Honestly speaking!! Covenant Consultants is a great place to work, the functional heads and team leads are so friendly and understanding. I had been worked in client place there every one will see you as a machine but here in covenant they will see you as a family member. I am so blessed to speak about CEO of the company Mr. Joshua Madan he is the "Real Hero". He has made a point very clear that during tough times we have to help each other and not being self centric. I said because of there Work culture , Dealing with candidates, following up them for every update and main thing is giving guidance in a perfect manner to the candidate.

Pavithra was my excuetive he was very very helpful , she was very polite and At times I make mistakes she will guide me, moreover if I don attend calls from HR department she get in touch with them and get me an update to help me out. Haven t heard of this consultancy before but they did a pretty good job starting from assessing the candidate till the placement and even after. They partner mostly with big vendors like capg, SCB etc . So it s worth giving a shot and mostly they don t charge u personally.
