COVENANT CONSULTANTS is a consultancy which schedules an interview for you in other companies. I got a call for hiring in one serviced based company. First round was telephony round. This consultancy said second round would be F2F and shared call letter. when I reached interview location it was APTITUDE TEST AND LOGICAL REASONING for experienced candidates. No one was informed of this round. Company said we have already communicated with consultancy and consultancy said we did not any call. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN HIRING COMPANY AND CONSULTANCY. I just wasted my time.

1st round is totally waste covenant members will deal with the interviewers after they will surprise you by expected salary and cab facilities,food accommodations so on after finishing 1st round they will call you to come tomorrow for HR round and aptitude.oh wait this is the worst part about 30 members were waiting for HR round from 11am to 5pm they didn't schedule time us to take lunch.only 3members were selected finally.three of them were from north side finally a day wasted worst consultancy ever i have seen in my life

After hearing this video when ever I get an email or call from Covenant I am filled with joy as if I have got a email or a Call directed by Jesus.
