Angelo & Ashley were Amazing!!!
We went for our anniversary dinner and ordered the tomahawk steak! It was cooked to perfect at medium rare. I cannot believe how tender and tasty it was. Angelo was the chef as well as the manager, he certainly knows what he is doing! I have never had a steak so good.
Ashley has to be the best server @ Cowbell! She was very attentive and had a great sense of humour. I totally recommend Cowbell. The craft beers are super as well and there is something for everyone.
I recommend the Cowbell as a destination spot for anyone doing a road trip or who live close by!
Great beer and service. Just received a delivery order which they deliver themselves along with a fresh loaf of bread! Thanks !
Cowbell is a beautiful establishment. It's tastefully decorated with lots of windows, and a heated outdoor patio. Lots of spacing between tables. Clean bathrooms. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Food was excellent...great quality and large portions. Beer flights are great for testing their beers. Overall, fabulous experience, which is why we keep going back!
Friendly staff. Great menu. Great atmosphere. Great craft beers. Can't wait to return.
First time at Cowbell. Great experience. Service was great, thanks Scott. Food was excellent, not very often does my husband get steak that is cooked the way he asks for it (medium rare) and they nailed it. Thanks again for the all around great experience.
Rob and Angie Glew
I wasn't a huge fan of the beer, but as a place, this brewery is neat to see.
Great food and atmosphere. Lovely clean facility with great staff. Best burger I've had in ages - and the beer was good too.
Great beer and food. Service was very organized and efficient, highly recommend reservations for both lunch and dinner, definitely anyplace to visit!
The burger was delicious! The building was huge, but my favourite part was the rocking chairs out front :)
Went 2 weeks after opening. Server advised of a 2 hr wait for a table. Wouldn't take reservations, but lots to see and do while you wait. Great service and clean facilities. Overall a great addition to the community. Will come back again.
The building is beautiful. I love the sustainability choices they made in the construction. It wasnt very busy and we got seated quickly. At first we were worried because the drinks took a really long time to come but after that things went smooth and quick.
The beer is comparable to other craft breweries. Good selection. Something for everyone. The food was not very impressive. We had heard great things about the building but not so much on the food and unfortunately i'd have to agree. I had the veggie veggie pizza. It was large and looked amazing, however it literally only had black olives and broccoli on it for veggies. The possibilities for veggies are endless and that's what it came out with. Could have still been tasty buttt the sauce had no flavor. It was very disappointing. My husband had the chicken and waffles and wasn't impressed either. Once the hype of the place opening up and the building itself wears off I'm afraid people won't return if the food doesn't impress more. As I said, we were warned by plenty of prior visitors that the food was lacking. Will we go back? Yes. Because next time with a different meal selection maybe we will be more impressed, however I hope more people express their dissatisfaction on the food so the place can improve :)
Great place to eat and have a cold one. Make sure you try McNall's Mission.
Amazing place. Great food and great beer.. the staff are incredible. Its worth the trip. My wife and I cant wait to go again.
They book weekends about a week in advance for indoor dinners so keep that in mind.
Everytime we go we have great service and great food, awesome!
Good food. Friendly staff. Service was a little slow. Great tour.
Really great concept, recommend the tour. The beer is great and the building is beautiful!
Great atmosphere, service is bang on drinks are perfect
Good food great service. What an experience, I love it here. Don t forget to check out their merchandise store. From San Francisco, California.
Excellent venue and food. Great Covid 19 safety protocols
So good I ordered the same thing two days in a row! We had reservations on Sunday but thought we'd see if we could go for dinner/drinks on Saturday, we were able to get a table and order food for the tent outside. I had the Buffalo Veggie with sweet potato fries, some of the best crispy sweet potato fries I've ever had but the patty was so filling I couldn't finish all the fries. My bf had the Rueben Saturday and the BBQ pizza on Sunday and said both were really good. I know they looked good! On sunday I ordered the same thing but noticed it had cheese on it, the staff apologized and offered to make a new one but I was able to pull the cheese off in one piece and was okay with that. I have an intolerance so no harm if I can remove it. They offered a Vegan dessert complimentary for the mistake which was appreciated and also very delicious. Several yummy beers were also tasted and enjoyed! Will definitely be going back.
Great experience! The curry was so tasty, not too spicy. The boyfriend said his burger was the best he has had in a long time. Very clean and beautiful building. Oh and awesome beer and beer cocktails! Can't wait to come back!
Very well run micro brewery..has a restaurant on the property good meals
The building itself is spectacular. Was not impressed by any of the staff though from the front desk to the bar to the waitresses. We indicated this was out first time here and were basically just left on our own and told to just wander around. We drove an hour, stayed about 15 minutes and left. Doubt we will be back.
Boxing bruin is the best IPA craft beer l have ever had no joke
Nice brewery and good food ,but the service wasn't that great.
Nice looking restaurant, ok food, very slow services. Salad was good, pizza was good, classic burger tasted like frozen McDonald s burger. The worst part is the super slow services outside at patio area- not sure if they didn t have enough staff or what but it wasn t that busy when we were there that day- took almost half an hour to get the bill, and still waiting for the fork lol (told the waitress we wanted to share the dessert- after 20mins someone else brought the dessert with 1 fork, so we asked for another fork with some napkins- those NEVER came!!! Waitress was no where to be found. after we waited for another 20-30mins just to get the bill so we can leave- the fork never came nor anyone said anything. Ahwell I wouldn t return to this place since the food is soooo average, and the not so great food service.
Beer was ok, not worth the hype. Menu dose not make much sense.
Awesome pizza and attentive customer service. Also like the fact that leftovers 3sent home in cardboard not styrofoam. Kudos to Cowbell!
We totally enjoyed ourselves here. It was a fab experience. From the interesting and delicious beers to the fantastic food and great service!
This place is incredible. We came on a Monday evening, and got a table for 14. The wait staff were efficient and attentive. I thought the tasting flights were good value at $10 for 4. The kitchen, however is letting the team down. Nearly everyone at our table agreed the food tended toward bland and underseasoned. We had a great time there but are left feeling disappointed at the quality of the food.
Very nice building and atmosphere our reserved table was ready early. The waitress was excellant explained the different beers and food menus us.The food was great and a little bit expensive. Great beer but the cost of a glass was 8.00 dollars a tart pricey. Cheaper to buy the cans . Hour and a bit to get there but a great experience.
Great beer, great food, lovely staff, beautiful space, well spaced out for safety.
Great beer. Food selection was food as well as different price selection. Cool walking above and seeing the brewery.
Awesome pints, great atmosphere, and love the fact you can have guided and unguided tours, large touch screens show the history of what they are all about. Also serve great food and have a good gift shop.
Made a point of dropping in on the way home from the cottage. I had a pint of the Shindig (Lager) and my girlfriend had a pint of their black currant ale. She is not a beer fan but quite enjoyed her drink. I very much enjoyed mine. The place is very modern and contemporary in design. Didn't get a chance to sample the food though it looked great! Also has a nice little gift shop for takeaways. Only issue was that my growler was unavailable. Will be back to sample some food and drink later on this season.
Great food and awesome drinks. The cocktail made from the orange rose needs to be sold by the bottle and/or in the LCBO!! My hats off to the young fellow that created the cocktail.
The building is very Impressive as you drive up to it. Beautifully done.
Friendly staff greet you at the door and seat you at a table. Staff are very knowledgeable a out the different craft beers and are more than happy to help you pick one you might like. Food choices are very good and portions are enough to fill you up. Great afternoon stop or an evening out.
Will definitely go back
The architecture of the establishment is highly impressive. The food is very tasty but the prices are higher than you d pay at another restaurant, which is ok since your paying for quality, service, and the experience. Service is not fast but certainly not slow. Parking is plentiful and the location of Cowbell is off the beaten path, but easy to find.
Awesome atmosphere! Food is fantastic, staff are super friendly, beer is cold and tasty and what they've managed to do to reduce their footprint is outstanding!
Great place, I took a tour of the place, and look forward to going back sometime soon for some of the great food there!
Truely a destination micro-brewery!
Great tours available... food is reasonable and delicious! Historic architecture is really interesting. A great addition to Blyth. Will be coming back for sure. Oh.... and the beer is great too!!
IPA was excellent, but I didn't drive all the way from Craig to have a Brat. The front reception was also very limited on giving details and directions on where to go.
Really nice place. Sampled some of their craft beers and purchased some to take home. Very friendly staff. Will definitely go back to eat there in the future.
Delicious food and beer! All round great experience!
We came to Blythe for a couple nights just for this place. Although there s a lockdown, cowbell didn t disappoint. Great food, drinks, and service. The Italian style pizza is top notch! And the building looked extremely nice, we can t wait to check out the inside next time.
Good local beer and good food! Enjoyed the duck wings!
Great atmosphere. No problem getting seating for our large group with a call ahead.
Had a delicious lunch and dessert, service was fast, friendly and very engaging as always. I am a returning customer that s always impressed with the excellent quality and presentation of their food.
Very impressive brewery! Great design and vibe. Worth a visit.
Second time we've been there for lunch. Certainly a drive from Waterloo but worth it. Make sure to book ahead of time.
The food is wonderful and the staff is very knowledgeable with all their products!
We made Canada Day dinner reservations online three days in advance and I was called the day before as a reminder.
We rode three motorbikes up to Blyth and appreciated the dedicated parking area! The building is impressive, clean and the staff was friendly. Our waiter was courteous and fun. We had pizza and pulled pork. The food arrival was timely and it tasted great.
We enjoyed Cowbells Bobcat West Coast Red Ale, Shindig and Absent Landlord. We will be back to try the others soon.
Second time here, the first time was very good. Quite poor this time! Overcooked kettle chips, onions when requested for none (oddly enough, the server pronounced the dish as "no onions" as it was placed on the table - with the onions clearly across the top! I guess the next trip will be the deciding factor!
Cowbell was amazing. The tour was really cool. Our tour guide was on her first day but did a great job and the pizza was probably the best I ve ever had.
Definitely worth the trip out to Blyth
We will be back
Twice this week! We're riding the lovely G2G trail and ending our day here for local beer and really good food. There's s heated patio! Very safe place to visit.
Always a pleasure to visit. Food was amazing and service was outstanding.
Just an amazing spot. The staff, food and especially the beer are top rate. You won't be disappointed.
Cowbell Brewing Co. is definitely worth the drive to Blyth. The property is aesthetically pleasing and features both flavourful beer and delicious food.
I highly recommend the wood-fired pizza.
I love the country kolsch. I tried it at wildstone's in St. Mary's.
The poutine that i got wash flavourless, and had watery gravy. My parents didnt like there poutinr they got either. I dont recommend getting a poutine.
I'm a big fan of Cowbell beers, but one of the best parts about visiting the brewery is being able to sample the many beers in the Renegade series.
This building is so far the nicest Brewery I've visited (Boulevard in KC is a close second). Being able to walk around the building for a self guided tour while waiting for your food is a great feature, plus you get to learn about the brewing process, the building and company history. If that's not enough to get you through the doors, the food is absolutely amazing. My favourites are the burgers and the Royale wood fired pizza and I can't wait to try other parts of the menu. There's also a bunch of EV charging stations in the parking which is a cool feature.
EDIT: I forgot to mention: MAKE RESERVATIONS!! This place can be very busy so call ahead.
Amazing! What an atmosphere and awesome food and beer!
Awesome place!
Food is great
Staff amazing
Beer is brewed on site
Take the tour and have a cold one as you visit behind the scenes!
Then go into the store front to buy cold drinks to take home!
What could be better?!?
5 Stars!!
Amazing, great place to go. New favorite... great food and great BEER!
An amazing place far far away from home. A must visit for beer drinkers and people looking for a great meal.
Dont waste your time trying to decide what to eat with a quantum formula of guessing. Raise your chin proudly order the tomahawk steak, the beer pie with a stout for desert. Your bound to get laid... if not atleast youd have had one of the best meals of your life.
Had dinner last weekend. Cass was a great waitress and we really enjoyed our food and drinks!!
This was a very enjoyable experience with great hospitality. Food was delicious.
I haven't eaten here yet but I stopped in got a growler and the beer was great. Have to make sure to come for dinner sometime.
Really nice brewery with great food. Is definitely worth the visit.
Amazing restaurant with great service, food and drinks. Typically very busy.
Outstanding service and food, great beer and a absolutely beautiful building! Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back! Chelsea was our server and her customer service was impeccable and very knowledgeable-of the product and the history of the brewery !!!!!
Went last week. Good food. Great beer and variety. We still have a month or so off, so we'll be back later this August with a few more amateur beer connoisseurs like us.
Family friendly atmosphere, place is pretty big and nice. Service was great. Beers were delicious. Side room to buy take home stuff was ok.. All the beers i wanted were in growlers that cost $20 deposit.. Kind of expensive when youre forced to buy a sample first. Will definately go back though. They offer beers with nitro and c02. Awesome!
Excellent service, very clean.
Definitely return
Nice selection of regular and rotating beers. Cool open brewing areas for tours
Great food. Enjoyed the beer. The sweet potato fries are to die for. Great service.
Fantastic and fast lunch! We visited the Cowbell Brewery on a recommendation. We were short on time and didnt realize the size of establishment it was. It was a full house yet we ordered, ate dinner and were out in plenty of time. Exceeded our expectations! Decor is stunning. Looking forward to going again with more time to appreciate what the Cowbell has to offer.
Fantastic beer. Pizza was ok. Expected more. Service was a bit slow. Very busy place.
