My steak was burnt on the outside and not cooked on the in side, everything was cold.

Awesome food.. great service.. clean establishment and the alcohol is priced great.. definitely returning...
The 3% goodness fee is good.. people always complain but when you compare prices it is still way cheaper here..

Too hot. AC could not keep up with the heat. Waited over 20 min just for drinks even with it being super hot inside. The food had Sat for awhile since it was cold when we received it. Didn't want to wait another hour for food so we just dealt with it and when we told the waitress they didn't care and did nothing to make us want to ever go back. Every other restaurant owns their mistakes and tries to win your business back
Chucks Roadhouse does not care about their customers even if they are loyal ones that used to go at least twice a week. We will not be returning.

I usually dont eat at chuck beacuse the london locations arent great.... But. Ingersoll is just a blast. The food is good all over the menu usually. And everyone... Is friendly. Loved my time at chucks witht the boys.

This place is fabulous. The meals are great. The staff is friendly. You can't beat the prices. The overall atmosphere is wonderful.

A 3% fee doesn't fly well in London. Plenty of other places to eat that don't charge extra.

Good food, friendly staff - patient enough to describe food over the phone. Longer wait time on a Friday night but was worth the money at least.

Waited over an hour and a half for 3 apps... our server came to our table a total of 3 times, it was like she was avoiding us, wouldn t even make eye contact when walking by! Her voluntary excuse all these tables are getting apps ... this was definitely not a worth the wait scenario, the garlic cheese bread is made of dinner rolls, it s actually offensive! The only saving grace was the loaded cheese fries and the suckers! Didn t even offer to comp our sodas for the inconvenience! I suggest they make some changes soon or they won t be around much longer! If you have more than 2 hours for dinner, (maybe the other stuff is good) go here, otherwise pick anywhere else!

We went today (Saturday afternoon) to the location on Exeter Rd in London. The restaurant was busy but not crazy. Our food came to the table really quickly. Maybe 20 minutes after we initially sat down. I had the rib steak (cooked perfectly) and my wife had the rib and steak dinner. All I can say is wow. The meat was perfect. The side dishes weren't awe inspiring but the steaks and ribs were cooked perfectly. Take the price of 50 dollars for everything and account for the quick service... I would recommend this place to anyone that asks

Friday night, they only had one waitress working the bar area. As a result service was slow

I ordered Chucks double patty With bacon burger with fries. The burger itself was overcooked and tasted bland. I could tell it wasn't seasoned. They changed the fries to very thin stringy fries which is good for a 4 year old but not an adult. Can't comment on the service as this was a pick up order.

Brisket sandwich/hamburgers are good.

Club sandwich was ok, nothing special.

Great sports bar atmosphere. Half price apps after 9 and decent beer prices make it a cheap but fun place.

It's been a while since I last visited this restaurant. I was not overly impressed. First their prices have sharply increased, while the overall service has drastically declined. The venue was not busy but we waited almost 15 minutes before our server even approached our table for drinks. At least by then we were ready to order as well. Once our food arrived the kitchen forgot my side of gravy and I was two thirds through my meal before it came after the second time I asked. We had pub food and pub food almost always required condiments. Of course we had to ask for those as well and they arrived just about the time the fries got cold. Lucky though for the table next to us, because they just borrowed ours for their freshly delivered meal. Obviously the management is all about the bottom line makin' a buck. To hell with proper staffing and quality customer service and sharp kitchen staff. Nevertheless our server did her job the best she could with almost 0 support. Her tip reflected that. Don't think I'll go back.

A great local eatery. An enjoyable meal with a nice atmosphere.

Well after a very long wait for food. It was okay. Here is a message to Chuck's. If you don't keep your manager you will go out of business. She really saved the day with everyone on your patio.

Won't play audio for raptors/bucks game 5, was looking forward to a prime rib. Ended up at the Chuck's at Exeter(London) and audio and patrons are game on! Also having a pound of rib eye.

There was a fingernail in my water I waved the waitress over asking her to clean out my cup and make sure it was super clean I didn't want to leave because she would have had to pay for our food my boyfriend got steak not cheap and it wasnt her fault (i looked at her nails they were short) she got me a new water and said she would get us a discount the manager told her im not giving them a discount we were furious at this point forget about the discount but he didnt even come over and talk to us or apologize the server was awesome enough to hand us a coupon for 50 percent off as thats all she could do. Completely disgusted i couldnt eat my food and still had to pay for it we will not be returning to this resturant ever again.

It took us almost 2 hours from the time we ordered until we got our food with zero communication in that time. People who came to the restaurant after us (same size party) were leaving after having ate and paid before we even got our food!

I've been here multiple times and I have not been disappointed once. The prices are fantastic for pub food and the service has been pretty good.

We got there a little after 11 am (when they were opening) in between a long road trip. They were amazing! Very hospitable. My sons had their chicken fingers and fries, daughter had their Montreal smoked meat sandwich and we all shared nachos. Fast, great service. Thank you!

Service was above average. . Food was below average. . Went there for my birthday.. our first visit since moving yo the area.
Granddaughter's kids meal hamburger was cooked to death and bun was stale and dry. Fries overcooked. We all had steak and lobster special. Lobster overcooked and like rubber. All four steaks were ordered medium rare. . One was rare and other 3 well done. All different sizes and cold when delivered. .ice cream for my Granddaughter served in a drink glass instead of a bowl??? When leaving with my Grandchildren there were 6 people smoking right outside the front entrance and very disappointing that we had to tuck faces of my Grandchildren in our jackets due to cigarette smoke. . Unfortunately will have to think twice about going back.. $120 ++ bill was definitely not money well spent .. should have ordered a pizza from Thamesford Pizza!!!

Extremely understaffed.

We went here on a Thursday night and we got a table, however no server came up to us and we literally were there for 40-60 minutes without having anyone speak to us. We ended up leaving of course, perhaps we will return once they have enough staff.

Food was good and arrived quicky, but a $1.60 for a skimpy piece of cheese on the burger plus the goodness fee was too much.

We went in for a quick bite before a funeral. Server was very timely, unfortunately kitchen staff took to long to make a burger and ceasar salad. We ended up asking for our meals to be boxed for take out. We were some of the few patrons in there. Unimpressed with Chuck's.

The food was great but the the "honest to goodness tax" of 3% on every item on the menu was bull. I get it they need to raise prices. Why not change the menu and add the increase? Ending on a positive, our waitress was great, and her trainee will be good also!!! Thank you

Our (2 persons food) was not very good. We just had (dark brown extra hard way overcooked onion rings and poutine which had next to no cheese in it.. with an extra $3.99 charge added onto the gravy & fries ... for the minimal cheese. Mini menu with not all food items listed & had to ask about other available items. Not busy at all today at 12 noon & it still took 35 min to cook our order. I would not recommend this place!

Ah Chuck's.... What is there to say ... Cheap food and cheap prices. Tastiest food you ever had? No. Cheap beer to wash it down? Yes. In this crazy world where we question the value of a t-shirt for $15 but spend the same amount for something deep fried without question, Chuck's puts things back into perspective. Take the time yourself to come in and feed the belly and leave with some money in your wallet for that t-shirt your passed up.

I had steak and mushrooms and it was delicious! Steak was a little underdone but still good. Hint-add more garlic, a little thyme and salt and pepper to the mushrooms and they will be perfect.

Half price ribs Wednesday night. Fast service and food was very good.

Restaurant was clean and the server was very nice. All of our steaks were cooked well. They do have a small kids menu. My son had the grilled cheese. It was really good.

Use to visit weekly. Loved it. Took kids one night for their birthdays. Meals were all wrong. Waited 30 minutes for drinks. Half the table didn t receive onions and mushrooms with their steaks even after being asked a few times. Received coupons in the mails 4 separate couples on four DIFFERENT bills and was told nope can t use coupons as it s one per table. Despite the fact they were all separate bills??? tried to book their party room which was free before the new owners took over as long as you ordered their food and alcohol. Now they want $150.00 to book it. Told them I was not coming back despite being there at least weekly and I meant it. Have not been back. Go to LOUIES your treated better

Have been sitting at chuck's since 5:45 took them 20 minutes to come for the drink order. Then waited another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive when our drinks come out the ice was melted in them. Food came out not the hottest and messed up. Fries are cold and hard chicken wings are cold. They forgot my sons 2nd drink and had to reorder it. Not impressed with this visit at all

Some tables around not cleaned up quickly, service was good, food so-so fries and corn cold.

We went there for a late night steak and won't be returning. We ordered our meals and then sat there for over an hour without any updates on why or how much longer. We finally asked the waitress and she said it was just busy and that it's coming any minute. We waited another 40 minutes or so. We were really frustrated and felt dismissed with the way we were feeling. Waited almost 2 hours ! So we asked to speak to the manager ( who was the new owner ) he offered us at 10 percent discount ! We said if that's all you're going to do we will not be returning and he was ok with that.

I'm sorry I don't seem to have written about why I only gave three stars. The one thing I do remember is that I was ignored for an unusual amount of time in spite of the restaurant not being very busy with people at the time I came.

Horrible service and the food wasn't great. I don't like giving bad reviews but we won't be going back. Had to go to the bar to get a drink as no server came around. When asking the manager how we ordered the same steak and they were completely different in size and looks he got upset with me and said the butcher cuts them. Waitress asked if we wanted dessert as they were remaking one of our meals. Only upside was the bartender. She was fast and friendly!

Food was terrible. Outside the front door was disgusting, so many cigarettes butt on the ground.

Good casual place with decent food and good prices.

I was just there and they burnt my grandfather's mushrooms and here is the steak and apparently it was medium rare and a t-bone and this doesn't even look close to a t-bone and there fries taste like rubber

No stars for this one chickens need to be cooked all the way through
