It's been a while since I last visited this restaurant. I was not overly impressed. First their prices have sharply increased, while the overall service has drastically declined. The venue was not busy but we waited almost 15 minutes before our server even approached our table for drinks. At least by then we were ready to order as well. Once our food arrived the kitchen forgot my side of gravy and I was two thirds through my meal before it came after the second time I asked. We had pub food and pub food almost always required condiments. Of course we had to ask for those as well and they arrived just about the time the fries got cold. Lucky though for the table next to us, because they just borrowed ours for their freshly delivered meal. Obviously the management is all about the bottom line makin' a buck. To hell with proper staffing and quality customer service and sharp kitchen staff. Nevertheless our server did her job the best she could with almost 0 support. Her tip reflected that. Don't think I'll go back.
