My two sons and I were looking forward to having the steak and lobster special.
We walked from a motel at the 401 to this location.
Upon arrival we were seated by the greeter; she seemed friendly enough.
We ordered an appetizer, drinks and the meals.
We all ordered the same thing.
The food was brought to our table, and that was it. No sign of our server (it wasn t very busy), and the corn that was served to two of us was FROZEN. We couldn t get the attention of anyone, so we ate our steak and lobster (pretty good),and remained seated for what seemed to be s very long time.
Our server finally came to our table and asked if we wanted anything else (not once did she check on how our meal was), and I mentioned the frozen corn.
She said oh, do you want another?
We were long done our meal. I don t think so....
She said you re complaining on my birthday?!
Sorry, I have been a server before, and I still work in the food business.
That s not the way to treat a customer.
That ll be our final visit to the Ingersoll location.
