Great $5 burger and fries deal they have everyday. With the savings I 'invested in a couple of beers'. Wait staff was great. It's a new favourite.

Great food, prices are getting a bit high and it has a bit of an echo.

Fabulous place. Will definitely visit again. Amazing staff. Special mention to Ashley, Vinit, Parth and the bar tender (sorry couldn't get her name).

I've spent many hours here with friends and none wasted. Prices are amazing! The drinks and food are super cheap and the quality of the fare is on par with other bar and grills. Their chicken quesadillas in particular are just what the doctor ordered to go with those one or two... Maybe three? Schooners of bud while swapping stories with old friends in the relaxed atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and fun to joke with.

Prices are great. Drinks are cheap. Staff are super friendly. Family went for dinner and 3 out of 6 meals were mostly salt, including a steak! Wings were just above room temperature as well. Soooo.....great prices and the floor staff are trying but don't go if you're a foodie.

We were there on a Sunday night around 6:30 and it was not busy. We were greeted and seated immediately and the server came over to take our drinks order quite quickly. We asked for a gluten free menu but they did not have one. After a few minutes we both ordered steaks. The dinners were delivered vek trimmed properly and one end was too tough to cut or eat. My New York strip was fine. Neither meal was hot. The corn on the cob was mushy and the fries were just ok. If we go back, we will try the burgers.

Great food fast. $19 for a 1 lb rib steak. $40+ in the city!! Friendly fast service with good food. Just as I'd hoped for . First time, definately not the last time!

Super quick takeout. Fantastic food for price. I'm surprised that this franchise isn't more popular all around. Not just Ingersoll!!!

The food is excellent, service and drinks are a different story.
My family and I decided to try this Chucks Roadhouse as we have been to the Huntsville location and are very fond of the restaurant.

This location is very small, and is 50% bar and 50% restaurant. Don't come here expecting to have a quiet dinner as there is non barrier between the two worlds.

The food was excellent as it was in Huntsville, but there is a Sulfur taste in the water and pop that was so disgusting, we couldn't drink them.

The server said they get lots of complaints about the water but she is used to it having grown up there.

She removed the pop from the bill, but was not particularly sorry that having no drinks made our dinner unenjoyable.

This restaurant needs to invest in some sort of water filtering system that will make the disgusting taste disappear from their water.

Jack's is a great place I go to the one in London to can't beat the prices and great service

Well...pls read on..!

Order 1 is a dble lobster tail $23/
Order 2 is a surf n turf..$25/
Our daughter ordered a burger from the kids menu..$9/..
Also ordered a Martini & a club soda.

Sat dwn for 10mins..& Had to ask twice for napkins & silverware..?

The steak was ordered rare/
I added "as rare as u can make it".!
It came Med well.

The martini was horrible..!
The club soda was undrinkable.
(the carbonation was way to high).
It happens..

My daughter actually complained that her burger patties were burnt..! Lol.

All the side dishes like..
baked potatoe & ceaser salad,
fries.. etc were decent.
*The lobster tails were good.

Now here's the kick in the pants..
Basically 50% of the food & all the drinks were Way below par..

When the bill came (with using the coupon)..
They charged us $25 then $23..
& our daughter's $9 burger was Free.?

Wow, I made my intenstions clear to the manager face to face..
That I'm to pay the $25/...
The $23 dish is free & then I'd pay for the kids $9 burger..

He said, I will reduce this for you..!
I returned to our table..
The manager sent our server back out with a reduced bill of $5/..?

I paid the bill (unwillingly)..
Tipped our server & nicely mentioned to both the server & manager that we are new to Ingersoll & eat out as a family at Least twice a week.!
And that Chucks roadhouse will Never see another penny of our money..
From start to finish this place failed
On All accounts..
Didn't even finish strong..

I will not badmouth this restraute..
But i believe that it won't be around by next year..due to mis management & dirty tactics.

Good food, cold beer and cute servers. What more could you ask for?

We were in tonight as a large group for a friends birthday. Our server was fantastic, our food however is another story!!
Personally myself ordered a steak with fries and my daughter had nachos. Her nachos were cold and gross. My steak was way over cooked as were my fries causing them to taste worse than McDonalds old fries. Other people at the table complained about their fries and steaks being over cooked as well, or tasting burnt. We brought it to our servers attention and she apologized and offered to replace everything, which we later found out comes out of her pocket???? The kitchen messed up, not her! And when she asked the manager to come speak to us due to all the issues he outright refused and was heard to said "f*uck that"
Seriously??? It is YOUR job to ensure the satisfaction of your customers! I am disgusted in the managers behaviour and will not be returning or reccomending this location to anyone as long as he is employed there.
Serena, our server is amazing at her job and deserves way better than to work for someone like that!

Hit the Ingersoll location..great server.

Portions are below average
Prices have gone up and they still add 3% to the total bill??
When it first opened, the prices were lower and I kinda understood the 3% .. now it's just a legal scam and the waiters are going to loose from as most will top less.
We took family recently and we asked our waitress for her explanation on the 3% and even herself could not give a good reason, even citing that prices had gone up.
She did add her opinion, saying it is Infact a rip off.. just a scam to grab an extra couple of dollars.

Kinda pricy. For what you get. Portions are a big big for me. But...no one is complaining so I won't either

3 percent stupidity surcharge because they say their prices are low. that is total BS. I know its not much but why... do you want to get your customers angry so they do not come back. this at a restaurant that charges 3.00 more to put cheese on a burger

Nothing on the menu for non-messages other than a few snacks like fries, onion rings...
Seems understaffed. Overly long wait times

Food is good but they charge a hidden fee. They lower their prices on the menu to make you think you're getting a deal but add the extra back on at the end with this fee. I would rather the menu show the full price they want.

Last night went here to try there food as everyone raves about it I ordered there steak wrapped in bacon when I was cutting into it I came across the toothpick that was used to hold the bacon on. My server offered me something else to eat instead as this should have been taken out prior to serving it. But then the manager came over said it s just a toothpick you know . And gave me back my food didn t even bother to take something off of our bill for the inconvenience. We definitely will not be returning to this location.

Got takeout with my family last night. Everyone elses food was alright but my food wasnt. Parts of the steak tasted like charcoal and when mixing the dressing on my Caesar salad i found a dead ladybug. Not sure if id order takeout again

It s a good place to chill good music I m from London so it s nice to see a place like this here with good beer prices. Add dance floor after 10pm on saturdays with DJ

Classic Turkey Club was aweful. That definitely wasn't fresh Turkey breast nor thick cut like the menu stated. It tasted off! Plus, "classic" club is usually 4 wedges. There were only 2 and a few fries. Definitely won't go there again.

I have never had a bad steak here and I've been multiple times to the Ingersoll location. Burgers, amazing. Keep up the good work.

It s clear why this place has a 1 star review. The food was disgusting and the manager, Rick, was the most condescending person I ve dealt with in a while. He was more interested in sitting at a table with his friends, drinking, than he was about making sure his customers had a good experience.

Good for a family meal.....very relaxed environment and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable.

The lobster dish was great and so was the hamburger, the 30oz beer is also great for the price

First time coming to this location and we got sat down and were sitting there for half hour without anybody even coming to ask what we wanted to drink. The waitress for the dinning side was doing absolutely nothing but talking to one table. We didn t want to wait any longer so we re found another place to go.. Great first impression

Just meh. Service was slow and the corn is more for decoration. Steak was good though.

Went in tonight for a late dinner. We got there at 8:35pm and were shown to a table right away. We wanted with menus until 8:52pm until someone finally asked us what drinks we wanted, without apologizing for the wait,and we ordered. Finally got our drinks (water and a coke) at 9:10. At this point the waitress finally apologized saying it was crazy... I use to be a waitress so I know what crazy looks like and it wasn't crazy in there Taking over 30 mins for us to get a drink is just ridiculous. We got natchos they are really good. Wings on the other hand were not great I only ate about half cuz I was disappointed. My boyfriend had some sort of sadwitch it was ok. So to sum up our experience we were pretty disappointed and will not be going back.

BUYER BEWARE!! This location charges an additional 3% called an (honest-to-goodness fee) above and beyond your normal taxes. Horrible service and unethical/immoral business practices. Owner seemed like a real dunsky. There are much better restaurants in the region that are far more competitively priced, with better service.

Its a 5 dollar burger for a reason. Fries were dry...burger was meh...nice waitress tho.

The food is one step above high school cafeteria food and the prices reflect it. Good place to go for inexpensive meals. Good atmosphere

We stopped in today for some lunch it was extremely disappointing. I feel bad for our server, he was a nice guy doing his best and literally running around trying to get to his tables. The owner/manager was just standing around with a clipboard. We waited 45 min for our food to come out, which was all cold. 10 min for one of our plates to get heated up after getting sent back. Getting dripped on from the ceiling and we were finished our food before the server could make it back to see how we were doing. I told the manager/owner that we were really disappointed. His response? "Thank You".

Food was decent enough, staff were friendly. They have this weird 3% goodness fee, which is a poor excuse for not changing the menu if prices need to be raised.

I've been here multiple times and I have not been disappointed once. The prices are fantastic for pub food and the service has been pretty good.

Went in Saturday night for a drink after work, parking lot was full, restaurant was busy but with only 2 waitresses/bar tenders working they had to run to keep up. At that point you'd hope to see a manager assistant the poor girls but nothing. Later in the night a intoxicated man got into the one bartender's face behind the bar yelling at her come to find out was a manager from the kitchen who wasn't working at the time . So unprofessional to confront someone like that while intoxicated and in front of everyone. Lack of management at this location really brings this place down which is sad to see. I never want to go back to this chuck's again seeing the way they treat their staff.

Friendly polite servers...great food...great prices

Disappointed with the quality of food - the turkey club sandwich was two slices of fried bread with a single slice of turkey with salad; the roast beef was dry; the smoky mountain burger was barely the size of a kid s burger at McDonald s. All in all very disappointing.

The manger of this place is such a piss poor manager he crowder in the kitchen and told his staff to look after a food problem. We wont be back I.E 20 people as a fact. And the language he use to tell his server is not allowed on here. I know you are going to lose your job for this. Rot in hell.

Edit: I originally had Chucks at 5 stars upon my subsequent visit, I've changed my review.

I had ordered the Fish and Chips. They were boxed fish, and all looked the same, uniformed pieces.

Plain in taste and of poor quality. The manager said, that's what he served Boxed Fish!

Never going back.

Captin Highlander serves a better meal.

Great Food and drinks are always cold and Amazing Staff and Great Service because you get your meal quickly and you don't have to wait long.you can have so much fun there with family or friends by talking or even watching Sports while You re Eating Lunch of Dinner or whatever you re there for.

Nice servers. Cheap beer and burgers. Good food. Cold beer. Great place.

Disappointed with this location, 3 out of 5 ppl in the party we were dining with had raw steaks and well done was ordered.

Great place for a casual steak, lots of options, you can even add a lobster tail to your entre. Great pricing. Wish I had taken a photo, but we were hungry after a day of hockey tournaments. Not far from our hotel either. Will be back when we are nearby.
