To talk about the management, I haven't seen any organisation who care much about the employees. Covenant's first priority is their employees and I personally felt it during Covid-19. There was not even a single employee who went through Salary Cuts/Job losses. Employees even had their "Appraisals" at Hard times like these & I was really surprised and overwhelmed with the benefits coz I was one among them. I am very pleased to work in an organisation like Covenant.
