I was really not happy with the way the Super hero...

I was really not happy with the way the Super heroes leads treated me(only few)..Its for many, thats' the reason there was lots of absconds. They wanted all the talented people to leave..lots pf disgusting behaviourism on the floor..
I wanted to mention one thing to the new joinees, never join this team, the leaders pretend as if they are the CEOs' of the company and they will treat us like a slave.Everyday meeting sucks, where the leaders will discourage everyone everyday, few are unfit to be a leaders.
Param was the only person to encourage the new joiness. Leaders are someone who will encourage others, but here in superheros few leaders will never do it,they will discourage and try to rule us, and treat us like a slaves.
Hope there will be some changes for the new joinees after a year.
