staff are friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. they work around my schedule and are very understanding to my needs. its great to know you are in good hands when it comes to your health. i want the best and i got it.

Staff worked hard to fit me in on short notice. Very accommodating. Treatment was very effective. Staff had time to answer my questions and to provide home exercises to promote healing.
I first came to Greenwood Physiotherapy on the recommendation from a coworker/friend who was currently being treated by their physiotherapist, Heather Parker.
I d recently sustained a knee injury from hockey and am thankful I took his advice because Heather and her staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in their fields and I knew right away I was in good hands. Unfortunately, 4 months later, my injury was discovered to be more serious than I thought with surgery booked that day.
I ended up requiring a complete left knee joint replacement so after my surgery I returned to Heather for her help and she didn t disappoint me. Then two months into my treatments the covid 19 crisis hit us and without skipping a beat tele-physio was born.
With Heather s help we did biweekly telephysio sessions and I made a complete recovery. I m told I m the first member in the history of Emergency Medical Care Inc to return to active duty after a complete knee joint replacement.
I start back to work tomorrow, September 9, 2020 at 06:30.

Been going here since Aug 2015, even since my WCB claim was closed in 2016 I have stuck with Laura Mosher because she is the best I have found! Also the receptionists here are great and I always feel welcome! My husband has also been treated and healed by the chiropractor here for a bad shoulder and pinched nerve in his neck!
Issues with their billing system. . not overly impressed with environment nor staff
For a physio place and chiropractor that are right next to a Military establishment yet they do not direct bill to PSHCP (AKA Sunlife) not acceptable
Friendly down to earth staff, they make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door till the time you walk out! Have gone to their clinic thru two work related injuries and they worked with me to get me physically back to 100%
The website booking is a scam. Got a booking was not passed to the clinic and could not get anyone on the phone. The actual facility maybe fine but I'll never know.

The practioners who helped me with my work injury was great.
I did some work with a chiropractor there named Jeff. He really helped me recover from an ongoing injury. I had tried several other methods but nothing worked. I recommend anyone with ongoing issues to give it a try. They are professional and priced very competitively.
Used the online booking service and received prompt replies. Was able to get an appointment the following day. Very clean, professional with friendly staff. Service provided was exactly what I required. Would recommend to anyone!
This place is amazing and the staff are incredible. From the administration staff to the physiotherapists and everything in between you are in good, caring, and healing hands. I was recuperated from a sever tennis elbow injury as well as a lower back strain in treatment sessions where I felt I was a priority. I have and do recommend this place and it s staff with the highest regard.
Over the years I have required the services of the physio clinic several times. It has always been my experience to receive excellent service and professional care from the friendly staff.

Wonderful staff and professional treatments, I was a patient for 3 differant injuries and the staff at PT health enabled me to return to work from each one. I would reccomend the Greenwood PT health to my family and friends for treatement of shoulder and knee issues.

I've been going to Jeff at pt Health since December for chiro. I was terrified going in the first time since this was completely new to me. Jeff made me feel very comfortable, talked through what he would be doing, used visuals to show me what the problems were, and really listened to what the specific issues were at each appointment.
