Great brewery in a small town setting. Lots of great beer to try at the bar or take home a growler, or 2. McNall's Mission, Kelly's Contraption and their Vanilla Porter (on Nitro) are the best. Beautiful building, bar, restaurant, brewery, gift shop and an event center all in one. Hard not to stop in when driving by, and worth the visit if looking for a destination.

While I appreciate the carbon neutral aspect, they don't fill other brewery's growlers. When I asked why the response was: "Why would we put our product in someone else's bottle"l?". Do they sell beer or bottles? When I questioned that mentality I was given more nonsense: "Our sanitary procedures wont work on other growlers". Because your growlers are so much different? Not worth the drive, will not buy their beer at the LCBO any longer. Don't fill'm? Don't sell'm.

Cowbell is an amazing place. The food is delicious, the beer is incredible and even if you are not a beer drinker they have many other options both alcoholic and non-alcoholic to choose from. I would always recommend making a reservation if you are planning to drive to Cowbell to avoid the possibility of not getting a table incase there is a wait time.

Garbage brewery attempting to capitalize on the craft brewing craze without putting in the work to make high quality beer. Wouldn't be surprised if it's owned by a large company parading as an independent brewer. Food was lackluster and the fact that there are lines boggles my mind. STAY AWAY.

This was way worth the trip! Great taproom with wood fired pizzas made to order. You can do a self-guided brewery tour for free while you wait for a table. Beers we're good and the whole place was just really impressive. Beautiful building with many cool features like a completely plant-based rooftop. There are explanations all around so you can fulfill your curiosity about what you're observing. Want to go back and take friends!

We visited Cowbell today for our Honeymoon through Great Lakes Helicopter as part of their Fly & Dine package and we were treated like royalty! Dan, greeted us at the chopper at escorted us in. Ben, our server, was beyond exceptional and Noreen, our surprise tour guide, was nothing short of amazing. Thank you everyone at Cowbell for helping to create a truly unforgettable experience today! Oh and the food was fantastic too!

Second time at Cowbell, the first time was a staff party and today a more intimate dinner. Both times were exceptional. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and, of course the beer was cold and delicious!

First of all, the service was fantastic! Kudos to the servers! And the nice staff in the store!
The food however; was awful and overpriced for the quality....except for the roasted broccoli; we could have just ordered that with our flights....Beer and broccoli.... yum! With the dining restrictions (Covid rules) be prepared to wait for up to 2 hours (we did) as they were not taking reservations.

My husband and I happened upon Cowbell brewery because we were looking for an open gas station going from town to town we found ourselves there with no gas. I went inside to ask if anyone could help us and we were received with lots of help. The staff was so nice and accommodating, so much so that Author and Agata went home to get a gerry can full of gas to put in our car. Unfortunately it was close to closing so we could not even repay with purchasing anything at the time, however, I do know we will be back with friends to enjoy their fine craft beer and delicious food.
Thank you so much Author and Agata you truly are nice people.
Teresa and Trent.

Beautiful building but the meal was cold and not how the menu portrait it. Sweet potatoe fries were over done but still cold, the pizza had to be sent back to the kitchen two waiters for the restaurant and many others with cowbell shirts standing around waiting to take people on tors of which there were none. Very poor management of resources and a meal that was under par. The bill did not reflect quality of food.
Do not travel here for the food but the beer was good! The Sparling Family needs to get a handle on theirs before word gets out! Why travel to Blyth when you

Interesting stop along the way. Great opportunity for lunch and to sample their brews. Nice staff. Beautiful surroundings. Love the fact they showed you the construction of the facility and have self directed tours.

I've been to Cowbell several times now. It's a great place for many unique beer choices. No Radler yet though. Our waiter this last visit was excellent. The gift store? Way too expensive. Beautiful facility.

Service was fantastic. Scott is unreal puts a lot of charisma into his hob. Our waitress. Could have done better. But the gentleman at the bar was genuine. I will come back. Other that the waitress

Very disappointed with our meals! My husband and I both order steak dinner at $29.99 each and both asked for our steaks to be cooked well done. The steaks arrived pink on the inside and no grill marks. Smelled of raw meat, we asked for them to be cooked more as we couldn t eat them like that. It was a horribly bland steak, no flavour or marinate. It seemed like they boiled the steak! The mashed potatoes tasted like a mix of instant potatoes and real mashed. The chefs at Cowbell need to add flavouring to the meals. Very disappointed

Great atmosphere, great food, great beer! Love the open concept and view of the pizza over. Friendly staff. Great menu with unique dishes of pub grub to change it up from every other bar and grill. Must try!

Great food, the positive reviews of this restaurant are spot on! We live in the area and visit occasionally, the food is great and if you re not big into craft beer their beer cocktails are amazing. Can t wait to visit next weekend! :)

Wonderful place to go. Unfortunately we didn t have a reservation so we re unable to sit inside but they did offer their patio. A little cold and rainy but they turned on their infra red heating for us and the other customers sitting on the patio so it was quite cozy. The staff was attentive to our needs. We ordered rueben and club sandwiches which were tasty and fresh. Had Doc Perdue s Bobcat and enjoy it very much. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Cowbell to anyone.

My girlfriends grandparents decided to take us here as a surprise while visiting them this week.

Both my girlfriend and I were floored but the stunning building. The outside is very cleanly finished, and the inside had the rugged look with all the electrical and plumbing for the brewery exposed and finished perfectly. The quick self-tour we went on was very interesting and it just proves they aren t hiding anything. This place is spotless. There was even an employee scrubbing the floor that we walked by at one point. It is a very cool experience and worth the drive if you are not local to the area. The staff are very inviting as well.

The food was great! We all started by sharing the large poutine. The cheese could have been melted a little more, but it was still quite tasty.

For my meal, I got The Pitmaster sandwich which is a pork sandwich with thick cut bacon on it as well with a buffalo style sauce. It was very tasty. I also got the side Mac and cheese which was near perfection for my liking. Creamy on the inside and crispy on top.

My girlfriend got the classic burger dressed as a grant I believe it was. She said it was incredible and had zero complaints.

Overall very much worth the drive. Prices are a little bit more than a standard restaurant, but then again, this is no standard restaurant.

The store inside is rather pricey for the merchandise, but again, I don t know any store that isn t.

Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Big place, and it was busy, for being out in a non-busy place of the province. Nice food, good selection. Interesting selection of beers. Slow service, but they seemed very busy on 2 levels and the patio.

Well worth the drive to this destination! I do recommend calling ahead for a rezo if you are able. My partner and I are plant-based, we tried the Veggie Tacos and the Beer Can Cabbage (veggie) Burger during this visit - two thumbs up! The whole experience was fantastic, we'll be back!

Great place for a roadtrip. Especially if camping at Pinery. Beer is Great. Food is fantastic but try to make a reservation. Do the tour. Absolutely impressed by this business and the way it gives back to the community and how innovative it is .

I want to share my experience as I was so disappointed and left the restaurant very frustrated last evening. I had made a dinner reservation a week and a half beforehand for a party of six. I showed up 20 minutes early with my party and I was told there was no reservation for us outside on the patio. The hostess told me if I had been 20 minutes earlier a table would have been available, but a walkin party of six was seated there currently. The hostess continued to explain to me why we didn't want this table anyway saying it was uncovered from rain, etc, but the weather was clear yesterday. Instead we were offered a table inside that was not reserved for us, after being taken to the table we discovered that the table was not clean/sanitized as it had just been cleared. We felt very uncomfortabe at this point. Another waitress approached us asking if she could do anything and she offered that we go to the tent area that received no service. At this point, I was so upset that I couldn't stay in the restaurant. We left and they then emailed me with a cancellation notice saying thank you for giving up your table. I have been to another restaurant during this pandemic and have made a reservation and been seated on a patio as first choice. Just a very disappointing experience overall as we travelled over an hour to have dinner there. We went into Goderich instead and were seated on a patio within 15 minutes at Beach Street Station.

Rude! Popped in for a brief tasting. We are from 4 hours away. Had small dog in an enclosed stroller. (extreme heat) We weren't welcome in there, only the store. Haha. Right! We had to walk out through a cloud of smoke from the people out in front drinking and smoking.

beautiful building staff friendly,we were very disappointed in our lunch the service was slow our pizza was cold the soup was luke warm parts of the salad had bits of brown lettuce we had to flag down the wait staff to
order over all we were very disappointed !!!!

Beautiful property and restaurant however the food left something to be desired. Had the club sandwich because it sounded delicious but lacked substance and was mostly bread. A shockingly small amount of chicken and didn't really notice any bacon. Bread was nice and fresh focaccia however that was pretty much the whole sandwich aside from some sliced red pepper. Literally the most unappetizing club I've had in a long time. This was honestly really surprising and disappointing as I've heard such great things and the pretzel dip the couple we were with had started with was delicious and the beer was very good. If we were to come again we would probably just stick to drinks and apps but I dont think we'll be making the drive from London again anytime soon.

Took a chance on this brewery based on a friend s Facebook post, and so glad I did! Loving the light, easy drinking taste of Shindig and the tropical notes of Hazy Days. New favourite craft beers? I think so!! And free delivery to boot. Doesn t get much better than that!
