Their system is broken. Submitted request and paid for new meter installation 1 May 2019. Was told it would be 5-6 weeks before they could get to it. Crew finally arrived after 8 weeks only to tell me they messed up the work order...the line was on the other side of the street and a different crew had to run a line under the street before this crew could install the meter. I asked if we would have to wait another 8 weeks; the crew chief said, "...someone will be out in a couple days to run the line". Well, now we are in week 10 and no one has arrived. For 10 weeks flags have been all over my lawn. It looks terrible and my association is about to get on my case. I called water authority office and asked if they could tell me when the installation would take place. All they would say is I am in the que. Not a good answer. Since they screwed up the work order I should not be punished and should be at the top of the list. Unfortunately, I have a feeling they put me back at the bottom of the list. If Coweta Water Authority is so backed logged they need to hire more people. They also need to be able to at the very least tell me when they will do the installation. They have $1350 of my money and I have nothing. Not good service.
