I was really not happy with the way the Super heroes leads treated me(only few)..Its for many, thats' the reason there was lots of absconds. They wanted all the talented people to leave..lots pf disgusting behaviourism on the floor..
I wanted to mention one thing to the new joinees, never join this team, the leaders pretend as if they are the CEOs' of the company and they will treat us like a slave.Everyday meeting sucks, where the leaders will discourage everyone everyday, few are unfit to be a leaders.
Param was the only person to encourage the new joiness. Leaders are someone who will encourage others, but here in superheros few leaders will never do it,they will discourage and try to rule us, and treat us like a slaves.
Hope there will be some changes for the new joinees after a year.

I was thinking like a dream company before but now totally very bad and worst experience personally ,only we can join this company if you are single because married women who are truly carrier oriented cannot join in this company because that is a rules here. Because they itself will decide your future ..I don't want to give a single star .. totally waste of time and money coming for the interview ..very low salary even if you have work experience also not responding properly .. Still I am standing in my point why this company is not hiring a married women I don't know.. you can't decide my future ..wake up guys!!
