The location is great and the staff is super friendly. Even during the busiest times the team works efficiently to reduce wait. The food is the standard American comfort foods with a little something for everyone. The attached store is great though if you are like me you will find yourself spending an inordinate amount of time looking at the unique items available for purchase.

I am stumped? What is going on with C.B. ? My wife and I went to Crackerbarrel in Lebanon Tn for my birthday dinner. The food was great. The service was mediocre at best and it was absolutely Freezing in this place! Even the waitresses said they were cold. Guess it's all down hill from here?

A great environment and menu, had an excellent meal with my family.

My wife and I stopped by for breakfast, the parking lot was pretty full, I thought to myself we will have a wait. We only waited for 5 minutes for a table. Our food came out hot, our waitress was very attentive throughout our meal time.

Had the Country Fried Steak since they were out of the Southern Fried Chicken I wanted. It was really bad. Both the steak and the gravy tasted horrible. I've never had it before at Cracker Barrel, so I don't know if it usually tastes better. The gravy was really thick and almost dry. Like it was smeared on top of the steak instead of poured. Everyone else enjoyed their meal, though. Especially my daughter who got the last of the Southern Fried Chicken.

Great food, very friendly people, and had a very nice efficient waitress.

We had a very nice breakfast here this morning. The food was great and it came quickly. But the best part was the service we received from Makenzie M. She was great, attentive without hovering and anticipating our needs. Definitely recommend this Cracker Barrel and maybe you'll be lucky enough to sit in Makenzie's section.

Everything here is good. Breakfast is served all the time and that's what I usually get. After you eat, or while your waiting for a table take a stroll around the store. They have travel type stuff, books, movies, snacks, phone chargers, ect., then they have gift stuff. Most of it is meant to be of a bygone era. Tonight I found Moxie Soda which is an old fashioned New England sipping soda my grandmother loved, I bought a couple of bottles to give it a try. That's the type of stuff you'll find in the store.

They charge employees for coffee when they're not supposed to other than that the meal was good

It is the home store for Cracker Barrel, so the service is prompt, accurate, and friendly.

They have reopened! Incredible food that we missed so much! Their heat and serve is out of this world good! Did it for Easter and after this experience we will do it for Christmas too. Plus there was a prize, ceramic Easter salt & Pepper shakers.
Fast seating, nice servers, Get food quickly, hot and delicious. Best comfort food at reasonable prices. Have always had great service and food at any and every location we have been to. Have found many great items on sale in their store. Candy, decorations and quilts @ 50% to 75% off. The sales can be hit or miss but we go often enough that we seem to hit them often.

Kudos to our waitress, Heather. She needs to train others.

I have always loved cracker barrel since i was a little girl. They have good service as well. Your food might not get out as soon as possible but it always comes out right.

Had the fried chicken all I can say is Excellent definitely a winner.

Quoted 30 mins got us in in 15. Good and service were phenomenal. So stuffed. Must nap now.

Lebanon store is one of the older layouts, but it was wellstaffed and Well stocked. We brought in a large party and were treated great. Food quality consistent throughout our order. Good kids menu options.

Just had the Chicken Friend Steak... It was disgusting. The gravy had an old taste and was horrendously bland, even with salt and pepper added. I do not know why people rave about this place... To be honest, I'd rather eat at Belle s.

It's a Cracker Barrel - the MacD's of country cooking. Dependable, reliable and reasonably priced.

Great food but I've been 4 times and very time they are extremely busy. This doesn't stop them from providing quality food, quickly, and the staff is fantasic I've never had an empty glass.

I took my daughter here for brunch on Mother's Day and we really enjoyed the experience. It was busy, of course, but the service and the food were excellent!

Love the chicken pot pie! Wish they had this every day but it is only for lunch on Wednesdays.

The food and service was great. I got a latte that said it was every praline lover's dream. So yummy! I was not disappointed!

One of the best Cracker Barrel restaurants I've been to, and we've been to a lot across the country.

Service was good but I don't like what's happening with your pancakes.
They should be dry, not greasy and crispy. It's almost like they've been deep fried! And they're topped with butter!
I request no oil on the grill but I guess maybe the cooks don't think that will work; if I get a cook to try it, they come out amazing.
And it's not just Lebanon, but Hermitage, Mt Juliet, Smyrna, etc., in the area.
Even your ads are showing greasy, crispy pancakes!
Where are your food arrangers, photographers, managers and any other personnel you use? Doesn't anyone in the system know how to cook pancakes?
I can promise you that IHOP makes superb pancakes. Not even a speck of grease, fluffy, high and a taste to beat all.
I know this is TN, land of lard, but not everyone wants a heart attack.
Please, send someone out to the field to correct the plight of the pancakes!

I love eating at Cracker Barrel, just not this one. Any of the others in Tennessee are good, but this sucks. Most of the time the food taste old and isn't warm upon being served. Since this is where C.B.'s head quarter's is located, I'd expect it to be the best of them all. What a let down.
