We stopped while on a road trip and this place was right on time! Food was quick and delicious, service great- just what you want when you need to get back on the road

I had the honor of having James F as my server on June 22nd at 5:30 pm. As an OTR truckdriver, I have some nighmare restaurant stories to tell. But that doesnt matter right now. What does matter is that James was the best waiter I have ever had in my OTR career since 1989. He was polite, kind, courteous, accurate, and speedy. This is the kind of guy that corporate needs to use to train other servers within the company. Seriously. This man deserves a raise, without a doubt. If you are ever in the area, ask for James at this Cracker Barrel. You will be glad that you did.

Great service. Order was exact and staff very friendly.

Good food and great service, we were a little disappointed they ran out of food that we wanted but there was a large bus that came through so we understood.

It's not worth an hour wait to me but it apparently is to many.

Not the original Cracker Barrel recipes but still good.

We have been to this Cracker Barrel several times and we always have the greatest time. The service makes you feel like you're at home and the food has always been excellent.

Placed Togo order over the phone for 3 people. Ordered the chef salad, roast beef and sirloin steak. Told them twice about cooking the steak WELL done. My elderly mother doesn't like any pink. The steak was cooked medium rare. She ate the outer parts of it and then gave it to me. So she only had mashed potatoes, green beans and corn to eat because they screwed up again. They have done this a few times. She can't eat at a lot of places for reasons. She really likes Cracker Barrel food, but starting to find some place else to order from. Disappointed

Good food messed up our breakfast order had to wait

It was great eventhough I came in late they still were very hospitable. I was able to get what I wanted but I did have consideration so they didn't have to stay later . My gratitude thank you so much

Too much for New side items not worth additional $1.30-1.50 each baked beans was small portion.but everything was tasted good

In town actually training to be a manager with Cracker Barrel. My rising star server, Aislyn, was fantastic. She will be a real asset to the store here in Lebanon, TN. I am so proud to be joining the Cracker Barrel team with people like her. Thanks for the great food and service Aislyn.

We have visited this Cracker Barrel a number of times and can honestly say that we've always been pleased with the service and friendly staff,I would highly recommend it.

As a whole I really enjoy Cracker Barrel but I was terribly disappointed when I went into this one. I just wanted to run into the lobby/store section to purchase some candy that they only have there. I was looking at the candy and an employee who had been with the company for several years (she had 5 stars on her apron) treated me like garbage. She was trying to rush me, making it very clear that she was going on break and she "wouldn't be able to help me much longer". After I spent the amount of time necessary to pick out the allotted pieces of candy I proceeded to the register and she was even more rude to me and when she was bagging the candy she broke three of them. I brought this to her attention and said I was going to replace them and her response was, "I bet that will take another 30 minutes". I'm going to drive an extra 25 minutes to Mt. Juliet to go to Cracker Barrel in the future.

Took about 35 to 40 mins for a kids beans and dumplings with small coke. My dad said they weren't fit to eat. It didn't use to be like this. I ate there for over 10 years. My dad and myself.

It's was packed but we got seated pretty quick considering. Our waitress was the sweetest young girl. I should of looked at her name. We we first little table to right as you walk in. Breakfast was good as usual.

It's Cracker Barrel... Decent American food with a Southern influence. Everyone was very friendly.

Lunch was delicious. Service was great. The lady wrapper has never been helpful.I have had experience with her in the past. The waitress, cashier and manager were outstanding .

Service was kinda slow this time and my fried okra was chewy. Most of the time the this place is awesome

I've been eating at Cracker Barrel for almost 40 years. I've had many good meals at different CB locations. Today's breakfast at this Cracker Barrel was PERFECT in every way.

One of the best experiences we have ever had at Cracker Barrel. Our server was Sterling and he was absolutely amazing, so attentive and patient with our large group that had mostly kids. We were seated fast and our food came out quick as well.

We placed a to go order by phone got there and they didn't even have my name down so I gave them what we ordered and 3 times they couldn't find it I told them to forget it altogether wife called back and cracker barrel wouldn't even take our order because I told them to forget it went to snow white everything was as ordered

Great choices on food whether you want breakfast or lunch... The fish is excellent and everyone else enjoyed there food as well..

GREAT server- Crystal was amazing!! And the food was good too.
