An interesting colorful place in Yerevan, I really liked it,

Amazing place . I love their crafted beer, specially Academy Bitter, they have food selection of food and appetizers.

A good, cosy beer house. Staff is very friendly. The only thing that is both funny and bothering is that on ""Unlimited Crayfish Days"" you can get unlimited crayfish (:)) but you cannot share it with your friends (!).

Beat well and steak but slightly as you needed something extra

I like the beer. Taste is good. Good Place, warm atmosphere and their beer cup is huge. Its a must visit.

Hands down the best beer in Armenia. Great snacks that goes great with beer. You are a fool if you are not ordering their "Lololik ballik"s. They have also lunch offer, and a never ending menu of delicious food, wether you are vegetarian or normal! ;) And the best thing is that you can take away the beer! Long story short, it's heaven for beer lovers. But if you are wired and don't like beer, you'll find almost anything you want.

We visited last year, I liked everything, and the beer was good and the staff. This year we were disappointed, the beer is not tasty, the staff do not care about you. The waiter who served us was busy and the bill brought another, Instead of 16,000 drams, the bill brought 2600 drams. We saw the waiter who served us and said that the bill was several times smaller in total, we didn t even say thanks, not the one who brought the bill, not who served us. No ethics and warmth, you had to pay 2600 and let them work for free all day together. We will never go to the Bier Academy again.

Loved this restaurant, they serve tasty food and draft beer, I tried the Pork ribs and it was very tasty! My friends tried different dishes and they all were satisfied with the different food from sausages, potatoes and salads... if you were in Yerevan you must try this restaurant!

The best "university" of the country))) Perfect place

It's a lovely place with tasty beer and tasty food. Not cheap place. Staff is lovely. Prices are high than middle prices in Yerevan. You can sit in outside part. If I am not mistaken there are smoking and nonsmoking parts inside. 7000-10000 amd per person. I like the place. I am visiting it for ages. Visit of course.

Good choice of beers. Decent food options. There are a few choices for vegetarians. Nice and friendly staff. And the neighborhood is very walkable. The place was dead on a Saturday evening however.

I come back in a year to unsubscribe about the changes. The choice and quality of beer remained, fortunately, on the same good level as always. The claims were mainly for snacks, which decreased in size per serving compared to the previous year (although it remained tasty). Often I am with friends in the common room below. The atmosphere is generally pleasant and friendly. I would like more interesting musical performances.

Unique tasty beer, brewed only for their shop and you wont get anywhere, must visit place for beer lovers in Yerevan. menu is good and little pricey, chicken and salad are awesome and Lamb is average and beer is the best.

Very congenial place in Yerevan. You can dine al fresco or indoors; so many dishes to choose and specially, one of the few places to have a good and decent beer in the city.

Very popular place. Try to book place early. They serve draft bear produced by themselves. Prices are a bit expensive, but the portions are also large.

Everything is very delicious. The service staff is polite, attentive, understanding. Crayfish in the stock are very salty, apparently so that they ate less.

Loveeee loveee loveeee this place. Beer was great and the food is to die for. Try the Louisiana sausage. Amazing! Also the crawfish! Wow wow wow I ve been to Louisiana just for the crawfish and this place is a lot better then anything I had there. As we say in Cali it was bomb Service is also very good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Seems like they are truly happy to be working here. Definitely would come back here!

Wandered here after seeing a recommendation in Lonely Planet. It s a German themed restaurant. Tried the wheat beer which was underwhelming. Lonely Planet online edition has updated it s recommendation to Dargett Brewery which I agree with 100%.

this place has it all: - great and friendly staff (who made our experience twice the fun) - cozy and welcoming setting - the best and most delicious menu you can ever taste - outstanding beer (quality and multitude of choice) - open crawfish buffet on tuesday, wednesday and thursday anyone who is in yerevan must visit this place or you are truly missing the BEST RESTAURANT YOU CAN EVER WITNESS

The best place in Yerevan to drink the most wonderful beer

Still, I have visited once. Nice and fast service and good beer provide a long stay. As a negative, I would point out the place: At times, there is a sense of being on the edge of the street . Overall I am pleased.

Three years ago, without a doubt, it was the best brewery restaurant in Yerevan. Now, one can say, is among the top three. The interior is good, there are tables in the open air, and in the building where you can choose between halls for smokers and non-smokers. The staff is very friendly, ready to talk about the features and differences of home-brewed beer. The cuisine is of average quality, not very good but not bad, the prices are high by local standards. For some reason, there are no nuts on the menu, probably to enjoy home-made snacks, the crayfish were very small and very salted.

Magnificent place where you can drink excellent craft beer, but also consume good food that is not unusual. Beer is prevalentamente fresh and not pasteurized. Really of excellent quality.

Armenia's only beer brewery. The best beer I drank. Have tried all sorts of beer at Bear Academy and I have been really happy. Very tasty food. Very nice atmosphere. Like beer so I can heartily recommend this place.
