Room clean

Bad service.
No hot or cold water in shower in morning 4th floor.

I have stayed here several times and it is an excellent hotel especially for the business traveler. It is always clean and comfortable and the rates are reasonable. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Ideal location near shopping, restaurants and easily accessible to I-10.

They accomodated us and quickly gave us a new room when our initial room was unavailable, the room size is fantastic and the indoor pool was really nice. The staff are all very friendly and even suggested nearby restaurants and looked up said restaurant's hours of operation.

Nice place to stay if you are in the Rancho Cucamonga area

Room keys get wiped and you have to go down to the desk every time to get the key reconfigured. They need to update the key system on the rooms. Very annoying.

The rooms are very nice, the beds are very comfortable as well as the couch in the room. I hated to leave. They served breakfast, lunch and dinner at certain hours. It wasn't a huge menu but enough for small meals

The room is clean and they come in daily to straighten up which is nice. No contential breakfast but the bistro has some good breakfast option and Starbucks coffee. The help has been friendly and chatty. Close to many restaurants and some great shopping. Overall a great place to stay.

When checkin they said for tomorrow breakfast close at 11, but when I go down already close from 10... nice info dude.. nice info.. I m so upset because we booked 4 rooms... dammmm...

We once had to spend nearly 3 months in this hotel because of a broken pipe in our home. We were treated as family the entire time!

Second time here, the rooms are spacious, hotel well-kept and staff are excellent.

We came down the hill for an overnight date, the hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. One dissapointing thing was that we were planning on going in the spa since there was one at this hotel last visit...We got dressed and went down to the spa and it was gone! They took it out but it didn't say that on the website, we probably would've stayed at the other Marriott had we known.

Best hotel in all LA they play Shawn Mendes I m the lobby and his slappers. They also had honey flavored sausages.

I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The room smells moldy and moldy. The smell is barely bearable it's kind of like the smell of damp paper or wet wood left in a hot and humid environment. The bathroom is not clean at all. I do not recommend. If you have to pay more for a better hotel, you would be better off. Do not do this to yourselves.

The bed was actually pretty comfortable thankfully! No breakfast is served at this hotel, but we did order oatmeal from the downstairs Bistro and it was good. The room we stayed in wasn't very large, but we used points for our stay and the price and location were great. The hotel is located by Ontario Mills mall and plenty of shopping and restaurants. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is parking was limited and the side door entrance wasn't working. Also, the lack of breakfast as an option.

Will not stay here again, we went to a music festival this weekend and when I came back I noticed stuff missing from my room.. it was only me and my wife with access to our room and we denied cleaning services for the weekend. So i have come to the conclusion that an employee entered our room without consent and stole my medicinal products.. and whats weird is that those items were the only thing missing from our room.. please if you stay here hide your valuables because who knows what else this person will steal.. management needs to drug test the staff asap to find the thief..

Do not stay here! They did not credit our Marriott points to our rooms correctly, which was confirmed by Marriott Rewards AND they charged us a higher rate than was previously given when we booked. Unfortunately when checking out our folios showed $0 only to find out a day later that they overcharged us! We originally called Marriott Rewards who tried to figure out how the hotel came up with the amount they did and how they applied the points to our rooms but after 40 mins they couldn't help us and had to contact the hotel themselves and now the Operations Manager has refused to call us back to fix the problem. We pretty much lost our points and payed more for our rooms!! Horrible management or a scam not sure. Becareful when using your points here (weve never had an issue using our points before at any other hotel) and check your rewards account when you leave. Our Marriott Rewards account doesn't even reflect our stay correctly!

Very nice hotel conveniently located directly in front of Ontario Mills Mall. Also surrounded by every food choice you can think of. The hotel itself is up to Marriott standards and is very clean and kept. Would stay again!

Good location very clean. It's close to the airport and the mall. Easy access to the highway. Overall it's in the top 10% of courtyards I've stayed at and is maintained very well.

The hotel is very nice. Although they do not have refrigerators in the room. They claim to have a "cooler" but it doesn't cool at all. I will not be staying here again!

Decent no frills Courtyard, it was pretty clean and close to where I needed to be.

Small swimming pool indoors gym very basic with just a 8 sets of dumbells 2 treadmills and 1 criss trainer. Expensive bistro for breakfast and expensive shop for basic things ($3 for a bottle of water). Staff are nice and helpful though.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated. It was spacious. There were electric plugs on every lamp it seemed. On site Bistro restaurant had descent breakfast (though not free). We were pleased with our stay.

Service is friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay. Nothing is specifically bad about them, though they are dark and relatively small. The location is definitely the selling point if you are visiting the immediate areas such as Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, or Corona. Not recommended for LA, or Anaheim as the traffic would be unbearable.

A favorite in Rancho. Safe and cute little area with places to eat and shop nearby. Most everything you ll need is probably within walking distance. The staff, especially housekeeping, is AWESOME

Good comfortable stay. But there was smell of burnt food when around the lobby (possibly because of the restaurant). Great pool and beautifyl courtyard outside.

Clean room. they were booked to capacity, but still managed to get me a room.

I noticed that the bottled water they were trying to sell me in my had its seal broken. I called the front desk to let them know. I asked them not to charge me the $5. They said ok. Next day I get my bill and they had charged me for it. I called them and reversed the charge. No problem right. No! I had to spend 12 minutes on the phone for this.
This morning I decided to have breakfast in the hotel. I the "continental breakfast" the sign said that it included a choice of granola or cheerios. I chose granola, they brought me cheerios. The sign also said that the breakfast included banana bread, cereal, tea or coffee, a banana, and orange juice. They gave me everything except the orange juice. When I pointed this out they said it was a choice between tea, coffee or orange juice. That is not what the sign said. We went round and round getting her manager involved. Still no orange juice. Finally I went to front desk and they "let me" take a bottled oj. Nice way to start the day.

Quiet hotel with very nice staff.

Deli is not very good overall but decent for being convenient.

My room was by the elevator. Outside of one instance where some people literally stood by the elevator and talked for an hour, it was very quiet.

Hotel is clean and up to date. All room fixtures and such were in good shape.

TV had odd channels to choose from.

Would stay again.

Stayed here because I had an early flight out of Ontario. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice, and front desk staff is friendly and attentive. Sumiko at the front desk is a 10 out of 10. She was friendly, professional and on top of it .

Only downside was Jackie in the Bistro. When I called to order an omelet from the breakfast menu, Jackie told me, and I quote, "We don't have a chef this morning. Only cold foods and pastries are available. We have a low occupancy so we are able to do that". Huh? You are ABLE to not serve breakfast? It was actually almost funny because when I challenged her back about being "able" to not serve a cooked breakfast, she didn't see my point!!

Hotel was nice, Sumiko was great. Been in 57 countries and never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a cooked breakfast, let alone touted being "able" to not have to provide a cooked breakfast"!

Management needs to train their staff to just say "we are so sorry but our Chef did not come in today so we aren't able to provide you with a hot meal for breakfast".

I attended for a professional training event. I loved the starbucks in the lobby, along with the private booths with its own tv in the cafe seating area. Conference room was nice and temperate. Good experience

Hot water was shut off apparently due to a leak in the middle of Saturday afternoon. No notification, no plan to accommodate customers. When I contacted front desk, they indicated it was a leak and would be fixed in an hour. One hour later, I was told another hour. Staff was sorry for our inconvenience and were willing to credit us $30 off room rate (even tho room rates double on weekends) $30!!! Are you kidding? There were water buckets collecting dripping water in the hall! After a hot, sweaty morning of golf, my spouse and I were unable to shower prior to an important event.
My spouse and I stay many times at Marriotts (silver) and have never been this frustrated, in fact never written a negative review. Will not return or recommend

Like most Marriotts, it was super clean with very friendly staff! The loss of stars is only because they failed to turn down our room even though we didnt come back till later in the evening. The room itself also needed some upgrades and it was annoying that you could barely see the TV from the bed. Would definitely go back!

Would rate lower if i could. VOC and mold is off the chart here. Gr8 place to burn your lungs out with airfresners and sprays .

Front Desk Attendant was extremely amazing and catered to your every need.

My first time here but this is the best hotel so far in my trip. The facilities are the most complete and the welcoming is professional and fast respond. This is expected in all Marriott group across the world. Room is good, bed is comfortable, fast internet, good all around

Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Room was clean and they were able to accommodate my needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here my girlfriend got but by bed. Bugs told management they said they had someone come inspect the room but didn't find anything I asked for a copy of the report they said no seems like bull lucky here are pics taken the day we left more bites on places I cant post pics of beware dont stay here

The place was nice, but there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors and running away, fortunately it stopped around 10pm.

The only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't offer complimentary breakfast. Not even free bagels, dry cereal, fruit, or anything. And they didn't have microwaves in the rooms!
