questions the finance office stated that was never the price of the vehicle. Then he explained that could only be the price if you qualify for all the rebates . I pulled up their website only to be told that a couple of the cars weren t even at there dealership.

Then sales talk continued about how if I really like the vehicle then the price shouldn t matter, at that point I was completely done. The manager even proceeded to explain how he didn t like the internet pricing. I would say because it holds them accountable and you can t pull one over on the informed shopper!

I left very DISAPPOINTED!

Since returning home I have connected with other dealerships that absolutely honor internet prices. Will be purchasing from a honest dealership.

Quick and easy experience here. Just bought my second Hyundai from them. Got the car I wanted at a great price!

The warranties are great too, I've only ever had to use one for a cracked sun visor piece on my Hyundai Accent. I got there and showed them the problem and they asked me to wait. I was offered water and coffee and before I could finish my coffee my visor was fixed and I was on my way.

Only negative thing I can say is to make sure that Blake spells your last name correctly on your paperwork, haha.

I recently purchased a vehicle with Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith and the customer service was amazing! They went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and to get the payment I needed. Everyone there was very friendly and attentive. They made the car buying process as stress free as possible. The general manager was very hands on and available when needed, it was a much different experience than any other place I have ever been. I didn't feel like I was waiting forever for that one person to make the deal possible. I even watched there customer service to others as I waited on my paperwork, just a very friendly atmosphere. Thank you Crain Hyundai, I will be back again.

Customer Service was horrible they are very unpleasant rude and unprofessional please beware before you put any money down on a vehicle they assure you that you are good to go then they find a reason that the bank would not approve your loan they will take your money and leave you without a vehicle I do NOT Recommend doing business with this company!

I bought my first new vehicle through these guys and they made it an awesome experience, I didn't have a lot of time to shop around but as a traveling salesperson I had a pretty good idea of what I needed and the 2nd car I drove was it. No high pressure just good old fashioned friendly professional customer service, and because of this I will continue to be a customer. I highly recommend this dealership as a sales professional myself , I will say this...the vehicle may have cost $18,000(fair price) but the service was priceless!!!!

I would not recommend doing any business with this establishment. As a former employee of 2 years I saw first hand the crookedness of the management and corporate employees alike. I was asked on several occasions to perform and sign off on shady maintenance as to hide things or place customers at fault. I would only recommend this company to someone I greatly disliked.

We purchased our vehicle from here and we were very satisfied. The service department is the only reason for 3 stars instead of 5. An hour and a half to change my oil is ridiculous. Especially when I had an appointment.

Five stars. We love Crain in fort smith. We have purchased 7 vehicles from Crain. We wouldn t go anywhere else. First thing, Joe pulliam,Jimmy minks, Gil smith, Mike salgado and Dalton pulliam have made our vehicle purchases great !!! They have always treated us like family, truly . We have been loyal Crain customers because they have been honest, they have always gone out of their way to help us. From taking the time to showing us all the features in the cars and suvs. That s important to me :) If we have any questions about anything they always take the time to explain it to us. The prices on their cars are great and Joe has had several cars delivered from their other Crain dealerships that we wanted to see. They have delivered my car to my home because I couldn t make it to the dealership to pick it up. That s true customer service. The warranty on our cars/suvs/ trucks we love because, they have always kept their word on the warranties. They are people that have families and they treat us like family and I have referred many people to them to purchase from Crain ft smith. We will always stay Crain hyundai because if there s no problems then why leave? So to all of you that are looking to buy ,maybe for Christmas ? Then just go in and tell them joyce sent you and I know they will give you the best !!!

Poor customer service, not going back. I was not greeted at my car when I pulled in for my scheduled appointment. Went inside to the Service Managers office and was told someone would be with me in a minute. The Service Manager was on his computer, he was too busy to help a customer and I would have to wait my turn, although there were no other service customers nearby. I waited and eventually someone who was helpful came, but then was told a part for a brake system, which is part of a National Safety Recall, would have to be ordered, and the work, which was estimated to take less than an hour, couldn't be done then. I made my appointment a week in advance, but was told because they didn't have my VIN # they were unable to have ordered the part in advance. I would have gladly provided my VIN # when I made the call had they just asked. I certainly was clear when I made my appointment it was in regard to Hyundai's National Safety Recall. So in short, I made an appointment a week in advance, arrived to find out they did not have a critical component for Hyundai's Safety Recall, and left with the impression they did not have the processes in place to make and keep scheduled appointments for critical repairs. This was my first service visit to this dealer and sorry to see Fort Smith is so poorly served under the brand Hyundai, which makes surprisingly good vehicles that I can recommend.

Excellent service, sales and finance team. Worked hard to get my husband the truck he wanted that fit our budget. Stayed late to accomplish this, when other dealers brushed us off or their sales team wouldn't even come out because it was close to closing time. Can't say enough about the excellent experience we had there!

Working with Crain Hyundai was, by far, the best car shopping experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me find the perfect ride, not once, but twice!

I have had my car for over a month and have not received my title nor another set of temporary tags that I have requested twice now. My address was put in the system wrong. Capitol One received the right address (so Hyundai had the correct address at one point) so I am now having to make a payment on a car I cannot drive because of their mistakes. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I stopped here urgently as my AC was not working correctly in june. I was traveling from hot springs to visit my parents in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The manager Doug, and other staff members Doug and Ryder were so kind and helpful. Thanks again.
