We received very good service from a pleasant and attentive waitress. Service from the kitchen was poor. Long wait time for lukewarm or cold food.

4 star restaurant for 4 star food. It's cheap but good. U get what you pay for

The staff was friendly but forgetful. Waited for a water the whole time but asked for it twice. Food took a while to come considering how few ppl were there.

The food was not great, but it wasn t very expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

Had wine, steak, corn and a baked potato. The baked potato was passable- but it was the best part.

Not good service...slow and not helpful. Screwed up order. Flies everywhere.

Thought after crappy Joe's oh great hopefully a good place to eat considering Crappy Joes was just that crappy but nope we were wrong. The service was terrible hostess says ya go seat yourself and we didn't see her again and waitress was friendly but we felt a inconvenience as we didn't see her much. Food selection was pretty limited to meat only not a whole lot of choices and waitress didn't want to help just shrugged her shoulders. We were hoping it was going to be a decent establishment we could walk to for a decent meal and a few drinks...nope the food was really bad. My hub had the chicken wings they were greasy and under cooked and the fries were cold and we were offered no condiments I had the nachos with supposedly 3 cheeses but it was a cheese sauce...nasty!! My hub said if they contine to offer jugs of beer at a cheap price they may survive but if they put the prices up another story he knows guys that only go for cheap beer not food. I wish someone would put a decent resteraunt in there as its a great location. We wont be back.

This place is busy on a Saturday evening despite the flies that swarm outside on the patio and the limited beer selection. The waitress was very nice the prices were fair, but we didn't really enjoy the atmosphere. It's just ok. Sitting outside tons of little bugs climbed into our drinks not their fault, but still not so nice. It's ok...very slow food from the kitchen. Nice waitress.

It was a great place to eat when it first opened up. Now I would have to tell you I will not eat inside again bad inexperienced with service and food was cold and also inside temperature was cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Excellent Food, Service & Prices... Only place I can enjoy a 1lb Rib Eye for $20 & it is cooked perfectly all the way through.

I came in from out if town and was recommended this restaurant and I left a happy customer. The food was and great price and so good, I would recommend it on that alone. I will say the one down side was it wasn't the most accessible friendly place and I was travelling with a family member that needed easy access for a wheelchair, but the safe was super helpful and help make up for these short coming. So 10/10 will eat there again.

The food is good for the price with the exception of the ice cold corn on the cob they gave my husband. The atmosphere is very loud and hard to enjoy your meal.

Service was good, staff was friendly, noise level high but it's a sports bar restaurant. Food came cold in center and returned. Second attempt same.

Took my dad out for his birthday here after spending the day with him. We got a couple pounds of wings, some loaded cheese fries and a beer each.

Food is good and fairly priced. I've been before but to one in Kitchener. The place has definitely been around longer than the kitchener location.

Had to ask for plates since we were sharing which was a bit annoying and then again for some cutlery. I mean who wants to eat a pile of sour cream with their fingers?

Server was very good but the food was ordinary. We won't go back.

I wish i could give less than 1 star. Went there a month ago, my wifes burger was as black as a hockey puck it was burnt so bad, said we would never go back. We decided to give it another try and nothing has changed. I ordered the 1lb steak and lobster meal, the steak was ordered RARE. The lobster was chewy, overcooked, and dry. The steak was very overcooked, came medium well- well done. We used to go to this restaurant very regularly but now we will never return. Management didn''t even seem to care about the quality of the food they served.

Tasty food and cheap appetizers after 9pm! However, both times when I've been there after 9pm there is only 1 waitress there and you will be waiting a long time for beer, food and the cheque. Just a heads up

Steak was cooked well, the lobster was delicious. Great service and prices can't be beat!

The experience was NOT good we were waited on by 2 different people we DID NOT get all we ordered and no one came to us through the meal to ask if everything was okay. When a waitress did come ro ask about dessert I told her that we did ot get everything I ordered but my son wanted pie we DID get the pie for free BUT the waitress then asked if i needed change on 40.00 when the bill was only 28.00 that would have given her a 12.00 tip!!! I wont be going back.

Great prices good food great atmosphere cheap draught beer

Been here a few times and always the food has been great and service. However after bragging to the family how great it is we all went last night to celebrate my husbands birthday and to say the least we were embarrassed. First it took forever to get coffee. We actually had to go and ask for it for the ppl who asked for it beer came quick though :). When our food finally came and yes it was busy and we were a table of 9 crammed into the bar side most of our fries were cold and dry would have complained but the waitress never came back to ask ... we waited forever to reorder kids drinks and another beer. Thankfully there was a friend at the bar doing a delivery and he bought us a beer otherwise we wouldn t have gotten them till we were finished. The service was terrible to say the least and very disappointed In the food. Not sure if we will go back and it s too bad cuz yes the prices are good but service matters as well !!!!! It took an hour and half for supper we did have a reservation however they looked like deer in headlights when we showed up. Not sure why it s so bad now but I hope they fix all their mistakes .... businesses tend to come and go in this town very easy !!!!

We love Chucks! Only good things to say! They are legitimately amazing! Servers are wonderful! Food is great! Kid friendly! Great prices! It's our go to!

Very bad service we had mad a reservation for 8 people at 6 o clock they seated us took are drink order then after we got are drinks we were told we had to move as they had to accommodate a bigger crowed after we have all Seattled in and stuff for my husbands birthday at this point we were mad but moved anyways they then took 20 min to take are appetizer order which took andother 20 min to come then took are food order which took 40 min to get and are food was cold pickles were almost frozen tomatoes the same fries were hard as a rock not one of us finished are food which we all ended up sick the night of and next day then ended up telling are server which at this time hasn t even checked on us till it was time for the bill and we told her it wasn t good and all she said was oh I m sorry then walked away didn t try to make it right nothing I loved chucks Ingersoll but don t think I ll be back if this is how it s turning out to be I use to love it she could have atleast tried to make it right or something

Excellent food and service. My experience was a very good one. I've been to Chuck's Roadhouse before and it was also a very pleasant experience with a very charming waiter, and a great meal. The patio is a nice place to enjoy your meal with family or friends. Bon appetit!

Food is meh, service is meh. Certainly not the same place it was before it became chucks. Certain staff are amazing but its few and far between.

Arrived at 5pm and asked if they could take a group of 9 adults and 2 baby's. Was greeted with a of course we can an set up tables right away. Our server was Mariah and was perfect in every way, quick to get what was asked, and made sure we were happy with everything. Food came quickly and hot, everyone said that the food was delicious and great portion size.

Delicious food!! Prices were surprisingly low but the food did not disappoint!!

My two sons and I were looking forward to having the steak and lobster special.
We walked from a motel at the 401 to this location.
Upon arrival we were seated by the greeter; she seemed friendly enough.
We ordered an appetizer, drinks and the meals.
We all ordered the same thing.
The food was brought to our table, and that was it. No sign of our server (it wasn t very busy), and the corn that was served to two of us was FROZEN. We couldn t get the attention of anyone, so we ate our steak and lobster (pretty good),and remained seated for what seemed to be s very long time.
Our server finally came to our table and asked if we wanted anything else (not once did she check on how our meal was), and I mentioned the frozen corn.
She said oh, do you want another?
We were long done our meal. I don t think so....
She said you re complaining on my birthday?!
Sorry, I have been a server before, and I still work in the food business.
That s not the way to treat a customer.
That ll be our final visit to the Ingersoll location.

You get what you pay for its cheap food with a cheap price

Had a long over due wing night with some friends. Food was sub par, service was not existent and we were basically told I'm done my shift now so do you want to pay or have me send it to the bar as if some big rush and no one else could have cashed us out when we were ready....then the waitress decided to sit at the bar for another hour after her shift so the rush must have been for her beer?? Time for a new wing joint.... We miss crabbys. At least even when the service sucked the wings were still good.

Solid food but there is a 3% Honest to Goodness fee on top of the regular prices. I've never heard of such an extra charge and completely missed it in the menu since I was expecting to pay the listed price as is the normal custom in Ontario.

Love love this restaurant. The steak is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. Very good service and clean. Would totally recommend this restaurant

Good, cheap and fast. Tap beers is hit or miss if it will taste like Ingersoll water

We were a part of a large group, it was very busy.
The server did the best she could to keep up.
The food was good for the price point. We enjoyed our night out.
The only feedback I would offer would be to have some one check on the bathrooms once in awhile.

Only 3 other tables had customers at them when we were seated and after a 15 minute wait without a waitress comming over to take our order i decided to leave 2nd time this has happened to me there

Was a real disappointment. I realize they are in a transition phase so will give them another try. But for this time they only get a 2 and here is why.

1. Pretty sure there is to be a hostess to seat clients... None were visible.
2. Took a while to get recognized that we were there at a table.
3. We over 30 min to get a pretty basic order. chicken fingers, fish and chips. Restaurant was not overly busy but they were very short staffed
4 when order came both children's chicken strips and beer battered fish were so over cooked it was not edible. The real kicker was it was a cook trainer that brought it to our table. One would think a trained eye would have recognized the appearance of over-cooked deep fried food.

The server handled the situation correctly and took the charges off the bill and also offered a 5 dollar certificate for next purchase.

Will go back in a couple weeks to give the new corporate owner to get things together.

food portions are not good..no veggies sever was not very attentive and compared to some other restaurants in town, this leaves a lot to be desired. 3% tax is just BS and a rip. Will not be returning

Fries were cool, and it took a while for the food to come out. Other food was fine, but cold fries is such an easy thing to get right.

I usually love Chucks but this location was sooooo bad it was shocking. super dirty, they forgot about the people sitting beside us and they left, I stood forever at the door waiting to even be seated or see anyone working there, the food undercooked, the waiter seemed incredibly stressed and anxious. just not a good experience at all. wishing I hadnt wasted my money there

3% "Honest to Goodness Fee" was added to our bill. When we questionned the waitress about this we were told that it was because the prices had to go up but they didn't want to reprint the menus ???? We won't be returning because of this false advertising.

The steak was cheap, but over salted and full of gristle. The coffee was good, service quick.

Very good affordable food. service are always good. Manager helped me select menu for banquet hall. definately be back.

Good place top go for a drink and bite with great prices. The schooner of beer deals are fantastic, not a fan of the wings tho.

Apparently they don't wash either dishes here...had a glass of Apple Juice which stank of Beer...had three different people smell the glass just to be sure...had to get a new glass on our own because no came around or payed attention while trying to get their attention...to be honest they are lucky we came in with friends and not our kids getting that glass

Burnt food and it was very cold most patrons kept their coat on . Service was ok at best
