Courtyard by Marriott Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga Review

The location is near almost everything we need to and our event. The room are really nice, a small tv and no microwave made me give it a 4 star and also no complementary breakfast.

Front desk reception was amazing.
I cant remember her name, but we arrived late(late) last night and I just remember feeling welcome after a very long day!.
In the morning the starbucks staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and having balconies is amazing!
Overall a very good experience

Nice and clean! Close to everything, including Ontario Mills, which is probably the best mall around! Right across the street.

Pretty typical courtyard as far as layout and amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants and about a 5 minute drive from the airport. There is no airport shuttle though; so be prepared to pay for a ride. The staff was friendly and helpful however, and I would repeat a stay.

Convenient location right by the freeway. And across from Ontario Mills. Nicely furnished, clean and quiet room at reasonable price. Overall a well maintained facility with friend staffs. Highly recommended.

Pretty good job microwave... Had some noisy people and prank calls other than that I enjoyed the lounge and the beds are Soo comfy.

Good, decent hotel with great starbucks offering at lobby. Horrible mattreses and pillows

Stable and reliable so far. Wi-Fi was good, checking in was quick. Only has a couple things to complain about. The towels smelled a little chemical-ly, and the bar wasn't an actual late night kind of bar. Closed early and I was too tired to walk to one near by.

Standard Courtyard: Internet was a bit wonky but only been here once.

Great desk service. Down pillows are not my favorite but all other amenities and services were great

Horrible, we got our room. Directions to the room. 3rd story. Well there's a do not disturb sign on our door. We proceed to atempt to enter. This is 3:30am. For 10 minutes we tried the room KEYS. So I called the front desk. Told the kid we have the wrong room. Our keys don't work.He said ok hold on its room 302 not 332. At the opposite end of the hotel. So we get to rm 302. Once again keys don't work. We came from Madera ca, been driving all day and night. Drove an xtra 30mins. To stay here. The kid comes up and gives us the new keys. Now the time is almost 4am. What if the people in the other room opened the door and shot us. What if my husband would have to beat somebody up. The room is nice and clean . However there is no free breakfast either. Seems like we should of stayed at the Hilton nxt door!.

We stayed 3 night and everyone was very nice and the room was clean to our expectations. Hotel is located in a very nice area.
