Good guided tour, but it is a pity that they stopped showing the workshops as they did before. I was with my grandchildren and I would have liked them to see them, as I could some years ago.

Although beautiful, with splendid classical architecture, the price charged for the internal visit is very expensive, which prevented me from knowing it from the inside, so I rated it 4 stars.

A truly gorgeous place, it reeks of elegance, enchantment and excellence. A world class venue with rich history. The acoustics are delightful and an auditory experience unloke any other. If you are not fortunate enough to witness a performance here at the very least entreat yourself with a tour.

A great Theater, in South America and the world, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Together with CCK, it has two of the best rooms where you can listen and enjoy a show with unique and non-transferable acoustics in terms of sensations originating from the viewer and even from the performers. I recommend.

Great Theater, not to be missed if you visit Buenos Aires - Operas, Ballets, Concerts. It is in the top 5 worlds list for its acoustics. Tickets can be booked online. If you purchase tickets at the theater - CHECK THE DATE ON THE TICKET! (I was given the ticket with the wrong date and had to exchange it). There are also interesting guided 1-hour tours several times a day, well worth a visit. HINT: for performance you probably will be entering the theater from the side entrance, you will see a long line of people formed. At some point it stops moving - this is the moment when everybody who is left in the line is waiting for an elevator (which is around the corner and is unseen and unknown for the first-time visitors :) - so you can pass along that line and take the stairs.

With a magnificent Italian architecture, an exponent of Argentina in the early twentieth century, one of the richest countries at that time, considered in the No. 1 position in the world for Lyric music and No. 3 for symphonic music, I recommend getting to know it and performing A guided tour to tour its facilities.

One of the top five opera houses worldwide and more than 100 years old. Imposing the entrance and the foyer all marble stuccos and mirrors. The large central hall, with many rows of boxes and gallery, is breathtaking. This theater is also famous for having one of the best acoustics in the world. Do not miss the visit absolutely.

Very beautiful and cool, the guided tour is an excellent choice. Despite the price it is very worth it. From my own experience the only thing that disappointed me was that some people in the group I was in were not quiet. But go! It was one of the best places I visited.

The theater itself as a monument is nice to know and being in the same place where so many illustrious figures have passed is a beautiful sensation. The guides for the guided tour could try a little harder to set the tourists in the time of splendor.

It is worth the guided tour. For those who appreciate art, the theater brings together beautiful architectural elements. It allows the visitor to have a good idea of what was the autonomous city in the 19th century, the Paris of the Americas. The visit does not include the underground theater. It lasts about 50 minutes and you can only buy tickets over the internet well in advance. The best option is to go to the theater in the morning and purchase tickets for the afternoon or another day. Visits in Spanish and English.

One of the most beautiful places in Buenos Aires. Be sure to take the guided tour! Plan and buy ticket in advance, as it has great demand and you will not always get tickets for the same day.

Wonderful! If you have the opportunity to do the guided tour, I recommend it. The subsoil is another world to meet. The different rooms. Actually you have to go and live it. (the City Canal on Saturdays shows the various workshops of the Colon)

I attended the guided tour (400 for residents and 800 for foreign tourists) lasts approx 50 minutes and the tour although brief has interesting information about the history and construction of the theater. I would give a bonus to the tour that will precisely take you to theater areas (underground, behind the scenes, etc.) that the public that goes to a normal function cannot see.

Not able to enjoy a performance here during our short stay, but we where able to sign up for a walking tour! You can register for a walking (English) tour online, do it in advance, this tour is popular. Tour group is roughly 20 people. Lost a star because multiple tours happen simultaneously, our tour guide was very knowledgeable but very soft spoken, couldn t hear her at times. The venue and decor is eccentric but it is breathe taking. Wish we could have wandered a bit longer than an hour.
